I have been a patient of Dr Shah for a few years now, he has always been very professional, welcoming friendly, honest and straight forward. I had a gap in my front teeth that l've always disliked Dr Shah was very informative explaining different options available to me. While working on my teeth he talked me through the whole procedure, paid attention to detail (he is a perfectionist) and took time out of his busy schedule for aftercare. Dental nurse Sue was absolutely amazing very professional and caring she made me feel at ease, they were in unison (brilliant team work) I now have this smile that I've wanted for years, I started crying with happiness when I saw the results they look beautiful Thank you so much Dr Shah.

I waited a few days before posting this.. convinced I would have something negative to say. I was extremely nervous and convinced myself I was going to have another awful and traumatic experience as my last three visits to a dentist(not Hanwell D Practice) was going to be a nightmare. I was seen last week by Dr Shah, he was clear about the options available to me and reassured me he would restore my dental health. Well.. I am a nervous character do not like needles or the thought of a dentist struggling to extract a tooth(past experience was like a horror movie) Dr Shah was amazing the first dentist to remove a wisdom tooth so smoothly I did not realise he had finished! Thank you and the nurse supporting on the day. Thank you for restoring my confidence in a dental practice also your calm manner and professionalism.

From the moment you walk in to be greeted by the lovely Razia and Magda (both of whom could not be any more helpful) to seeing Doctor Shah who is both extremely competent and incredibly reassuring, putting you at ease from the moment you walk in and taking you through every step of the way during any intervention… to a point where our entire family enjoy going to the dentist! I had been suffering severe pain in my gum due to a broken tooth all through the pandemic. Eventually the pain became unbearable and not being registered with a local dentist (live in Brentford) I had to call NHS 111 for help and advice. They were amazing and advised me they would get a dentist nearby to prescribe me antibiotics and book me in for an emergency appointment. Dr Bains called me within the hour to advise me he would issue me antibiotics to collect from my local pharmacy to help with the infection. Within the hour the prescription was ready to collect. Then received another phone call from the one of the very lovely receptionists, Magda, to book my appointment. I had four appointments in total (initial check up, 1 x abstraction and four fillings) and each time the staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I cannot thank Dr Bains and all at the Practice enough. I’m now totally pain free and also registered with an amazing Dentist 🦷. Highly recommended. Thank you 😊

I would just like to post about this wonderful dental surgery in Hanwell. It has changed my life so much for the better, I cannot recommend this Practice strongly enough. The dentists are like magicians, and no job is too much trouble for them to do. I have had terrible problems with my teeth all my life and I didn't think there was any hope for me, but once Dr. Shah and his team started me on the road to a better smile, there was no looking back. Next I want to say how amazing the reception staff are, each and every one of them, especially Razia, on several occasions I had to contact her for an emergency appointment and she was only too happy and willing to get me an appointment ASAP, Razia has been the face of the practice for the last 10 years that I have been attending, along with the fantastic Practice manager Magda, they run a very efficient friendly practice, and all the other staff are great also, I feel like I am home when I enter the surgery. During Covid-19 Magda, Razia and the team have being outstanding, running the practice with a safe military precision. Keep up the good work everyone, looking forward to seeing you all in 2 weeks.

My family and I have used Hanwell Dental Practice since 2003. We have never been disappointed. We get seen every time we call as the staff accommodates you very easily. You walk in the clinic and you are met by two wonderful and friendly ladies, Razia and Magda (Magda is also the clinic manager), who never fail to provide excellent assistance. They are very helpful, ever so kind and pleasant. They have the ability to make you feel so welcome from the minute you walk in the clinic. If you call, they are very polite on the phone and very patient. If you have some unfinished business, they will keep you updated. I have watched them while waiting in the reception and they can so easily and effectively deal with all - elderly, young and children. They are so very caring – they will open the door for elderly and even help them up or down the stairs. Both are very pretty but their beauty is in their hearts. Their smiles brighten the day of anyone. My dentist (and my family's dentist) is Dr Chand - the most charming and caring person in the world. He is outstanding in every way. There is no doubt that he genuinely cares for his patients, loves his job and will do everything to provide the best care. His level of knowledge is second to none, and I know he is always in search of new ideas and most advanced ways to treat his patients. His advice has been always very helpful. It is his eagerness to keep himself continuously in touch with the latest research and passion for his work that makes him very successful and I know everyone wants to see him. Dr Chand has done an exceptional work on my teeth – they look amazing! In the long run, Dr Chand has saved me money too, as his work is excellent and ever-lasting, so I do not to visit often other than check-ups every 6 months and very rarely need fillings now. Dr Chand is not like many dentists – exaggerating your dental issues/ needs, so you pay more. Not at all, his first interest is the patient! And I know this is the spirit of the whole team at Hanwell Practice. I feel eternally grateful as he has done so much for the whole family. Dr Bains is also excellent. Both Dr Bains and Dr Chand do a great job with their stuff, so whoever sees you, the service is always great! The whole team (management and dentist and assistants), is very strong and this makes the Hanwell Dental Practice the first and the only choice! The practice has been renovated recently and it provides a homely feel when you sit in the waiting room (or in the garden in the summer) and rooms are so bright and utterly immaculate! I have been a patient at Hanwell Dental Practice for over 10 years now and it has constantly been amazing service from not only Dr. Bains but also the reception staff 'Magda' and 'Razia'. They have always gone above and beyond at being professional and helping both me as well as every member of my family feel relaxed, and have a clear explanation of any procedures. It was even at one point when I was distressed and unaware of what outcomes may happen for one of my procedures that, 'Razia', in particular, reassured me and made me more at ease surrounding the different aspects of it. Not only are the reception staff welcoming, they are also clear in making sure we know exactly when our next appointments are and are organised in letting me change any appointment times to surround my own timings regarding my work or children's school pickups. For someone with an extreme fear of dentists, I never thought I'd feel as calm and comfortable as I have done coming here. Very happy with my experience at Hanwell Dental Practice. I first met Dr. Shah when I had an emergency and was in pain. Since then I have decided to continue with the services provided by Dr. Shah. He is very professional, and he always makes sure the best decisions and care are provided. Also, Dr. Shah explains all the steps during the procedure which is an important aspect for me. I have been coming to this practice for over six years and have absolutely no complaints about the quality of care I have received during this time. All the staff and clinicians have been great. The only thing I would suggest, by way of improvement, is investment in a new e-booking system which other practices seem to be taking up. Existing manual system of doing things isn't always the most fine-tuned. If they did this, I would give the place six stars.

I Highly recommend this practice. I have attended the Hanwell dentist practice for over 10 years now and it is absolutely amazing. The reception manager Magda and her team make all efforts to get you an appointment as soon as possible. Recently I had veneers put in by Dr Shah and it has changed my life Completely. I’ve had a few appointment at this practice with Dr Metta and was pleasurably surprised at how helpful, efficient and patient friendly he was. Another lazy dentist elsewhere wanted to pull my tooth instead of doing work while Dr Metta thought, as did I, the tooth could be saved with some work and did precisely that, for which I was grateful. The care and then somehow pain free work was much appreciated. I had a few injections during the process and it was the first time I’d had injections and didn’t feel them at all. I didn’t think that possible. At first I thought it was just luck but I had 3-4 more injections over a few appointments and didn’t feel them at all. Nobody likes going to the dentist but this dentist experience was pain free and efficient. Impressive. The two girls on reception are nice, helpful and understanding too.

The quality of care from Dr Shah, his nurses and receptionists is professional and caring. Dr Shah works quickly and efficiently whilst making sure that the patient is as comfortable as possible during the procedure. I started coming here based on a recommendation of a friend. I have seen three dentists here and all of them have been very good. They understand that it can be stressful seeing the dentist and do everything they can to make you comfortable. I had a bad time with dentists as a child and it took a long time go back to regular dentists. They always give the different options and prices for each level of treatment without real pressure on which you should take. The ladies on reception are absolutely wonderful too and they also do their best to make you feel better about being there. The dental hygienist Colin is also very friendly, cleans my teeth well and has helped me to look after my dental hygiene going forward. They are all passionate and enthusiastic dental health professionals who make you feel comfortable being there. A special mention to Magda and Razia on reception for always being efficient in booking appointments at short notice via telephone and being so polite face-to-face when coming into the practice. The Hanwell Dental Practice is perfect and I am sure that others feel the same, as patients always look happy and comfortable whenever I am there. Would highly recommend this dental practice. I have been going to this practice for a year and have never had any problems. Everyone is sooo friendly, helpful, especially the reception staff who are always up for a chat and very polite, the dental assistants always have a smile on their face and so professional all the time and most importantly the dentists. Dr. Chand is one of the best cosmetic & orthodontic dentist in the business. Options and prices explained thoroughly. He’s willing to go to great lengths for his patients’ happiness with the treatments he provides. I've received a lot of compliments in the last couple of weeks but it wasn't until I received the photos of my teeth both before and after my treatment, that I could begin to appreciate just how much they had changed for the better. Wow where do I start this place was amazing the ladies @the reception was so friendly and kind. They got me a same day appointment within 1hr and I’m a new customer. The place is very welcoming and relaxing. The gentleman that was my dentist was very personal. He did a check up for me free of charge, And listen to everything I said and more..
