Really helpful and very attentive. I would say there is a bit of a delay in the waiting room to be expected but on the other hand they are usually very able to squeeze you into their schedule last minute. I had some braces and then permanent retainers placed in and while they did snap a couple times the dentist fixed this for me pretty instantly and ensured all was heading in the right direction. Overall amazing results for the price.

I originally booked an initial appointment via Groupon for top and bottom braces (silver train tracks). My treatment finished last month as originally expected & was within one year. I'd recommend Dr Rahul Kukar because his consultations were always succinct, he was flexible with bookings and responsive with queries. I'm really pleased with the result and my top & bottom teeth have straightened. I currently wear a fixed wire brace behind my teeth and have removable plastic braces that I wear at night. I hope to wear both for the foreseeable future to prevent much further movement.

What a journey its been! I started my alignment journey for my lower teeth from a decision to improve my smile, and so decided to look on Groupon for deals. I came across a few different orthodontists, however after reading reviews etc decided to go with iDental. I was given an estimate for a completed treatment of 6-7 months. The full treatment lasted 9-10 months because Dr Rahul was really thorough and wanted me to be happy with as close to perfect alignment as we could get. I cannot praise the treatment and service that I received from iDental enough. A very professional, clean and personable experience, one which I would highly recommend. I had to wait a little while for the first consultation and appointment, but was then booked in to be seen about every 6- 8 weeks. As you can see from my pictures all went to plan. It was my first time ever having braces or any private dental work and my experience could not have been made more pleasant. And I have to thank Dr Rahul for this and for being so kind and welcoming on every visit. Initially, I was extremely double minded about getting braces and Dr Rahul was so informative and honestly one of the best dentists I could reccomend. He is not there to grab your money and get the job done and dusted but instead he helps you look for options which can save your money but are also speedy. For the price it is amazing value, however often when you arrive, you tend to wait 1/1hr30min more than your appointment time. To me it's worth it. Idental is probably the best orthodontist practice in and around London be it expertise, hygiene, prices, offered treatments etc...I consulted top 5 dentists in London before coming to idental and without a doubt went ahead with my six month smile braces treatment even though it was far-most from my home. Dr Rahul is the best orthodontist I’ve ever known, he is extremely professional and made my dental treatment a success without any pain. The biggest difference why I chose idental - Dr Rahul always gave sufficient time to fix my braces, explained well the benefits of treatment and never rushed into the treatment no matter how busy he is while other dentists charged atrocious amount of money to even consult for 5 minutes and during paid consultation only rushed spoke about prices of treatment and suggested the most expensive treatments even though I didn’t even need it. It feels I’m in safe hands when at idental. I strongly recommend idental and Dr Rahul’s expertise as a orthodontist. Little things matter, Dr Rahul played my favourite music or even football while treatment to ease the pain and keep patient’s comfort at prime. Well, what can i say. Just had my upper brace removed about 9 hours ago and thought i'd write a quick review, i found idental through groupon as they had the best price for 1 arch which was £599 i believe, started last May 2019 and had my brace removed today, so only 14 months, i am so pleased with results and i could not be happier, the practice is very clean and welcoming and the service from start to finish has been top rate and Dr Kukar is outstanding at his work, if you're reading this review i highly recommend that you choose idental as you can expect top notch professional service as i did, and straighter teeth in no time. An amazing experience getting my teeth sorted out before my big day #Wedding. I had braces put it by the dentist Rahul and he reassured me that he will have my teeth ready within a timely manner which will ultimately boost my confidence. A year on after several appointments he did not fail to surprise me with his work. I purchased one arch on a deal with Groupon Aug 2017. Rahul (the dentist) is very popular! I had my consultation start of Sept 2017 and had my braces fitted on Dec 2017. Initially, the deal was for a 9 month smile but I had my braces taken off June 2019 (due to brackets breaking and Rahul wanting the best for my teeth). I am very happy with the end product and was very happy with the service. Rahul is very passionate in what he does and wants the best for each client (often got told off for broken brackets haha). So happy with the service that before my braces were taken off, I referred idental to a few of my mates and one of them actually used iDENTAL and got her braces taken off in 9months! There is parking onsite but its very limited! Call before you arrive. There is also onstreet parking which is reasonable - need no more than £2 for your visit. However, the only bad thing is, because Rahul is so popular, appointments are often 30mins late. So keep that in mind for parking. But overall lovely service ! Thanks Rahul Margaret .

I started in November 2018 and after 4 months a can see the big difference and it looks amzing I can not wait to finish my treatment and smiller even bigger than before. The staff at iDental were extremely welcoming, and Dr Rahul was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable in the subject of braces. Even though the deal was for only clear braces, he provided me with different brace options available, based on my crookedness at no extra charges. I got both the ceramic and metal braces fitted as part of a Groupon deal. I had the ceramic braces fitted first on the top teeth as I wanted something discreet due to the fear of looking like a teenager. When asked, Dr Rahul did say he preferred the metal as they are less bulky and tend to close the gaps in between your teeth much quicker than the ceramic. But he also stressed that this was ultimately my choice. I wish I listened to him as he was right. Whilst the ceramic braces did not cause any major problems, I found that it stained easily. I had to wear a yellowish to an almost green coloured braces until my next appointment, which was not flattering at all. The ceramic braces were quite bulky and tended to causes mouth sores. Because of this I decided to have the metal braces fitted at the bottom. Which managed to straighten my bottom teeth and close the gaps much quicker. I wore my braces for over a year and I am completely blown away with the results. My teeth have never been straighter. I have a permanent brace fixed at the back of my teeth and I am awaiting my clear retainer to maintain the results. Dr Rahul was very honest from the beginning and told me what to expect. Overall I received a great service and Rahul was very professional. I would highly recommend this service to friends and family.

This review is well overdue! Over two years ago now I had composite bonding done on my two front teeth which had a large gap in the middle after having consultation with various dentists I was told my gap was to large to be filled with composite bonding. Upon meeting Dr Rahul Kukar here at iDental I told him that other dentists suggested veneers or braces. Dr Kukar suggested he put a paste to show what my teeth would look like if I did the composite bonding just in case they appeared to big, which wasn’t the case at all. This was all done in my initial consultation, I left feeling listen to and the doctor really made sure he informed me and took my age into consideration in terms of getting permanent work such as veneers. So I had my proceed done a couple weeks later which was seamlessly and effortlessly delivered and was made to feel so comfortable. I left with an amazing new smile and a world of confidence. As if the experience wasn’t good enough, a month or so ago, (after two years of no problems and bitting into things just fine) I bit into an apple, and a corner of the composite bonding chipped, I was distraught, I literally forgot they weren’t my teeth it had been that long. Anyway I called the dentists at 7:45pm, 15minutes before they closed and they was so understanding the offered to squeeze me in the very next day. Honestly this is one of the best experience I’ve had. Please please please do yourself a favour and go to them it will change your life. I always had problems with my teeth and never came across a good dentist, Dentist on NHS were never able to sort problem properly therefore had to rely on private dental practice but its tough to find a good one, went to few private which charged money but did not sort the teeth problem perfectly, after lot of searching came across idental practice , they were really professional when it came to treatment, Mr Rahul is really professional and you can tell by the way he answer the queries and give timely response, so for me this is my dentist and don't have to go looking around.
