I registered with this dental practice a few days ago based upon a recommendation from my sister and I am so pleased that I made the decision to do this! I can confirm Gemma registered me and booked my appointment and she was very polite, helpful and attentive. My appointment was with Dr. Jaspal Dibra today and I can say with full conviction that it was the best dental appointment I have had - and generally speaking best is definitely not a word I usually associate with dental appointments (they’re not the most fun thing in the world). Dr. Dibra took his time to find out what issues I was having, what options I had and provided recommendations to help me with my dental care. I found that Dr. Dibra was very approachable, knowledgable, humorous and genuinely cared about me and my teeth - and that’s what you expect with a dentist. I would definitely recommend this practice - and I can’t wait for my filling appointment (well I can wait, definitely - but I know that Dr. Dibra will do his best). Keep up the great work Willowbrook.

I have been a patient in this Dental Practice for almost 3 years. I have had different treatments but the biggest one was braces as an adult. I am absolutely delighted with my results and my post braces treatment. The best dental practice... EVER! Aesthetically, all the equipment, furniture, and appearance of the office is modern and clean. I felt safe with their excellent level of cleanliness and caution especially because of the concerns of COVID 19. The staff was very welcoming and friendly from day 1. I came to discuss with Mr Kalsi (the dentist) about fixed braces to straighten my teeth. He was very honest and straight forward, advising me on the best options available. Mr Kalsi took the time to discuss any concerns I had and I felt confident going ahead with the treatment. I am now 3 months into my treatment and very happy with the result so far. I would highly recommend Mr Kalsi and his team if you want highly skilled dental service. Overall the best dental practice 5/5!!

I contacted the practice for pain about which I was not sure it's dental or muscular pain. Everyone in surgery was very professional from the appointment booking to getting checked by Dr. Kalsi. All safety measures were being followed and I came back assured that I had muscular pain and not dental and the dentist even advised me on the right steps to take for my pain. I was very satisfied and even went back for my son's routine checkup feeling it a very safe environment given the COVID situation. Thank you!

My son was referred to the Willowbrook Dental Practice for his braces by his Dental Practice. He was in good hands of the Specialist Orthodontist - Dr Hitin Wahan who is a wonderful dentist and has taken such good care of my son's teeth with high professionalism and provided excellent service. The Front Desk staff are very friendly, respectful, caring and courteous and make you feel right at home immediately as you walk in the door. Love this dentist. Went to a few before I went here and all the others were horrible. They wanted to take a tooth out but this dentist didn't. They worked to save it. When my original dentist retired his replacement was just as good. They care for their patients. That's why no new patient can register, because no one wants to leave. They always ensure you are comfortable and not having any pain. All the staff are really friendly.

I was concerned when the last dentist retired but needn't have been - the current dentist and staff are excellent - very gentle when carrying out treatment and and also friendly and professional support staff. They even sent a sympathy card when my mother, also a patient, died last year.
