I have been using the practice for a number of years and have always had positive experiences. My last appointment with the hygienist was great though - the least challenging of all my dental appointments. She took her time to clean my teeth and that was the least distressing deep clean I've ever had. I have re-booked with the same person.

I recently joined the surgery and the staff have been nothing but so polite and helpful. They contacted me regularly to remind me of my appointments, and fully explained any dental work being done. I recently underwent a root canal procedure, and I was so impressed with professionalism and welcoming nature of all of the staff.

An update to the below, the dentist called me yesterday to apologise and have offered to reimburse me for the inconvenience caused. I can't say this makes me want to give a 5 star review, but it was appreciated that they took responsibility for their mistake. Unfortunately I have not had a pleasant experience with this dental practice. The customer service and care is almost non existent. They take weeks to get back to you, and the phone is rarely answered! I came in for a filling in July, and since have had terrible sensitivity in the tooth; I'm worse off than before I came in. No attempts have been made to see me and rectify the situation. The dentist who performed my procedure seemed nervous, and at one point told me she had gone deeper than she had anticipated! Honestly, cannot believe they are still allowed to practice. One of the worst experiences I've had at the dentist.

I have been very impressed with the service here. Without exception everyone has been polite, friendly and professional. They give very good explanations of treatment options and are very good at what they do, too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.

It's a very nice place,staff are very welcoming, I had issues with my gum bleeding whenever I blushed,this was sorted within few months, Dr Marilena Siaili was very helpful, she takes her time without rushing and explains the problem and how to resolve it plus also making sure it doesn't get back when resolved, very calm and professional woman Also not to worry on the parking, streets around are still free to park, I strongly recommend.

Had Saturday appointments here due to work constraints and the whole practice were great. The dentist and his assistant were great and not condescending in their approach making my experience and treatment as good an experience as possible. Highly recommend this practice.

I attended an appointment to see the gum specialist Dr Siailli to have a deep root clean, and she was exceptional with the treatment throughout explaining everything as she carried out the procedure. Anybody that's had a deep root clean will tell you it's a painful experience, but she got me numbed and prepped where I felt completely comfortable with no pain what's so ever.

A crown fell out and I was concerned because I was about to go away. The practice found time to see me and it was fitted back successfully and efficiently by the dentist . All the staff were lovely and very helpful.

After our recent visit to Crofton Park Dental Practice our 4 year old declared that she loves going to the dentist. She even stopped harassing us for post dinner chocolate (which used to be a regular treat) and had significantly increased eating vegetables and fruit. All because the dentist said it is better to eat less sweets and more fruit and vegetables. All of the staff at the practice are really lovely and especially the dentist (we came on a Saturday) made a huge impression especially on our daughter. I guess the biggest compliment is simply our little one wanting to go back there as soon as possible (maybe also because she hopes for more stickers).
