Attended the practice for an appointment with the hygienist Israt, she was amazing and very attentive to all my needs! She made sure I was pleased with my final results and went that extra mile to inform me of all beneficial tasks to do for my oral health. The staff were also amazing and helped me get my appointment done in peace while they watched my baby for me! Everyone was extremely caring, positive and helpful. This is a place to go if you would like to be seen and have staff that actually care about their customers. Overall excellent service I am extremely pleased.

I’ve recently joined the Dental practice and have visited Israt a couple of times for a hygiene clean. I have been so impressed with how gentle, calm and thorough her cleaning is. She also provides after care support which is essential in maintaining good oral hygiene. She is patient and friendly. Great experience every time. They are a very good dentist but I didn't like the the fact I was misinformed about prices. I went through private and was told on the phone that I'd have to pay £35 for check up and I end up paying £55. This was because the xray was £20 which I was never told about and when I confronted the dentist about this they said I should have been informed. I believe this should be made more clear to patients so they don't get a surprise when paying.

I was seen by hygienist. Israt very professional apologize for the delay explained in detail how I should use electric toothbrush effectively. With the work done she'd asked to check myself to see she might missed anything that needs to be worked but there was none I was very satisfied.

Mariyah Tbh the person and her team are very friendly. There service are absolutely amazing. The way they was explained me everything and the way they have cleaned my teeths. I should say it was amazing and I have never been served before. However I wish her successful in her life and treat every single stuffs. Many many thanks to dear Mariyah for everything. Great dentist and receptionists though I'm not sure the practice is using its common sense on one niggly issue. No toilets use for patients unless they have a medical condition, due to covid. Covid is airborne, you can't catch it from sharing toilet seats 🙄 - simply ask your patients to keep their masks on and wash hands thoroughly, don't prevent them from a basic human right. Especially not if you've kept them waiting 40 mins from their appointment time. Hospitals don't corden off toilets due to covid, not sure why a dentist should act any differently. If you can take patients in, have them remove their masks whilst you analyse their mouths and have kids roaming around maskless (the super spreaders), you can most certainly have some empathy for a desperate, very patient patient in need of a basic wee. The audacity to say 'You can't go, but your ailing mother can. There's a mall four doors down use that'. Is it me or am I being discriminated against for being healthy. Next time I'll just pretend I have a medical condition...

Israt is a gem to green street dental. thorough cleaning and very friendly and assures you of your own comfort, definitely done a proper clean where i could feel the difference, she will go over any unmissed bits. I would highly recommend Israt for anyone looking for a hygienist. Defo value for money and by far best hygienist i been too. Gave tips and advice on how to manage better cleaning..

I went and visited the hygenist, Israt. Firstly cheaper than many of the competition at £50 compared to the £65/70 that others are charging. Excellent customer service, was willing to stop and let me rest in between the clean. Only reason for the 4* instead of 5, is that the hygenist was working by herself and the process would have been smoother if she had an assistant. But all in all would definitely recommend this hygenist.

Ultra professional, amazingly capable and very approachable. Dr Shiri Seymour resolved some very complex issues with my teeth, beyond the normal limits of Invisalign, and did not give up until she worked magic on my uncompliant teeth. I cannot recommend her enough as she really went over and above what she needed to do.

I am very pleased with the orthodontist service both my daughter and I have received at Green Street Dental Practice. I had Invisalign treatment to correct bite and close gaps and the results are amazing. The process was easy and very quick. My daughter is nearing the end of fixed brace treatment and is also very pleased with the results so far. Would definitely recommend our orthodontist Shiri Seymour.

Reception staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. The hygienist is lovely, she makes you feel comfortable and is good at what she does. I have only ever seen the dentist for a check up but have no complaints. And the male orthodontis is the only one for miles who is actually willing to help me with my braces and doesn't seem to be in it for the money, but he cares. I recommend the practice and have already registered my husband, too.

I came here for private orthodontic treatment for around 2 years. The dentist was really good, so was the hygienist. However, one of the receptionists was so straight-faced and monotone all the time (she sits on the right when you walk in, wears glasses). Sadly, I noticed that she was very polite and welcoming to white patients, but her demeanour changed considerably in her interaction with Asian patients. There was no 'how are you?' or any sort of comment on the weather or even a bye before you left with Asian patients, but she was much more friendly with white patients. This is not something I'm making up, it was very obvious to me especially as I kept coming in for appointments and I often waited for over 20 minutes. It was more noticeable when she had dealt with 2 patients one after the other, one white and the next Asian. I'm do wonder wether she does this consciously or subconsciously. The other receptionists were very polite and helpful.
