I went without the appointment for emergency with the broken front tooth. Dr Corina, understanding the situation managed to fit me in between patients and made a great job to repair damage. She patiently explained all treatment options. A new tooth feels like mine, you can’t see the difference. A wonderful doctor, very friendly staff!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough, Dr Corina is so nice and so lovely and absolutely excellent at her job. In fact the whole team are great and amazing! I have a real fear of the dentist but Dr Corina really put me at ease and really helped me with all of my problems. She also listened to my concerns and together we came up with a plan on how to best fix my teeth issues. I had a very pleasant experience at House of Smiles. I was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but dr. Corina was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable. After stabilising some small decays and a nice hygiene clean, I decided to straighten my teeth under dr. Corina's supervision, using Invisalign, for wich I have been offered free whitening at the end of the treatment. At House of Smiles I had all the support and advice I needed. I will definitely recommend dr. Corina and her staff to everyone.

I went to see Corina in November 2019 and she was the most kindest and polite dentist I have ever been too. After being to a few rude ones she made me feel at ease and her assistant was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. I got my teeth straightened using the Invisalign treatment and this has been the best decision I have made. She made the time to see me and is a perfectionist so the end result was more than perfect. over a year ago I was desperately trying to find a dentist that would help me with my many issues. I was told I would lose some of my teeth and that i would have to spend 4k at least to save others. Plus i had to see several specialists and take time off work as they only had a couple of slots left. One day I decided to look around my area, I messaged Corina on whatsapp and told her all my issues and with her calm friendly manner she reassured me she could try and help with it all. Several months of going back and forth, more issues came out and with her usual calm manner she always reassured me she would do her best. Where do you find a dentist that cares in London? Well if you are looking for care, professional, kind, calm and reassuring vibes look no further. I'm pleased to say that I only lost 1 tooth and even if in the future I will lose others I know I will be in the hands of the best professional. I used to be scared of going to the dentist but now I'm sort of looking forward to it especially as I can confidently smile again.

I discovered this gem of a dental practice recently, after visiting for a checkup, hygenist and other dental work. Absolutely fantastic place. I can't rate Corina and the team highly enough. Very high quality work and a thoroughly professional practice. Corina and her dental nurse were very detailed-oriented, highly skilled and very kind. First of all I would like to thanks Corina for attending me very quickly and sorted my complicated tooth. Also I would definitely recommend Corina not because of how kind she is or how atmosphere, ambience... The point is to found right dentist who will fix permanently my tooth problem , definitely Corina was great in that to spend 1 h and more treatment to complete filing of my tooth. What can I say... This is absolutely the best dental practice I have ever been to. Dr Corina was very polite, professional and explained every step of the treatment in detail. My fillings were done without rushing (quite unlike what I've experienced at other practices) and without any pain whatsoever - that's my dental anxiety gone! I had a sensitivity in my tooth and my lymph node got swollen so I knew I had an infection and couldn't waste any more time. I took an emergency appointment with House of Smiles because I didn't have an NHS dentist back then. After doing an X-Ray they told me my tooth was dying, that I needed a root canal treatment and that it had to start the procedure within the next week or else I could get an ulcer in my gum and that it could be extremely painful. The total cost of the treatment was £1000+. They gave me antibiotics and urged me to take another appointment and give a deposit. I felt rushed and thankfully, I declined. The next day I managed to get an appointment with an NHS dentist and he ran an additional test (electrical current) and came up with a different diagnostic, which was that my tooth was still alive and that my gum was infected. He advised to keep taking the antibiotics and floss properly around the tooth and come back in 4 weeks for a deep clean of my gums & teeth. I was worried that he might've missed out on something and that I would end up getting an ulcer or worst... but he was right. Here I am, 2 months later, no pain, no ulcer, tooth is fine and I am not out of pocket of £1000+. I still want to give 3 stars because: the staff was really friendly and the place is super clean and modern. I was really nervous and started crying on the chair and the dentist and her assistant both listened to me and tried to calm me down as much as they could, which I appreciate. I hope this was just an honest mistake, and that they had my wellbeing in mind first!

Wow! I’ve found my dentist for life! Dr. Corina Mocanu is a superb, detail-oriented, precise and highly skilled dentist as well as being very warm, friendly, and personable. I had a hygiene clean with her and her assistant that was the best and most thorough clean I’ve ever had, and I just had several necessary fillings done (from a few years of my dental neglect from my own part) that are so well done that they honestly look and feel like my own teeth and like I haven’t had anything done. I’ve had quite a few dental treatments in my time but Dr Mocanu has been the best dentist I’ve had. When it was made clear that the work I needed was more complex and detailed than previously believed, Dr Mocanu made sure she did the whole job and to a very high standard without rushing me or making me feel uncomfortable. I’ve never been very good with dentists because they make me nervous but I feel completely 100% safe and comfortable in Dr Mocanu’s hands. When the normal amount of anaesthetic wasn’t working on me Dr Mocanu was patient and made sure to top it up and wait long enough until I couldn’t feel anything. Could not recommend more highly. Even in the time of Covid 19 everything is carried out to the highest standard and with impeccable hygiene and disinfection protocols. Thank you Dr Mocanu I am so happy and I will be recommending you to friends and family also.
