I always have a positive dentist and hygienist experience at The Dental Suit! Great location in the city centre. I am always seen quickly and greeted by friendly and polite staff. The dentist and hygienist are very encouraging and happy to help with any issues! The hygienist always leaves my teeth feeling fresh, clean and whiter every time.

Started going to this dentist over a year ago to get composite bonding, the dentist lady sinitta was constantly very accommodating and informative!! I felt very comfortable getting this new treatment done with her. She constantly answered any queries and was extremely thorough which was greatly appreciated. My whole experience here has been great- even the receptionist ladies are so accommodating and lovely. Definitely recommend going to this dentist, I will certainly be back.

Best decision I've made and money well spent! I had braces treatment as an adult, to be honest I was very nervous at first. Firstly, I'd like to give a big thank you to the orthodontist Hanna, she has been amazing from day one. She's honest, professional, friendly, informative- I appreciate the fact she always signpost what she's doing when carrying out work in your mouth. Overall lovely lady and a prize to the practice! She deserve recognition for her work and service. I've had teeth cleaning by hygienist Myriam- another valued employee to the practice. Her work is amazing! Teeth always feel thoroughly clean. She also gives tips and advice for personal teeth cleaning. I am so happy with her teeth cleaning work. I've recommended my friends and family to get their teeth clean by her at the practice. Though my treatment is completed, I am willing to continue to pay instead of going back to a NHS practice. I was able to have my braces removed 3 months earlier than prediction; all because of the collaborative work from the whole team at the practice. The receptionists are all so friendly and welcoming. Thank you to all the dental nurses/ assistants, they were all professional, friendly and helpful. I am happy with my result, the overall experience and services I've received from the staffs. What an amazing facility. I came in looking for a fix to an issue I was having, one assessment later I was told to see a hygenist the following week. Maryam and her assistant Georgie were really friendly, they explained the whole procedure, and answered all my questions with ease. Not only was the treatment lovely, the reception did their best to comply with my insurance companies' demands. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I had a history of bad experience with medical services in the UK, but I was very impressed by the professional and kind attitudes of Emma and Dr kal Bahara. They did my x-rays and when there was an error, they didn’t hesitate to retake it. They explained to me throughout what was going on and how I could improve my problems, showing images of past clients. The clinic is clean and modern. It was a great experience, so I’m glad I came here and I will come back whenever I need dental care.

Had really bad toothache and decided after looking up dentists to go with The Dental Suite as they have emergency appointments and appeared good in there advert. I was really worried about my appointment as I am terrified of dentists and needles. On arrival I was nicely greeted in to the reception and even with the current climate of COVID etc they checked my temperature and sprayed my hands with sanitiser with a nice and friendly manner taking the stress away. I was then brought over to a really calming and tranquil seating area. Seemed to work as I felt at ease. The lady Keely came over to check I was OK and I told her i was terrified lol and wanted to run out the door 😃 She talked to me with understanding and actually helped ease my fear abit. Later I went in to be seen had a very good instant impression of the dentist Kalpesh Bohara, you feel really listened too and nothing is to much to ask and he also had a lovely up beat and really friendly manner about him. He checked my tooth and got me to have an x-ray. Later I went in again and he said my tooth would need to come out 😱lol I got into the chair bracing myself for the worst and thinking arghhhhhh simply put 😃 I was told by Pratick to gargle a mouthwash which I joked about saying is this my Vodka ha ha he laughed. Then I got special glasses to protect my eyes from the light above. I was told to lie back by the dentist Kal and to open wide and he gave me 3 injections saying breathe in and out slowly for each one. I couldn't believe that they actually didn't hurt hardly at all and afterwards I told him that actually the x-ray hurt more! And I'm terrified of needles aswell... I was left to wait for the injections to work and while I was Beena and Keely kept talking to me and making sure I was OK which was lovely and helped to keep me at ease and my mind off things. I was brought back in and asked to sit on the scary chair lol, to lay back with my cool protective glasses and open wide by Kal. He checked to make sure my mouth was numb and said you may feel a little pressure and it seemed like he was preparing my mouth ready for the extraction. He again said you will feel a little pressure. Next he told me to bite down on something over my tooth. I was asked to sit up and he said All done!! 😂. 😯 I honestly didn't believe I was done. I was saying really?? I thought he was just getting me ready for the next stage lol. He said Yes you're all done there's your tooth 😃 I was elated and so relieved. I was saying Thank you, you guys are amazing. I asked their names 1, because in future if needed I want to go back and 2 to share my experience with you guys. This experience at this dentists really changed my opinion. I couldn't believe that actually it wasn't so bad and I had a laugh and a chat aswell. They really take care of you and make sure you know what to do after you leave and say if anything concerns you to ring them. I was so impressed, couldn't believe I had a good experience at a dentists.😊💉🦷🌈

Currently undergoing a treatment plan to get braces with these lovely people and so far i'm very impressed with the quality of their services. Not only did they take their time explain all parts of the plan to me before we started(they made a whole power point presentation), they also ensured I was comfortable the entire time. e.g while I was getting my cleaning the lovely lady talked me through each step as she done it and was even nice enough to give me some free dental care products after my cleaning to help maintain the services she provided. Over all the service and atmosphere of this practice is excellent. I would 100% recommend.

Dr Sanita, Emma and all other staff made me feel at ease throughout the process with the highest level of care and service. The Dental Suite has been my dentist for around 25 years. Over that time it has seen several changes but has always been reliable, and consistently good. I chose to remain when it was modernised several years ago and I am glad that I did. The receptionist service is always kind and attentive, the dental equipment is modern and the environment clean and welcoming. The dentists are very professional and caring. My dentist (Sinita) is simply brilliant, she even managed to make root canal treatment comfortable and she picks up conversation at my six monthly check as though it was only a couple of weeks ago. Whilst treatment feels expensive despite my dental plan, all in all I content to remain and not seek a cheaper alternative.

I had a consultation with Dr Kiren at the Loughborough surgery for cosmetic bonding. Kiren gave the best advice explaining that my teeth were worn down and there was n I space for the bonding I was hoping for. I have always wanted braces but it was never explained to me how much I actually needed them. Kiren thoroughly explained the process in which I went ahead and booked in. I just finished my 6 month smile treatment on my top set (top white brace) with the lovely Dr Anna at The Dental Suite across both Leicester and Loughborough surgeries. Nothing was a bother, everyone was always on hand to support me if I needed anything. Krystian was always available to answer any questions I may have whether they be to do with further treatment I am looking into i.e cosmetic bonding and whitening or the lovely receptionists/dental nurses who are extremely helpful on the phone. My treatment was straight forward and I’ve never felt so confident in my smile! Each appointment to tighten the braces was swift and efficient. Anna always made me feel welcome along with the dental nurses there to answer any questions. They even recommended the best dental water flosser. My entire smile has changed thanks to The Dental Suite, I am now booking in for my whitening and cosmetic bonding finished by a fixed retainer and then my life long retainers. Thank you so much! I normally have a phobia of dentists, but the friendly staff and great service makes up for it! Usually seen by Maryam and Keily for hygienist checks; great service as always. Had the first appointment with the dentist which was great! It explains the issues my teeth were having and how to improve them which was by doing a perial deep cleaning. The prices I think are maybe high but you get the quality your teeth needs. Mariam the hygienist and Kiri the dental nurse were greaat. They answered my many questions and provided advised. They do take care of you and I definitely recommend them!!

I am a tourist in the UK I had an emergency with a tooth a few days before Christmas. .The Dental Suite was kind enough to give me an appointment (after trying 6 other practises ) I was so grateful they saw me the very next day. Very speedy service, these guys saw me when all other dental practices would not. Went private and had a massive cavity, this was causing me a lot of pain which had spread to my left ear. I pain was unbearable at times. Following my initial consultation, I was told i may have to wait 2 weeks for my extraction. I was offered an appointment two days later in Nottingham, and have just returned home to commence recovery. Very good service overall, I would highly recommend this practice. The staff are very professional in all that they do.

I personally could not recommend The Dental Suite enough, I've not been to a dentist in quite a lot of years due to trauma. I had with another dentist when i was younger i've always had a fear of the dentist, But with The Dental Suite and the amazing and wonderful staff. i've never felt more relaxed and had my fears and worry's understood and felt like it was OK to feel like that and with them been so nice and amazing my feelings towards the dentist have turned a 180 degree. I had two types of treatment using both the Leicester and Loughborough branches. Due to a deep bite (and age!), I had a lot of wear and tear on my teeth and also, aesthetically, they needed improving. My dentist, Anna, advised me to take a six-month course of metal braces as it was the fastest and cheapest way of achieving results. Sure enough, just under six-months later the braces were off, my teeth were straight and my bite had improved. I was then passed over to Sanita who specialises in dental bonding. In one day she restored my teeth and smile to perfection, her work really is of the highest standard. I have no regrets: teeth are (if you look after them!) with you all your life; it's not cheap, but it's an investment that is nothing when you consider the years of benefit you will gain. Many thanks to Anna and Sanita, and also the rest of the staff. Everything was done efficiently, courteously and professionally. Highly recommended.

They were so lovely to me - kindness personified. I have just left after a first proper treatment - the building of a broken tooth- now I cant say I enjoyed the experience, but Sanita and Emma were amazing.
