Clocktower Dental is a lovely, clean, friendly and welcoming surgery. At times I can get a bit anxious about going to the dentist (I'm sure most people can relate), however the calm and friendly atmosphere really does help. Another really good experience of this dental practice. All the staff are great. They make you feel immediately at ease. They explain fully about the need for any procedure they recommend as well as the cost. Clocktower dental is a very friendly environment, the staff ensure that you feel comfortable and explain the best treatment for you. Waiting times are minimal and they get to know you as an individual rather than just a patient. The only thing that can be improved is the accessibility to the place, there is lots of stairs which is not ideal for disabled individuals. Overall, I would highly recommend them!

Hello folks, if you have problems with teeth please do not hesitate to visit this dental office, the staff here is professional and very nice, and to give you an example, receptionist(Kyra) and mrs doctor (Laura), but also the rest of the team. After treating the teeth I saw quality, and those who are afraid when it comes to treating dental problems, I want to tell you that as long as worked on my teeth, I did not feel anything, worked easily and very delicately, go with confidence to them, I recommend with all my heart. I have a terrible fear of the dentist from a bad experience when I was you. So I find it very difficult to find a dentist I am comfortable with. But all of the staff that I've me are very friendly and welcoming especially the reception which I think is an important think because if you have bad reception you dont want to even meet the debtist I know from experience. They are as helpful as they can be. My dentist was very understanding and did not in any way show judgement towards me and did everything she could to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Took my 6 years old daughter to Clocktower Dental because one of her front milk tooth did want to come out while the new grown up came out already. The dentist was absolutely amazing in the way she handled the situation because my daughter was very afraid and didn't want to let her take the tooth out. Suffered a broken tooth over the weekend. Used the emergency number to book an emergency appointment first thing Monday. Seen promptly and had the offending part removed by Dr Nehali and a plan arranged for going forward. Last week I had a terrible toothache. I called and was offered an appointment the next morning. My dentist was brilliant. She took an x-ray to find the exact tooth (I had pain all along the top). Explained everything to me and started treatment. She kept checking I was OK. The pain was greatly lessened and I was booked again for further treatment. I have never had a bad visit to see Vijay and the girls. I live in Devon and had to make an emergency appointment to fix a cracked tooth last week. I went in to see Vijay with my sister and we both had some complicated treatments which were all completed during our visit. Some people have suggested that I am crazy for traveling so far just for the dentist but I cannot fault the service and care that you get from everyone there and can see why they have patients coming from as far as Germany or Canada. From the moment I booked the appointment I knew I was in good hands and am always impressed at the extra time and care that is taken to ensure that everything is done right. They are always reluctant to remove a tooth if it can be saved in any way and attention to detail is second to none. I have never left feeling uncomfortable or in any pain and you are always offered exceptional aftercare advice and really feel well cared for. I can't thank everyone at the practice for their time this weekend enough and look forward to seeing them all again for another check up!
