Fantastic, highly professional and so, highly recommended. I had a filling/clean with Robina Foster and couldn’t have been in better hands. Great communication throughout and from my viewpoint excellent clinical work. I’d say ‘I’ll be back’ but obviously hope that it will be a little while.

This dental practice saved my sanity and restored my faith in dentists. Thank you so much. I have been having long term trouble with a tooth and due to being pregnant I was unable to have treatment. I had been at a previous private practice who sadly did a lot of expensive work on my teeth, but left me in constant pain. I made the decision to leave that practice and did not realise how difficult it would be to get into another one. After 3 emergency appointments and still no resolution with my tooth, and after calling approx. 30 practices in Lincolnshire, as well as 111, Carholme dental practice answered their phone and my prayers! Honestly not one human answered any of the other practices I called. The receptionist was wonderful and sorted me out very quickly, and today, the dentist and her nurse treated me with such care and kindness and extracted my tooth. The procedure in itself was swift and painless. In fact it was so quick I didn’t realise she was done! I have had a previous extraction and two wisdom teeth removed and each time I was more than aware I was having teeth removed, but not today. Anyway, two new patients now happily registering for their services. As my partner was so impressed by them too. Thank you so much for helping me.

I have recently visited Carholme twice for toothache, which resulted in an extraction and then returned for a filling. Neus is absolutely amazing. I was treated with care and kindness as I was nervous and have other health problems which make me feel dizzy. I have a fear of dentist but Neus puts me at total ease. On another occasion I have visited with my 3 children and they too were treated very kindly with a different dentist.

I recommend this dentist to everyone, they are fantastic. Pablo helped me with a referral for braces, removed my wisdom teeth when I was petrified and has been amazing when I have taken my toddlers in. Reading the negative reviews has made me feel like I must write a review to ensure people that we honestly get the best service and care from the entire team everytime we visit - thank you!!!

Unreal... I was so afraid of the dentist, due to multiple negative experiences. There was no way I would think those fears could be eliminated. Yet, after getting work done at Carholme, I no longer fear the dentist. Both the dentist and assistant where considerate, thorough and really patient. I felt very safe and in the hands of people who knew what they were doing. Highly recommend this place.

Edit*** after a year of being with Carholme Dental Practice I finally know my dentists name - Dr Shanti! Shes the best dentist I have ever seen, I cannot recommend her enough. I saw the female dentist, cant remember her name but the first thing she asked was how I was. I was honest and told her i was anxious (dental and needle phobia) and she made me feel so at ease and so relaxed, did a thorough check up and explained everything clearly. I cannot recommend this dentist enough. I have suffered with anxiety for years and I've never felt so relaxed at a dentist. Thank you!

UPDATE: After coming back from university I decided to give this practice another go. I was pleasantly surprised to find the receptionists were kind and helpful, and my dentist is a lovely lady who tries her best to help with any issues :) Not sure where the good reviews have come from but at least people have had some good experiences here. I found my first appointment here terrifying... I had never had an injection before, and I was terrified of dentists (and still am). I had to have a filling here and the staff weren't too understanding of my nervousness and were quite hard to understand. They seemed to obsess over 'black spots' on my teeth but not telling me what that means or how I can help them. They couldn't seem to get me out the door quick enough!

Amazing customer service! They made me feel valued as a patient and were very hospitable. The receptionist was very nice and the dentist I saw made me feel so much better, especially since I can be really nervous at the dentist. Overall my experience was way better than anytime at my dentist in London.

I can't rate Carholme Dental Practice highly enough. I have a chronic dental phobia, they have shown such patience and understanding towards me. I've never felt like I'm being a nuisance or taking to much time up. The staff are friendly without being overbearing. Only, minor, downside is that there is no onsite parking and it can sometimes be difficult to park close by.

Brilliant! Would highly recommend this practice. After being mucked about by another practice, I thought I'd try here, I had two broken teeth amongst other problems, within 3 weeks these have all been sorted, and I can smile again with confidence, lovely friendly staff, and my dentist is great!

Carholme dentist is such a friendly place receptionist r lovely and the dentist who I saw was Pablo and he was brilliant I put my trust in to him as I was quite nervous my treatment included both sides beening numb but now I can say I feel more relaxed going next time all thanks to Pablo and his dental nurse 😊

This has been my dentist since I moved to Lincoln. From the receptionists to the Dentists. They may sometimes have a wait, but you can guarantee that service is 100% - it is worth it.
