I've been a patient of Dr Aslam for the entire time I've lived in London - 8 years. She has always given great advice, has a kind manner, making good decisions about oral treatment, and even made time to see me during the COVID crisis in 2020 when I had a dental emergency. Prices also very reasonable. I'd never go anywhere else!

I've had the most wonderful experience from my visits here. From reception staff to Dr. Asil. Integrity and doing the correct thing with the experience and knowledge to know what it is. Most dentists nowadays treat you as a cash machine, this dental practice produces high quality work and puts you, the patient and your health first.

I think this dentist is amazing but let me tell you why. I am a 41 year male who has had chronic gum disease for over 20 years. previous dentists never helped me the way these guys have. One of my previous dentists was even a old school friend that never helped me the way I needed. My first visit to this dentist was a bit overwhelming but for the right reasons. Dr Assil looked at my mouth and instantly told me what was needed and how we was going to get there. No small task but with with there amazing hygienist ( who's policy is never to hurt because you will never come back again ) I am now in a position we're my gum disease is at a stable point. I still have all my teeth due to regular visits and paying attention to the advise given. I might add I am a NHS patient not private so my opinion is that anything is possible. In addition, I want to add that everyone is friendly and is happy to help you in a where they can. Reception are multilingual which is a bonus. A big thank you to all at Arrow!!!

I have been in this practice for over 4 years now. Dr Agata was highly recommend to me. My dentist Dr Agata is amazing dentist, very skilled and professional.Best dentist ever!! My kids LOVE to see her as well. Receptionist there are one of the best, friendly and always trying to help and allocate apointments. Highly recomend this practice.

I’ve been attending this dental practice my whole life (20+ years) and I have never been disappointed with my experience. The staff are so helpful and kind and Dr Assil in particular is great; very friendly and professional. Myself and my family live in another borough but still travel to Camden just to visit this surgery for its excellent service.

The best dental practice. Lovely staff who get to know you as an individual, the phones are always answered and staff try their best to accommodate you. My dentist (Dr Asil) is amazing, friendly and trustworthy. ALWAYS sorts or can advise on my dental problems that multiple dentists from my area could not seem to spot, let alone treat or advise. Still today, I travel from Norwich (2.5 hours) to see Dr Asil and I will continue to do so. Have seen 2 other dentists from the Arrow dental practice, under Dr Asils recommendation who were also fantastic.

Hello there! I am a 78 year young patient of Dr Alsam. I am registered since 2009. I have had many appointments with them, the reception staff are caring and prompt. They are always working efficiently and are polite. Dr Alsam is very proficient and eloquent, she is sympathetic and very caring. Asil has been very gentle when I have severe pain and sensitivity. She explains well and calms me. I have a son who suffers from depression, he is also very happy and is relaxed during procedures. I am fortunate to be Asil's patient and I wish her team the best of success and happiness! Jaya Patel

I came in to get my teeth cleaned and examined. Walking in, the receptionist was helpful by checking me in and I was able to see the dentist promptly. While examination of my teeth went well through inspection and x-ray, I did have some tartar buildup that my toothbrush couldn't remove. Thankfully, the dentist removed it, but other than that, I had no dental issues. Furthermore, she was very helpful to offer me general dental advice going forward when it comes to flossing techniques, effective brushing motions and which types of toothbrush are best. Lastly, she answered all my questions about my teeth and dental health, leaving me comfortable and satisfied. Having myself in the mirror, the area where the tartar was removed has given my teeth a far cleaner look! Time may vary depending on the state of each patient's teeth, but I didn't wait long and the entire procedure was done in good time. Would definitely recommend. Very satisfied with the results.

The dentists are excellent both in mannerisms and in service (especially Dr Reza) however the receptionists are terrible: they are rude, lazy and misinforming. Also the receptionist hardly ever works when she is not talking on the phone with her mates. The receptionists will waste HOURS of your time-so always ask the dentist if you need to know anything.

I had to make an emergency appointment at the Arrow Dental Practice because my tooth was hurting a lot which turned out to be a painful abscess, the dentist saw me straight away, the staff were very friendly kind and helpful, Excellent Service.
