I am so thankful to The Amelia Street Dental Team, they gave me and my daughter exceptional care. It was our first visit so my daughter was very overwhelmed and I had helping hands left , right and centre. The receptionists were friendly , welcoming and caring and done their upmost best to calm down a very temperamental toddler. Dr Bogdana Oprea was very patient, polite and informative, I felt really at ease in her care. Her assistant went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was occupied and happy whilst I was being seen (I wish I got her name) and I appreciate it as I know it’s not their job to become child entertainers in such a busy environment. I am so glad I found this dental practice, because of them I left with a smile on my face after arriving very anxious and worried. Thank you!

Although the staff and premises are great, they NEVER pick up the phone. I had to call an average of 32 times a day to get to talk to someone and most times I couldn't get through. All your good work and great staff gets overshadowed by this and it is a shame. No one should have to call that many times to get an appointment. And you don't even accept people walking in the clinic so I couldn't even go there to make an appointment in person.

Great new dental clinic! Got my teeth cleaned by Alin who was so professional and did a great job. While I did find it tricky to get hold of them as the line ran to voicemail, definitely persevere as they deliver quality results. Receptionist Annette was so friendly and helpful!

Great customer service. From initial contact over the phone with the front of desk, my queries and emergency appointment was handled efficiently. They were very accommodating and allowed me to come in straight away even in this covid situation. The reception team are very friendly and polite. The dentist Freya provided an excellent service! She was very careful, precise, friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. She showed absolute professionalism in her work explaining procedures and all options available. Her assistant was very helpful as well. They made me feel comfortable. I felt confident with the service. I would recommend to anyone. I recently visited amelia Street dental clinic, the staff on entry were very polite and very helpful, the place itself is pristeenly clean , and the lady dentist i saw was professional and had a very friendly manner, I would recommend them to anyone ,I was surprisingly impressed , as I am not really a lover of going to the dentists.

I had the best experience ever in this clinic. Beside the fact that all staff is friendly and really helpful, the surgeon Osa that I extracted my wisdom tooth was distinctively professional and helpful. I had other teeth extractions in other places but nothing compared with this. It was impressively fast( i mean a matter of seconds) completely hygienic and mostly important no after pain. Just on the first day a little but then no pain at all. I was very impressed by his work. Highly recommend it!

I recommend wholeheartedly this clinic and especially dr. Claudia. My girlfriend had veneers done abroad and experienced excruciating pain in her lower teeth. We went to several clinics and doctors over the last 3 weeks and no one wanted to even touch her teeth because she had treatments done elsewhere. Contacted the clinic manager, explained to her the situation and booked us an appointment very quickly. Dr. Claudia was very helpful and solved the issue in a very proffessional manner.

It's not clear why the most recent reviews of this dental practice have been so low. I found all staff polite, efficient and friendly. I was seen quickly in a professional manner. The hygienist and dentist were both excellent. The clinic is in need of a paint job and a spruce-up, but it was clean.

Very well established Clinic in heart of London serving local community over decades. Dentist downstairs carry over 40 year of experience . Helpful reception staff which will go above and beyond resolve issues. They got wide array of the skilled and qualified dentists offering NHS and private treatments which are invisalign, veneers, crowns,white fillings.Experienced dentists there also offer implants simple and complicated cases.Especially dentist upstairs dr Osa with his calm,compassionate and relaxed manner will put all you worries at ease .Hes also able to see emergencies same day .So I highly recommended this dental practice to family and friends.

Very friendly and customer oriented staff.I had a trip to London,in wich i had the bad luck to struggle with a tooth pain.At the recommendation of one of my collegues,i came to this clinic.I'v been treated with the obturation of the root canal.I expected to be not a pleaseant experience,but contrary of my expectation,it was all good.Everything was treated with care and patience and i actually left with a smile,even i couldn't feel half of my face.I totally recommend this clinic for the professionalism.
