I went to Abbey to get a front tooth implant as i was recommended. I must say I have no regrets the oral implant surgeon make you feel so comfortable, and explained every step accordingly. The nurse that also works along with him was so kind, friendly and very polite. If you need your implants done Abbey Dental is the place for you. My front tooth now looks like my own highly recommend.

Best dental practise in E17 (iv tried a few now). Got recommended to try this place out by a neighbour Reception were brilliant, did all the forms online before the appointment so literally only waited a 2 mins before being seen by hygienist. Jay my hygienist was a top bloke, was a professional service and made me feel comfortable knowing I can get my teeth back on track.

If I could give more than 5 stars I’ll be happy to do so! Absolutely kind, knowledgeable and sympathetic team! I’m petrified of dentists but the lovely hygienist Isma, Doctor Ho and Sonya put me at ease straight away. I decided to leave my previous dentist and register myself for good at Abbey Dental - that’s how great the service was. They were constantly going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They kept me informed at every stage of exactly what they were doing so I wouldn’t feel anxious. I can’t thank them enough! Isma answered all my questions and gave me many useful tips on how to look after my teeth better! Since Doctor Ho realised I was hard of hearing, he literally went out of his way to make sure that I was able to understand everything he was saying as well as using hand gestures to help me understand better. Moreover, when Sonya discovered that I was very anxious and scared of needles, she held my hand and stayed with me so that I wouldn’t feel as scared. Absolutely amazing people! Excellent service all around. Was referred here from 111, they called me at 8am and booked me in within a few hours. I was in an unbelievable amount of pain and had the first part of a root canal here- the pain relief was instant and the procedure was very well done. Only downside is that they are so good that they are always packed with appointments.

I have been using Abbey Dental Practice for many years. I changed when I decided that white marble, glass and brushed steel had no relevance to the care I received, but a lot to do with the amount of treatment I was having. At Abbey, I always see the same Dentist and normally the same dental nurse. The fact that they have chosen to stay at the same practice for many years makes me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment I am receiving. It also helps that my dentist identified the early stages of a Ludwig's Angina, prescribing the appropriate medication and sending me to Hospital. I am told that his actions saved my life.

I was suffering with intolerable and unbearable pain and struggled to get an appointment with my dentist, I phoned Abbey and was able to get an emergency appointment. They were outstanding and with a few completed online forms I was able to get an appointment quickly to get the confounded tooth extracted. The dentist Stephen and accompanying nurse gave me excellent care, explaining the procedure and taking the time to ensure that I was comfortable and not in pain before leaving. The practice is quite spacious and always clean. Staff at the reception are friendly and professional. No problem getting an appointment. I used to have a fear of dentist but Dr Ho has been a God sent and makes me feel comfortable with minimal to no pain. He is very thorough with his work and explains everything in detail. I couldn't go to my normal dental practice and had to go through 111 and was given an appointment to see a dentist within 24 hours at Abbey Dental. The dentist (C. Having undergone five separate procedures totaling around 5-6 hours of work (root canals are not fun!), I have to say I really can't fault the treatment I received here. Siva took great care of me throughout the whole thing and was always polite and friendly, making sure to explain all I needed to know but never divulging too much about the nitty gritty, he just got on with it and he did a great job. Dental hygiene is a big source of anxiety for me so this sort of thing could well have been a nightmare, but I felt much more at ease here. The reception staff and the team who help monitor the doors during the pandemic are also super nice and courteous. The wait times between appointments aren't ideal but we're not living in ideal times right now so I'm sure it's out of the practice's control!

Everything was ok, but I forget to bring my face mask and I ask the receptionist for one I thought for free but she ask me to pay £1 the problem I couldn’t use it because it was complicated to wear “ really strange” I use my scarf instead to cover my face and throw the mask in the bin.

Dr Kashif Saeed and his assistant were absolutely amazing and reassured me throughout the long procedures. I can honestly say I am no longer scared of going to the dentist. Patient care and follow ups were all excellent and I cannot fault anything about the service I received at this practice.

I had to attend Abbey dental as an emergency, I had terrible pain and a swollen face and due to the Corona virus restrictions I couldn't see my own dentist. From the first phone call to the end of the actual appointment I was shown great care. The first dentist I spoke to was very kind, he listened to my symptoms and gave me some options. He also prescribed antibiotics for me to collect straight from my local chemist. I then spoke to a member of the office team who booked me an appointment. She was very thorough with checking some details related to Corona virus, she reassured me that I could bring my 7 year old with me to the appointment as long as she was happy waiting outside the consulting room. On the day of the appointment we were greeted at the door by a woman who checked our temperatures, and asked us to disinfectant our hands with some gel. Even though she was wearing full ppe, she managed to come across as friendly and welcoming. The dentist and dental nurse that looked after me were also extremely friendly and reassuring. Again I was given some options after a check up and an x-ray. I elected for an extraction. This was done painlessly and stress free. At all times I felt in control of what was happening. The aftercare was explained really well and a pack given to me to take home, again with the reassurance that I could call the practice if I had any concerns. At no point was I concerned about any risk of Corona virus. The whole place is spotlessly clean and any unnecessary items such as posters etc have been taken away, there are visible processes in place for cleaning all the different areas including the consultation rooms. What an amazing experience, thank you to everyone in the practice.

A bit of a wait in room but was seen to by a decent dentist who refitted a crown that came out after 28 years, only given 4 stars as don't know if crown would hold. Appointment was booked in 2 days. Would go there again.

They took care of me pretty well. I waited 30 minutes before I got seen by the dentist during lockdown but it was worth it. No longer have I got the tooth ache, I will be back in January for a check up and potentially get myself a pair of braces.

After previously putting off going to the dentist for 4 years as a result of a less than favourable experience, I was incredibly pleased with what Abbey Dental did for me. The dentist Kishan gave honest advice and I was happy to act upon his recommendations, and after my tooth chipped in between appointments he fixed it straightaway without any hassle, going above and beyond my expectations. The dental hygienist Siva was also great. Answered all my questions and was very friendly and reassuring. It was the most thorough cleaning and polishing service I've ever had and he's a great asset to the business. Hope to see him the next time my appointment is due. The only constructive feedback I would give is that I wasn't aware that if you don't attend every 18 months you cannot make an appointment straightaway as I was told I couldn't get an appointment for 6 weeks as a result. I think just some clearer communication around this would be better but otherwise a super happy patient here!

I would definitely say this is the best dentist in Walthamstow after having bad experiences with two others I have tried. The staff are courteous and helpful. The hygieniest is considerate and gentle. The dentist I saw, a lady, was very thorough, considerate and open to various courses of treatment for the issues I had. I returned yesterday for two fillings both of which I am very pleased with. Can't say a bad word about this dental practice, my partner has now swapped to them and is looking forward to a positive experience as well. Not only that they actually take NHS patients, unlike a lot of the dentists on Hoe Street and actually promote 6 monthly cleanings the way it used to be and should still be.

The only issue I had was trying to book appointments with 2-week intervals as my ortho tends to be very busy. That must mean that he is very popular! Bad attitude. Thrown my next appointment slip at the desk instead of giving it to my hand. Didn’t ask if I was okay at any point, just “ are you done? “ Kind of rude on the phone. However, rest of staff do not fail to put a smile on my face :) However, I trust the doctors which is the most important thing so thank you!

I have recently completed a course of treatment here to have an implant fitted to replace a broken molar. Kashif Saeed was my dentist and he was excellent. Very gentle and calm. I am a nervous patient and I don’t like needles but the lovely dental nurse Shenaz held my hand through the needles and the extraction of my broken tooth (which didn’t hurt at all). I am really happy with my new tooth and recommend my dentist to anyone considering an implant.

Went along as I wasn't happy with previous dentist who was insisting I had treatment privately. Advised dentist at Abbey that I wanted tooth extracted as I'd been told there was a crack in it and after a similar problem with another tooth I didn't fancy going through the work if it was only going to be for a few months. Was told there was no crack and given the option of extraction or having a metal inlay, as it was a molar I opted to try and keep the tooth. Once work started it was discovered I did indeed have a crack and an inlay was out of the running. After a few more sessions for root canal treatment I finally had a crown fitted, on the NHS. Other than not spotting the crack that the previous dentist had seen I can't fault the treatment I received. I was particularly impressed that I wasn't pushed down the private route and as much work as could be done was carried out under the NHS and each step was explained prior to work being done. Reception staff are also impressive, responding efficiently and quickly when I managed to lose a piece of tooth whilst eating some popcorn.
