I've been coming to Creek Road Dental Practice since 2008, despite living all across London, and now in Loughton. I feel so comfortable here and my dentist Sophie is excellent. She puts your mind at ease immediately, and always checks you are ok during any treatment. But best of all, Sophie is thoroughly professional and does a brilliant job. And I can't forget Sophie's colleague, the dental nurse who is also fantastic! The reception team are friendly, calm, and always have a personable approach. They also do their very best to fit you in asap when you have toothache. I can't recommend this dentist enough - Even if I moved to Scotland I think I'd still come here! 😂😂

As someone who put off going to the dentist for over 5 years due to having a bit of dentist anxiety, I have to say Sophie and team really made me feel comfortable and did a great job fixing up my mouth! Just finished my Invisalign treatment after 6 months and Sophie and the team made the whole experience incredibly smooth and as painless as possible. I'm extremely happy with my new smile :) I've been coming to this dentist for around 5 years and definitely the nicest dentist I've been to. Probably wouldn't have done the Invisalign teeth straighteners without Sophie's excellent guidance and advice and her calming attitude. Highly recommend, especially for anyone scared of dentists.

I'm originally from Canada and have lived in the UK for about a year. This was my first time using a UK dentist so I was a little nervous. Before booking an appointment, I searched dentists nearby for hours. Other locations had more reviews, but I decided to give this practice a shot... and I'm so glad I did. From the minute I walked through the door the receptionists were so helpful, were smiling and had such a positive attitude. I was greeted by Sophie, the dentist, who did a fantastic job. She sat with me to discuss my teeth and gave me tips and tricks for even better oral health - something previous dentists didn't ever take enough time to do. Sophie worked with Sarah, the other hygienist, who did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. I cannot recommend this practice enough. I will be going back again as soon as I can.

Great service from all the team, especially my dentist Sophie. I visited to discuss Invisalign treatment as I’ve never been happy with my teeth. Sophie fixed them in 15 weeks and I’m over the moon. Can’t recommend Sophie and Invisalign enough if you’re looking for a nicer smile!

I've been coming to this Dental practice for years and I'm really happy with the service I've received.The receptionists are always welcoming and make you feel comfortable.My dentist, Natasha, is both friendly and professional and has helped me come a long way in getting my dental hygiene up to par. I have always had a fear of dentists, but this place is diminishing it with each visit through the years. Every time I attend, I still get nervous beforehand due to past experiences at other practices, but calm right down when I see Sophie. She's an amazing dentist and just a kind and lovely person. I sometimes leave too long a gap between appointments, but never feel judged. While Sophie was off, I saw another dentist here and she was lovely too. All the assistants are professional and nice. The receptionists are efficient and always greet me with a smile. I would genuinely recommend this place to anyone and believe I would never have developed a fear of dentists if they were all like this.
