S. C.This dentist is great they look after you well, it's clean and welcoming although I hate going to the dentist I wouldn't go anywhere else and you need to keep the new receptionist kurt he's so polite and friendly

C. r.Went to syston dental care after going years without seeing a dentist as I had a problem with one of my teeth when I was drinking anything hot or cold,I was also very nervous about going to the dentist but on my first trip back they went through the options with me and we agreed that the best solution for my tooth would be to have a temporary filling put in it as it was a good strong solid tooth.however nearly months later after having the treatment I was starting to have a little bit of pain from it and some swelling had started on my face and my tooth had also become loose.so I revisted the surgery and they had another look and was told that tooth needed to be removed and also had an infection in there.i was booked in for the next day,having never had a tooth out before this made even more nervous but they reassured me that everything will be ok so I came to have my tooth pulled out the next day and they did Injected the area so I couldn't feel anything however 20 to 25 minutes later they were still trying to take the tooth out at one stage I did get really hot so they stopped and gave me some glucose to bring my temperature down.after this episode they wanted to stop and leave loose tooth in there and for to book in for another time on another day.which I didn't want to do as I was there and needed to take out in one hit and thought that I would only be there for around 5 minutes.when the tooth finally came out I was given a pad to stop the bleeding which was fine however a few hours after the injection had wore off I felt really sore on the side of lip where they had been prising the tooth out with there tools.i needed to revist the surgery a week later to have the area checked to make sure it was healing OK but on the day I was supposed to go in the surgery called to say they couldn't do my appointment as the dentist was off sick.i mentioned the issue to the receptionist and that the issue left me traumatised and they did apologise and promised to give me a call back the next day but this never happened

If you ever have a problem they fit you in quickly and don't leave you waiting.

M. T.Just been for my 2nd check up and very happy with how I was treated, much better than my “private dentist” who used to charge me £24.00 a month! I paid the NHS price of £22.70 for my check up which is the correct price, so not sure how some people are leaving one star reviews because that is the price set by the NHS!
S. C.Very nice Dentist. Very quick and on point not messing about. I was really scared of the dentist and I had my first tooth ever removed there. It was a wisdom tooth and I've felt no pain whatsoever. I made a full quick recovery and had no pain afterwards or swelling. My partner goes there as well and he is doing great as well. They are very nice people as well especially Katie. Highly recommend!
