The whole team provide a first class service from start to finish. The booking system is efficient, with regular reminders to keep you up to date. Dr. Yang gives reassurance that he will take care of everything and he even took extra steps to ensure my fillings are done in the right way which could last me longer. I recently moved to London and I was so worried that I would have to go through a few terrible dentists before I found a decent one. However, Dental Smiles was the first practice I found and the entire experience was phenomenal from the minute the receptionist picked up the phone. She was warm and friendly and made the entire booking procedure seamless. Everything was done online as part of their COVID measures. When I arrived, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. But of course... the dentist! He was so friendly, so professional and so knowledgable! Really gave me the best advice for my situation and treated my situation with the utmost care. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I came across Gray's Inn Dental Smiles when I was looking for a dental practice that looked after nervous patients like myself, and I couldn't have found a better place! From the moment I had my first consultation with Dr Akhil Patel to when I had my treatment, I was looked after, reassured and felt like I was in good hands. I decided to have the sedation as I had to have deep periodontal gum cleaning and a couple of crowns restored, which I was quite nervous about, but Dr Frances and Dr Akhil made me feel totally reassured and calmed my nerves. The sedation itself was a wonderful experience - a tiny IV injection, and then a lovely relaxing state/sleep for the next 3 hours! I barely remember a thing, and I felt fresh as a daisy the next day after all the sleep. I'd also like to say how friendly and helpful the reception staff are - Fay was absolutely wonderful and sorted all my appointments and finance for my treatment, and Nikki and Solange in the Tavistock surgery were brilliant and so reassuring. All in all, I would 100% recommend the practice and the sedation treatment, I don't know why I worried so much and I'm so glad I got it done! Thanks guys x

I received treatment from Dr Raj Gandhi on 16th May 2019. I have been a patient of Dr Gandhi for many years and in my opinion he is the best dentist in London town (and beyond). He is a first class clinician, highly experienced and professional. He is also warm and personable so that one forgets to feel nervous. A gold star every time for Dr Gandhi! The support staff, and in particular Fay, are also very helpful, efficient and friendly.

Finding a good dentist in a big city can feel like looking for a needle in a haystack, and I feel fortunate to have discovered Gray's Inn Dental simply by moving to the area. In Dr Yang they have an outstanding dentist working in relatively humble surroundings to genuinely care for the dental health of his patients. I had neglected my teeth for several years - having been raised to go to the dentist every six months. Dr Yang has now put me back on track, with a programme of repair, visits to the hygienist - also routinely excellent - and a plan one day to correct my crowded lower row with some Invisiline support. The administrative team are bright, friendly and helpful, the communications prompt and efficient, and all of this available with subsidy from the NHS. They have shared recommendations for both electric and manual toothbrushes, offered a short-term prescription for special toothpaste, and even a 3min Youtube video on how to really brush your teeth properly. I am now confident my dental health is improving by the months and never need find another dentist. Many thanks to them, and I'm glad to recommend them to readers here.
