Been a patient at this practice for over 22 years. Views based on my last appointment. Reception staff very engaging and welcoming, which always put one at ease. Arrived early for my scheduled appointment which passed by 20 minutes unfortunately before being seen. Not bad given the nature of the work being undertaken at the practice. Dentist was thorough and did not rush my treatment which was carried out professionally and to my satisfaction.

First point of contact was receptionist Joanne she is very friendly & efficient, she makes you feel calm & relaxed before going in to see the dentist. First impression of dentist very friendly, took time to talk me through the procedure in a very knowledgeable & professional manner. Which put me at ease. Overall a very good experience. Would recommend this dental surgery!

Staff are extremely friendly, easy to make appointments. Dentist I seen gave me full details of all treatments available to me and was extremely professional at each visit. Dr Kane was amazing and generous in my emergency dentist appointment and sorted my chipped tooth even when there was others waiting and was so insightful about further information. So thankful. Would highly recommend and all other stuff were very welcoming. He really helped young girl regain her confidence :)

I have usually got an appointment when needed now that the restrictions are less. Staff always helpful but not sure about the new form of emergency booking. Retention of dentist appears to be short. My last two have moved on. So much of the relationship between patients and treatment is based around consistency. As they want you to attend regular appointments it would be nice to see the same dentist and build those confidences

From the receptionist to the dentist the whole process in helping my child was outstanding. The care the dentist took to explain things clearly and logically was exceptional, such a positive experience given we were on holiday and my child was nervous having never had any issues before. As someone who has a fear of going to the dentist which has resulted in me not going for over 10 years. Merseyside Dental were able to fit me in last minute and I couldn’t fault them. I have been 3 times over the last few months and have always been made to feel very comfortable from the minute I walk through the door until I leave. For anyone in a similar situation I would recommend this dentist as I am now feeling less and less anxious about going after each visit.

After several appointments with our own dentist who refused to extract the tooth , causing severe distress to to my daughter , we had no other option but to try and find a private dentist . The dental care my family receive from 45 Dental is outstanding. They tailor their approach to each client engaging the youngest of children and promoting dental health to all. From dentists, dental assistants and admin staff, they are all fantastic at their roles.

I didn’t get any work done at this dentist because I was told I need to see a specialist, the young dentist who I dealt with was great and the advice was so professional and really genuine.i hope the specialist I need to see is even half as good as he is .sounds like he’s really knows his profession and talks to you as a human being and not like a just a paying customer. Receptionist and all the other dental nurses were just as good.

I’m writing this on behalf of Linda. This is what she wrote….. I have been with the dental practitioner for a number of years. I recently went for my check up and my dentist found a lesion on the inside of my gum that concerned her ( which I was unaware of). She sent a request for a referral within two weeks. I was seen and tested within the two weeks and a biopsy revealed abnormal cells. If my dentist had not acted on this, the cells would have become cancerous. Instead, after the care I have received I have had the all clear from the hospital. I cannot thank my practice enough (and this all happened through COVID lockdown). I thank you for the best of care.

Radha is an excellent dentist always puts you at your ease as I'm petrified of the dentist but she takes it at my pace and l feel totally safe in her hands.The receptionist Joanne is lovely always helps you out if you need dental care in an emergency and all of the dental nurses are always so cheerful and helpful. I went there for an emergency wisdom teeth extraction, the doctor that saw me was amazing with me, I'm sorry I was in so much pain I forgot he's name, he talked to me through everything he was doing, I loved it, he's assistant was also very friendly and helpful, I didn't give 5 star because the reception wasn't up to standard when it comes to customer service, I was very uncomfortable with the situation.

Quite simply the best dentists surgery ever. Wonderful staff, from the ladies on reception, to the nursing assistants, to the dentists themselves. I had the worst phobia of dentists for many years, these guys have literally give me my confidence back.

I highly recommend Radha, I initially saw her 10 years ago after not visiting the dentist since I was a child due to being terrified of the dentist. I now see Radha every six months. I am no longer terrified, in-fact confident that I am in safe hands. I even had my teeth crowned and whitened for my wedding! She takes great care with nervous patients and is fantastic with my two children.

The team are very professional at this facility and friendly. in the past month I’ve had to see the dentist and a dental hygienist which I had put off for a while (made matters worse) due to being slightly embarrassed but they put me at ease immediately! They’re very quick, professional, painless and pleasant to deal with, I couldn’t recommend this place enough and the surgery’s rating clearly evidences my personal feedback. I’ll definitely be going back and keeping a regular check up with them.
