I recently visited Monica at Elizabeth Street Dentist for a consultation and then went back a few times after for some treatment and have been super impressed. From arrival, the entire experience was smooth and stress free. Monica is wonderful, really friendly, explains everything in great detail and puts me at ease. The prices are very reasonable too. I will definitely be returning :)

Elizabeth Street Dentist is one of the best in London, and is easily accessible. I am very impressed with Monica’s understanding and passion for her job. What I really like, and appreciate about Monica is that she takes utmost care, and strives to do things perfectly, giving no discomfort, and she has handled most difficult dental and gums related issues of mine and the best is she explains before the procedure in detail, advises what she will be doing and post treatment how to protect other tooth and take care of oral hygiene. My dental hygiene has been low since my early age which means it’s quite complicated- but many thanks to Elizabeth Street Dentist, especially Monica, for taking time to review each tooth and use one of the best medication and care. I am truly blessed to have found Elizabeth Street Dentist and for last 7 years I been using them, and each time I get special and professional attention, along with her other customers. My daughter, since her early age gets regular checking done- in-fact she really enjoys visiting her, my wife too is taking her treatment from Monica. Dr Amin was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything she planned on doing very well, the whole experience was comfortable. In terms of Covid prevention, the whole process was very smooth as well, from submitting online forms prior to my first appointment to feeling safe and well taken care of on site. I was very scared about having a different dentist other than my trusted lifelong one in Spain, as in the past I met a few dentists that wanted to perform major procedures in my teeth that weren't needed. But as now I'm living in London, I decided to look for an honest and professional dentist here, and after long research, I found Elizabeth Street Dentist. I am extremely happy that I found this clinic, Monica and Rossana are very candid and empathetic, they understand my needs and they treat me with kindness, taking the time to explain everything in detail. Monica always takes a conservative approach to dentistry, so she will do only what is needed to keep my teeth healthy and nice, which is very important for me and makes me feel that I'm in the hands of good professionals. Also, they take a lot of measures to protect their patients during covid. I highly recommend Elizabeth Street clinic, my fears about going to the dentist have definitely vanished as I feel safe and confident with Monica and Rossana.

I visited ESD following some trouble with a wisdom tooth. From the very first phone call (with practical advice) to the follow up visit for a clean and a filling replacement, my experience with Dr Amin & Team was excellent. The practice is in a nice location and staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr Monica is very helpful in her advice and relates to the patient as she herself is undergoing the same Invisalign treatment. I have on appointments had to wait to be seen due to the overrunning of other patients. I have been lucky and not required any other appointments outside of my treatment plan, but if I have ever contacted the practice I have found them to be helpful and accommodating. I have confidence in Dentist and faith in what she is doing is best for my dental health, I don’t feel like I am being seen in a private practice but my own dentist.

I took my 2 year old to her 1st dental visit after she chipped her teeth, and immediately felt totally at ease with Dr Monica. She was very attentive, took alot of time to entertain my daughter before trying to check her teeth, and was very gentle and only did what was comfortable for her and myself. Dr Monica's explanations were thorough and reassuring, she didn't rush at any time, and talked through the situation and all the potential options in great detail, answering all the questions in my head before I even got to ask them. She gave great advice on what to do to make my daughter more comfortable in future visits, and made the visit very personal. The team was very friendly, I left feeling completely reassured and look forward to the next visit - and my daughter left with stickers and a balloon. There was also no wait for an appointment at all. I would definitely trust Dr Monica with my own teeth now, and wouldn't hesitate in recommending her - great job and thank you.

Having moved back from NYC to a new part of London, I needed someone that I could trust for my family's dental care. I'd previously spent my life (luckily!) being treated at Neville M Bass (renowned as the UK's best Orthodontic practice). So I was worried I wouldn't find a similar service level. So what a relief to find ESD nearby! Monica (founder) and her brilliant friendly team that run this practice are really 1st class. All the important stuff like the service, genuine customer care (and after care!) is excellent. I wasn't comfortable with another local practice I joined. I do a lot of sport, including boxing and had some painful dental issues to get sorted. I had no recommendation to go here but after 2 years I can safely say I feel 100% happy to recommend these guys if you're seeking a Dentist you can rely on and trust. As a bonus, they talk straight, give common sense advice and their pricing is a match, if not less than any other reputable dentist (as I've found). I had to stumble across ESD to find them, so I hope this helps your search -

Having two permanent braces from North American orthodontic treatment and as well as gum grafts, I have been wary of dental treatments in the UK not meeting my expectations. My fears were completely dispelled by Dr Monica and her team. The hygienist was thorough but sensitive and I receive an excellent clean on every visit. Dr Monica is well-informed and I was delighted that she was able to fit me in for an emergency treatment when one of my permanent braces became unstuck. I always used to really hate going to the dentist but seemed to have found the right place here with Monica and co., which suits the style of dental care I'm looking for - laid back and not at all pushy, with my best interests at heart but never any hard sell for treatments I don't need. Like most people, I don't like going to the dentist and would only too happily put it off. Monica and her team however endeavour to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Yesterday, it was my turn to see the hygienist. She talked me through the areas she was concerned about and was encouraging about how I had been looking after my teeth. I went away encouraged to try even better for the next 4 months until my next visit. I've given a five star rating for the treatment but I wouldn't say I 'loved it'!

Absolutely brilliant service. Dr Amin is very professional and was gentle with my teeth and gums; I didn't feel much pain at all. I was very happy with how she sorted my teeth out. I have been a client of ESD for twenty years initially under the care of the legendary Dennis Sharman. I have since moved to the countryside where there are more than fifteen practices within a ten minute drive of my home. I would not hesitate to take the two hour drive and deal with the London traffic, congestion zone charges, motorway tariffs and parking nightmares to remain under ESD's care. Dr Monica is a highly skilled practitioner exuding confidence and care to put you at ease. She explains the procedures in clearly comprehensible detail and takes you through each step of the procedure to give a full understanding of the wheres and whys. The fee scale is very competitive especially for a practice equipped with the latest technology and an operative performing at the top of her game. The support staff are just as professional and personable but ironically I am not going to recommend ESD to you. The simple reason being that I may not be able to get an appointment!! :-) Seriously never take chances with your teeth or your eyes; always seek the best treatment. As far as your teeth are concerned ESD delivers that and more.

Monica and her team are very helpful and professional. Any procedure is always explained clearly and in a helpful manner. Monica is always very accommodating with appointment times. I would highly recommend her.
