I had an emergency dentist appointment here on Saturday the 27th and it was honestly, despite the awful circumstances, one of the best, if not the best experience at a dentist's I've ever had. Judith and Charlene took great care of me, were attentive to me and assured me when I needed it. The environment was as comfortable as it could be, considering my circumstance and I'm hoping to sign up here the minute Green Dental Care start taking new patients. I've even told my entire family about it and they want to become patients too, when places are available. Truly amazing work from the team and I hope Charlene and Judith are having an amazing time and get a major bonus this Christmas! If you see this, thank you both!

I'm a nervous patient with fear of dentists, I needed emergency treatment and was appointed this dental clinic through NHS 111....wow the service provided by Dr. Radika and dental nurse Charlene where 5*. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for taking good care of me.

Very professional dentist. I called 111 for an emergency and they called me back very quick. I had to wait for 15 mins (my appointment is at 11:15. And get seen at 11:30) but the dentist I saw is very very good. He explained to me everything and make sure I'm fine. He cares about my pain. Very good experience and I wish I can register with them. Receptionist is very nice and friendly. I'm very happy to be honest.

I was referred to this practice by my own dentist for Avery difficult root canal. I drove to the practice and got delayed in traffic and I called them along the way to let them know I was running late. I got there about 10 minutes late was seen about 10 minutes after I had arrived. I was seen by Tapasia who I thought was very professional and did explain what she was going to do and she used a microscope to do the root canal and used some form of covering in my mouth which meant there was no water going in my throat. I was told that I might find it very painful when the numbness goes but it’s the following day now and I feel no pain. However, I haven’t chewed anything on this side just to be careful. I will need to have a crown on this tooth and I wish I could get it done here. THANKS Green Dental Care.

I went for an emergency 111 appointment and was slightly apprehensive about it. But after arriving was immediately at ease (nervous patient). This practice is clean, light and airy. The staff were all pleasant and especially I liked my dentist Dr Lee. He was very straightforward but at same time gentle and knowledgeable. They were able to offer me an emergency appointment for a painful toothache when my usual dentist practice was unable to help. I was impressed by the spaciousness of the waiting area and their safety precautions for patients during the current pandemic. My appointed dentist was friendly and welcoming. She took x-rays and talked me through the results. She also explained each part of the treatment process as she dealt with my problems. Overall I was impressed by the efficiency of the staff at the practice and, of course, extremely grateful for the help they gave me at a very awkward time for everyone.

I would have given it 5 star but I i felt rushed by the time.. No receptionist when I walked in and I could hear the staff laughing and joking in the back. I said hello anyone there as theyre was no bell to ring. No CCTV so anybody could walk in. They did the job well but was abit unprofessional. Which I didn't appreciate. The lady that did my service although I told her I had problems she still was abit rude about the situation and I don't think she realises how she talks. She's great at what she does but her communication skills is abit poor and can come across rude so the dentists need to work on that. The asian guy on the reception has a professional manner and phone communication is excellent. There's a 5ft 4 slim built african/ Caribbean young lady I think she's a helper forvthe dentist I'm not sure, had long braids and she's quite pretty... She is amazing and her communication skills are exceptional I felt comfortable and she really looked after me. She was very warm hearted and kind, made my day go nice and she's great at what she does so jeep it up but a BIG THANKS to you. She was in the room opposite the reception today. Thank you ever so Much!! Toilets were very clean also and other areas. I just didn't appreciate how I were having my treatment done and the dentist was talking amount someone else in front of me whilst my mouth is open in pain keeping me in the lurch. Train your staff on time not when your giving a patient treatment that's very unprofessional and rude. I don't think I would recommend any one here after that experienced. Although you did a great job on my tooth, it wasn't a nice experience being on pain. And how you dealt with the situation I was in.

The staff are very friendly and usually the appointments are not significantly delayed. I have no complaints about the quality of the dental work. It is obviously hard to be a serious critic because I am not in any way a dental specialist. The dentist gave me some free polishing work alongside other treatments I was having.

I posted a previous 5 star review about 6 months ago and am just taking the opportunity to refresh. This is a great practice- everyone is friendly and efficient. They are open Saturdays for cleanings, which is very convenient. Today my teeth were cleaned by Malheea who was excellent. She took the time to explain the steps involved and was very gentle with my sensitive teeth. I highly recommend this practice.

Going to the dentist has always filled me with trepidation, which in turn raises my anxiety through the roof. I was treated by Dr Neha Sharma for a root canal. What "A GOD SEND." Dr Neha Sharma saw I was anxious, but before commencing with my treatment, she very kindly talked me through the procedure before asking me to lay down on the chair. She even turned the music up so I could just lay back and relax. Once I was settled in the chair, she asked me to put on a pair of protective glasses, and as the procedure began, she consistently asked me if i was ok. She said if at anytime I wanted her to stop, all I had to do was raise my hand. I can not tell you, just how much of a walk in the park this treatment was. Dr Neha Sharma has laid all ghost of going to the dentist to bed. She guided me step by step through my treatment, telling what she was going to do and what was coming next. I felt absolutely nothing, in fact I'd became so relaxed, I'd almost forgotten I was in the dentist chair. The procedure was booked in for an hour, but it honestly felt more like 30 mins. I felt no discomfort during the treatment and once the numbness faded. I felt no pain, and had no need to take a pain killer. I am completely over the moon. And would highly, yes, highly recommend Dr Neha Sharma...
