F. B.Highly recommend this dental practice. Not the fanciest interior but very friendly and professional staff. We felt in safe hands in particular with Dr. Alisa Patel. Upon my first check up she suggested a treatment plan, always laying out options for both NHS and private cover. During the first treatment she explained step by step what she was doing. Nothing felt rushed, yet very quick and efficient replacement of a filling.
I also came with my 5-year old daughter who was anxious to go to the dentist. Dr. Patel was very kind and understanding and made the first visit light and fun.
F. D.Dr Alisa Patel is new to the practice and she is fantastic! She is calm, friendly and professional and put me at ease instantly. Every step of the process was explained and my filling was quick and painless. I'm not a particularly nervous patient but I would definitely recommend her in particular for those who are. Very happy!
N. A.I was pleased to meet, for the first time, Dr Alisa Patel to receive some treatment this month. A tooth required a crown. The preparation was as gentle as can be, and Alisa explained the process fully at each stage. I am delighted with my crown. It feels like the real tooth. I have been a patient at the Dental Care Centre for over 25 years and always been happy and comfortable with the care and service given by the dentists, hygienists and reception team. I would add It is very evident the practice is following all COVID-19 protocols. I felt both safe and confident during my visits.

Throughout my pregnancy I wasn’t able to have root canal treatment and had to wait a while but after many months was able to have the treatment and had a white crown fitted. I was made to feel reassured and really well looked after throughout, especially during the current covid madness.
