E. S.Absolute game changer! I attended the aesthetic and restorative course, this is 12 days attended over the course of the year. It has completely transformed the way I provide my clinical dentistry, I now feel so much more confident in the treatments I am providing my patients with! I enjoy my dentistry so much more, and have made life long friends along the way. Raheel and Richard are just fabulous! They are so down to earth, and never make you feel stupid. They have the ability to make any subject more interesting and easier to grasp! Their relaxed, charismatic teaching approach makes every study day a total joy. For anyone contemplating taking this course, my only advice would be get booked on now, you most definitely won’t regret it and you will easily make the money back after the first few days! I'm only part way through the course and I feel like I've gained dental skills and so much more. They were fantastic, very knowledgeable and only too willing to answer any and all questions that I and the other delegates had. As mentors they’re both approachable (no question feels silly) extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, happy to share their wisdom to no end. As a bonus, there were some communication tips which were absolute gold dust that I picked up along the way. I’m already applying these to my daily conversations with patients and seeing the immediate overwhelmingly positive results. Along with having complete confidence in applying the concepts of occlusion to the more advanced cases I’m taking on and troubleshooting when things don’t quite go to plan.
I went in feeling a bit spoofed about occlusion. After the two days, I walked out understanding it completely and not worrying about it ONE BIT! I wish I had done it sooner really!

I've enjoyed and looked forward to every course day and come out with an improved and more enjoyable outlook on to dentistry. Raheel and Richard have been amazing; they are thorough and passionate about their teaching and ensure that we all go away with a clear understanding and most importantly confidence in incorporating procedures and treatment modalities into our everyday practice. I first heard about the course from a friend who strongly recommended the course to me as it changed her dentistry and it has done exactly the same to mine. M. B.Everyone finds the jump from dft to associate steeper than graduate to dft. Unfortunately covid cut my dft year, 6 months short. But I was so glad my ES recommended this course and I was so lucky to start straight after finishing my dft year. Lots of learning and motivation. After the endodontic and restorative courses I have also completed the occlusion course . Like all the other Aspire courses - brilliant teaching "lifting the mystery" of occlusion combined with a highly entertaining delivery leaves you feeling empowered and more than ready for the challenges that we all face.
I also very much hope to attend the Soft Skills course in the future.

a. P.As a delegate on both the Advanced Restorative and Endodontics Courses, I have found that both courses are fundamental pillars of my ongoing dental education.
I started the restorative course a year ago and I am now coming to the final day. After Day 3, I realised that the quality of teaching was of such a high standard that I decided to enrol onto the Endodontic course. I am currently halfway through the Endodontic course and I am now able to carry out a Root Canal Treatment to a Specialist standard.
The depth of knowledge gained and hands on training that the course has provided is invaluable. I have not referred a single endodontic case externally since starting the course. Furthermore, I am now taking on internal referrals from other Associates in my practice for complex Root Canal Treatments. Undergoing the restorative course has also allowed me to carry out more comprehensive advanced cases confidently. Additionally, I was fully supported by Richard, Raheel and Vishal when any difficulties arose.
The key difference I have found between Aspire and other courses I have undertaken, are the Teaching Staff, all of who are highly knowledgeable, influential and approachable. In addition to this, the emphasis on hands on learning was highly beneficial for my learning style. Richard and Raheel were happy to sit next to you while preparing a tooth if required, to make sure your preparations were to a high standard.
Their teaching skills were very versatile, friendly and most importantly, fun! Feedback was always constructive and helpful.
As mentioned earlier, the staff and the ongoing support provided by the teaching team was amazing. Aspire also has a forum in which a network of Aspire delegates were always available to assist you with complicated cases. All of which was provided in a completely non-judgemental and open manner.
The Restorative course was recommended by a colleague of mine and I have no regrets on completing the course. I encourage any GDPs who want to improve their restorative/endodontic skills to enrol and become an Aspire delegate. The courses will benefit newly graduated dentists or even experienced practitioners who want to update their skills.
Whether you’re a GDP in NHS/Mixed/Private Practice, the Aspire courses completely changes your mindset and the way you look at your patients. It allows you to provide your patients with functional predictable Dentistry, thus taking your Dentistry to the next level.

p. k.I once had tutor at University who was simply the best; he had a vast amount of knowledge and always encouraged clinical practice. I learnt the most of my operative dentistry in the one year he taught me. Since that time I have not met another like him, until my path crossed Richard’s at a seminar. It was the first time since University I had that feeling that this chap sure can teach, and loves to teach. I decided there and then, that I will book on to every course I can where Richard is teaching.
I have now completed both the Advanced Operative Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry, plus the Advanced Endodontics courses, and I can safely say that Richard is simply the best. I also met Raheel on the course, and for a young dentist his knowledge base and technical knowhow was unbelievable. With that combination, both courses where absolutely perfect in their balance and approach. I had the most hands on time ever compared with other course I have done and know about. The learning was deep and holistic, meaning we covered the clinical ABC, but also the soft skills and ethics of excellent practice. The amount of knowledge Richard has, not just about dentistry but in all matters is unreal. He has probably forgotten more than I currently know!
Overall, I super highly recommend this course for the younger dentist, as I am sure this will shape your practice to be one high in skill, ethics and to lead you to be a great caring dentist. This is for the older dentist, like me, who needs to re sharpen their tools and feel the love again for excellence in dentistry. My words cannot do the course enough justice, but once you do it, you will know what I mean.

s. m.I completed the Aspire Restorative Course in 2016. I have to say it's been one of the best courses I have been on. It is well coordinated and hands on. The skills learnt are transferable into practice following the sessions, so you can be sure you will put to use what you have learnt. Richard and Raheel take their time to come round to each delegate so you get that one to one feedback on how you are doing. I lacked confidence in my skills and this course not only restored my confidence but I gained further knowledge in carrying out predictable dentistry. The course overview is concise and evidence based. You are provided with further reading studies and articles if you wanted to deepen your understanding on the subject but I found the handouts provided had condensed and summarised the important aspects. I can truly recommend this course for those who are looking to learn techniques to carry out predictable dentistry and bring something new to your practice.

a. h.Absolutely excellent; Aspire has really helped me to develop not only my practical clinical skills, but also patient management skills, such as history taking, diagnosis, and an ethical business approach. Despite doing more complex and expensive work I have had no patient complaints since starting the courses 5 years ago. I have done both restorative and endodontic courses, and compared to other courses I have attended, I feel I have benefitted the most here. I highly recommend if you just want to be a better dentist, and in particular if you want to achieve high standards with predictable results, and less stressful dentistry. On a final note, as an associate working in a mixed NHS-private practice, the courses have a already paid for themselves, so don't be afraid to invest in yourself.

The teaching covers the most basic concepts and works its way up. Often by the time we're due our first coffee break at 10 am, our brains are buzzing and possibly overwhelmed by how little we knew about procedures we practice day in and day out! Once we get to apply it, it all falls beautifully in place.
As phenomenal as the course is, making the most out of it greatly depends on us. It's hard venturing out of our comfort zones when planning treatments or gathering the courage to ask for longer appointments and different materials. Particularly if you work in the frustrating UDA system like my self. Not to mention the financial toll if you go nuts and buy a DSLR camera & loupes in 2 consecutive months! Bite the bullet and do it! It will change your life! and eventually pays for itself.
I've also done the occlusion course which I can not recommend enough. I used to switch off once the "O" word is mentioned! All that confusion has been replaced with a simple and systematic approach that I can apply to my daily practice.
Richard and Raheel, I can not thank you enough for your patience in answering all my non stop questions! And your amazing support through out the course at the skills lab and remotely with my cases.
