P. G.I really don’t like visiting any dentists but I attended my first appointment today and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive. The dentist took her time explaining what she was doing and why and it was a stress free visit. Very happy with everyone I met from the reception team through to the dentists.

S. H.I’m a NHS patient and was treated for a root canal recently. In three years I had three dentists here, all of them were very good.
I recently started working with Dr Shayan and was very impressed. I am a bit fearful of such treatments and he made sure to explain every step to me and did an excellent job on the treatment itself.
I noticed that some dental assistants were in training during my treatment and observed that he explained everything to them as well in a patient and collaborative way, which shows good morale.
Some of the receptionists there have been there for years and I never met them in a bad mood, even though it can get so busy for them. I never waited more than 10-15 min to be seen for my appointment.
The interior of the treatment rooms could be a little more updated, but to me this is secondary to good treatment.
J.I saw Dr Shayan for a dental check up and I cannot recommend him enough if you are apprehensive or anxious of seeing a dental practitioner either from past bad experiences or just from general phobia. He was calming with his procedure and was also very knowledgeable and took his time to clearly explain his findings and then with the treatments he recommended to me. The receptionists are also all supportive and friendly at all times. Overall a good professional practice.
