I have been using this Dental Surgery for many years and will do so for many more to come. Staff are always helpful and polite. Both my Dentist and Hygienist are professional and friendly, which makes visiting the dentist more pleasurable.

Had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Nimi, who was extremely kind and patient in explaining my problems and treatment options. She would constantly check on me during operations to ensure I was comfortable and without pain. After a temporary filling broke, she was also very quick to book me in to get it fixed. Heronsgate is hands down the best and the most professional dental practice I've ever been to! The place is so clean and new and the staff is very lovely! The receptionist Kelly was very nice and welcoming, and Dr Nimi is amazing, so patient, friendly, professional, always makes sure that I am ok and provided me with lots of extra information on my first consolation. The assistants Binu and Puspa are really great as well and overall I've had the best experience! I will always come to this practice and I highly recommend it to everyone!

My children have been attending their 6-monthly check-ups at this surgery since they were babies (so, for a good 10 years now), and I must say that, if anything, the quality of care has gotten even better! My eldest daughter was referred by them for braces, had to have four of her adult teeth removed prior to them being put in (because of overcrowding) and the dentist did it so gently and approached her so compassionately that my child, usually anxious about absolutely everything, remembers the experience fondly! Not that I understand how one can like dentist visits... Looks like I will have to start having my teeth checked at their place too :)

I'm a bit apprehensive when visiting dentists but from the moment i entered all of the staff were very helpful and affable. Yousra at the reception desk is probably my favourite and is clearly excellent at her job (her Denplan readout is superlative) - definitely a big part of putting me at ease before i get work done on my teeth! My dentist is Dr Nimi (aka Mimi) and my dental nurse is Ashmita - i only have positive things to say about them. I went in originally with toothache and the issues were promptly identified and treatments suggested, with step by step explanations provided for everything that is being done to your teeth by Nimi. She is ably assisted by Ashmita who makes sure you are comfortable and carries out her work with the utmost professionalism! To whoever deals with wages at this company - they all deserve a raise for providing such great service in especially trying times! It is by far the best dentists i have ever visited and i would highly recommend it to anyone!

Had my very first appointment today at Heronsgate dental. Firstly the place is great, very cleaning, modern, comforting and friendly staff. Secondly my appointment went great. Keep in mind I haven't been to the dentist in about 10 years so I didn't know what to expect but overall highly pleased with my experience. I was first attended to by nurse Seemana and let me emphasise i was seen on time! Nurse Seemana was super friendly and took me to room where I met Dr Nimi who was also just as pleasant and very professional to deal with. I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease and they don't rush you. Dr Nimi was great at explaining what I needed to know and I look forward to coming back again in couple weeks. The receptionist was friendly, and the practice have taken all the steps necessary to make the place Covid secure. She took a 3D scan of my teeth and showed me what the result would look like. This was then sent to me by email with a detailed document of my personalise plan. Been going here for a few years now and still amazing and professional. Friendly staff from walking into the reception to feeling at ease with the dentist. Clean and safe environment. There thorough and tell and work with you with the action plan and arrange around you. I'd say best dentist but you have to go and see. And needing intensive treatment on my teeth during the pandemic they have been brilliant. Putting the patients as priority as there still normal people and still maintained the rules and regulations for us to have great denture care. I'll never go to another dentist.

I took my mother ( a new patient) for her first appointment at Heronsgate for a check-up and to get a new set of dentures (as she had been advised to do at an hospital appointment the week before). The practice is modern and equipped to high standards. Everyone there was amazingly helpful and professional. The dentist, Dr Nimi Dodhia, was fabulous. My mother was nervous since she had not been to a dentist for over 25 years. Dr Dodhia was not only highly professional, she calmed my mother, explained all available options, answered all my mother's questions fully, and her reassuring manner gave my mother the confidence she needed. I am happy about this Dental Centre, because they know how to deal with their patients, even with the most impatient ones very politely an to offer them the best solutions and options (I have witnessed it while I was waiting in the waiting area for our turn) and they are super good and friendly with kids (especially, Dr. Nimi and her assistant). Must say I was really pleasantly surprised to find it as other reviewers had stated. The practice is always clean and has a spa like feel to the place. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming each time I have been. I have had 3 appointments here and have no complaints. Dr. Nimi has been really helpful and although I don't think I'll ever love going to the dentist, she has definitely made me hate it a lot less (which is a big deal!). It was my 5 year old daughter's first visit to the dentist. Upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed by the receptionist. We waited 2 minutes before we got called in. My daughter was very nervous but Nimi and Sabina was excellent. Nimi put my daughter at ease and was so good with explaining what the equipment does and how it feels. Surprisingly my daughter whom is usually very shy cooperated without too much fuss. She enjoyed her first experience so much that she can't wait for her next visit. Today I had a particularly difficult extraction with keya , she multitasked doing a partial root treatment whilst waiting for the extraction site to numb .
