Dr Joanne is a Godsend, I took all the pain relief I could but nothing would touch the excruciating nerve pain I was experiencing. She dedicated more of her time to put me out of pain immediately by removing the nerve under anaesthetic and explained everything in great detail. As I live near the 80 Kensington Dental Clinic and pass by regularly I decided to walk in and get a final opinion as I was reluctant to lose my tooth. I saw Dr. Joseph who was very honest professional and kind and he managed to save the tooth. Recently I came back to the clinic as I had a problem with an old crown.Dr. Joseph was no longer there so I saw his talented daughter Dr. Joanne. She has definitely inherited her father's talent, professionalism and kindness and I highly recommend her to my family and friends. Thank you very much for your great job, it is much appreciated. I must also not forget about all of the ladies at the reception and consultant room who were also very kind and friendly. What a great team!

Welcoming, and consistently helpful staff at reception. Similarly the assistants to the doctor are also cheerful and make one feel at ease.The doctor is quite exceptional. She has a light touch that causes minimal discomfort and explains what is needed and then keeps you informed throughout the session. The quality of the work done is also excellent. On this visit I had three separate appointments for different dental issues. One of these involving the replacement of two old crowns was over a four hour session and with little numbing required. We now have our whole family of three adult children and two grandsons all going to Dr Joanne for treatment.

I am over 70 and have a mouth full of caps or crowns, whatever you like to call them. I began life as a very nervous patient who once needed sedation during her teenage years. As life went on, I forced myself to go to a dentist. Despite bouts of periodontal disease (exacerbated by stress) and all those crowns, I still have all my original teeth without the need of implants or bridges. Today I have my teeth cleaned every three months (a GREAT hygienist at this clinic) and my teeth checked once a year or more if I need it. Two days ago I saw Dr. Joanne for the first time and she’s now my new dentist. Fast, efficient and pleasant. If you’re nervous, take heart and push yourself to make an appointment. In the future, you’ll look back and be glad you did. Lastly, I know for a fact that treatment is rarely as bad as you think it will be!

Rhona Eskander who managed the entire treatment process so well. I so was impressed by how gentle she was considering how much work I actually needed done! I underwent a variety of NHS and private treatments, they were completed to an amazing standard so frankly, I couldn't even tell the difference between what was classified as NHS or Private! Dr. Rhona is incredibly experienced, am really glad I registered. The receptionists and dental nurses are so helpful especially when it comes to putting together invoices for insurance purposes.
