Honestly the most delightful and trustworthy dentist I’ve ever had. Karnan is brilliant, massively knowledgeable and experienced, but mostly fun and patient! Cat was incredibly patient and supportive. And they make quite the duo! Have just moved 2 hrs out of London but am still visiting Karma as know I just won’t find better!

The easiest review to write, and I would select 10 stars if that was an option. My husband has been visiting Karma Dental for years and upon my first visit last year, I could 100% see why. I instantly knew I should have stepped foot into Karma Dental sooner. We live over an hour away and still make the journey To Karma Dental as we know we have found the best. Karnan and his whole team made my treatment journey so smooth. From the minute I would arrive to a friendly welcome from the team to the minute I would leave with more knowledge than I walked in with. Karnan is an incredibly talented and experienced dentist, who will not stop until both he and his patients are happy. Karnan always remains professional, but you will always feel at ease and probably spend a good few minutes laughing! I recently completed my Smilelign treatment, with whitening and bonding, and could not believe the results! They far exceeded my expectations. Karnan and Cat were so patient in those final appointments, and absolutely wanted to make sure my teeth were perfect. I have not stopped smiling since! I must say, I miss my frequent visits to Fulham to see the team for treatment.

Karma Dental is by far the best dentist practice I’ve ever been too. Despite now living over an hour away, I still travel to see the team at Karma. In addition to the standard checkups and hygiene, I recently had my teeth straightened and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Karnan clearly takes a lot of pride in his work both from a functional and aesthetic perspective. Karnan said we would keep tweaking things until him and I were completely happy. So happy with the Karma Dental team. I was referred by a friend of mine earlier this year and haven't looked back since! I was treated mainly by Karnan who is hands down one of the best dentists i've ever been treated by. He's extremely attentive, ensuring I understood the procedure, timelines and costs. I was also treated by another dentist (can't remember her name) who conducted a hygienist appointment on me, I usually hate this kind of procedure, but it was carried out with little to no discomfort. They 100% have a solid team of pros working here. In terms of price these guys are fairer than fair. I'm happy for what I paid and feel confident in my smile and treatment. The team are also superb with their aftercare service, ensuing you're satisfied and comfortable. Look no further, if you want the best you've found it here! Cheers guys

His premises have recently been meticulously renovated, again with state of the art fittings and equipment. There is an obvious focus on hygiene to a very high standard which is most reassuring. Karma Dental are absolutely fantastic! I went to them for the first time with an infected wisdom tooth in 2019, and they were so professional and put me right at ease. The procedure was as painless as possible. I ended up having it removed the same day as Karnan moved things around to help me out. I ended up having complications (not from their work) and they were outstanding through the process, even calling me on a Saturday morning to check how I was. They really care about the patients and always found time for me to pop in when I needed help after. I’m most of the way through my smilelign treatment now and couldn’t be happier. Osi and the team always greet me with a smile each time I come. They have done a fantastic job and keep me informed throughout. Can’t wait for the end result! I've had many bad experiences in the past, so even a thought of visiting a dentist gave me anxiety (but not anymore!). My friend recommended me this place and I could not be more grateful! I saw Carolin, who made a massive impression on me from the very beginning. Her knowledge is amazing, I loved the fact she explained me the science of teeth, so I can understand it and prevent damage rather then cure! The actual treatment was completely painless, I felt so calm and relaxed that I began to fall a sleep! I was amazed as I never thought I will be able to enjoy it! I recently completed my teeth straightening with Karma Dental and I was extremely happy with the end results. The treatment used smilelign, with a set of aligners changed every 2 weeks. It was very straightforward and comfortable throughout. It took slightly longer than initially planned for my bottom teeth, partly due to the covid disruption but also because Karnan was keen to ensure the most perfect alignment. This required a few extra aligners at no extra cost, and the final result was well worth the extra weeks of treatment. To top it up, the final teeth bonding was really excellent. I should have done this years ago!

My family and I have been going to Karma Dental for a number of years and have always had a great experience which I highly recommend. We typically see either karnan or Osi who are both complete professionals, but also provide a really human touch making us feel very comfortable, reassured and enjoy a good chat during the visit. All of the staff in the practice are very friendly and helpful which gives the practice a really positive feel. Recently I also chose to have some cosmetic work done that i have thought about for a number of years. Karnan and the team were great at providing all the information i needed to make the decision. It's also worth asking about the Karma Dental Plan which gives you two dental check-ups and hygienist appointments a year at a 10% discount, as well as discounting any treatment (including cosmetic) that you might have. This dental practice was highly recommended to me by my chiropractor. I have been with them for one year now approx: impressive practice. Everyone is highly professional, in reception they are most welcoming, and attentive. Karnan, the lead practitioner, is most professional. His detail to attention is second to none. For example, I discussed with him doing some aesthetically changes to my teeth. He explained to me the different options until we decided what was best. The results have been utterly impressive, the teeth look really good and completely and 100% natural (something that was very important to me). He could not have done a better job. I feel that Karma Dental is a place where I am looked after as a person. Again that is important to me... my previous dentist's practice was taken by one of the large heath providers ,and the feeling of it became corporate. I disliked it a lot. The clinic has all the latest tools and Dr Karnan is clearly very interested in his work and staying at the forefront of technical developments. Like so many people I am very nervous and hate going to the dentist., p However, as soon as you arrive at Karma Dental Care the staff take the nerves away. All the staff at Karma Dental care are always so warm and welcoming! I recently had composite bonding done on my front teeth and Karnan done exactly what I had asked for and more. I’m so happy with the results! He is friendly and the dentist overall has a real relaxing environment. There are amazing finance options as well, making treatment affordable for all. Love seeing the hygienist there too and after seeing one previously at another dentist, I definitely noticed a difference and was really pleased with the deep clean! Highly recommend. I’m a very tricky patient, I have had lots of bad experiences with dentist over the years as a result I haven’t taken care as much as I should have about my teeth, going to the dentist only if I didn’t have the choice. Karnan was recommended to me and this is it ! I have found the dentist who really cares. Karnan is very kind, patient and understanding and explained everything he was doing while giving me the treatment. I have a phobia of needles so I was really anxious about when he was going administer the anesthésia and I barely felt a thing - then I didn’t feel any pain when Karnan did the treatment needed ! I’m really happy Karman was recommended to me and it’s now my turn to recommend him as he is a fantastic dentist. Edit - 07/12/20 : I have almost finished a quite heavy treatment. I needed lots of work as my teeth were in very bad condition as explained why above. So after years of neglect, something drastic needed to happen and Karnan designed a plan specific for me. It really wasn’t an easy treatment to provide as I said I’m very hard to treat and the state of my teeth was tricky but Karnan put lots of hours into my treatment, he also knows the best specialists for the treatments I needed to have outside his practice, his team is fantastic too, warm, understanding, reassuring and supportive. They all go the extra mile to make you feel at ease so if it was not for the way I have been treated from the moment I set foot in Karnan’s practice, I would never have the smile I have now, I would have accepted that my teeth would stay like the way they used to be. I’m really grateful Karnan put in the work for me and I didn’t expect that my teeth would look as nice as they do now !

For years I’ve been going to a very famous well and long established dentist in Harley St. But, as a result of a very painful dental emergency happening late in the day , and not being able to get an appointment at such short notice with my regular dentist , I discovered Karma dental practice ! What an amazing discovery ! We all need good dentists but to find a good, profesional , efficient and with a warm and humane approach dentist ... it is rare ! I was dealt with much profesionalism , and indifferent of being taken after the last patient , Dr Karnan spent an hour and a half to do an amazing job on a very damaged front tooth. No pain experienced , just relaxing background music,and working consistently with a friendly, very kind and courteous manner , Dr Karnan solved a very complex dental problem. He worked gently with much patience and care to rebuild the damaged tooth. Even more surprising to me, after such extensive and invasive procedure (very close to the nerve!), I experienced no pain immediately after or in the days to come ! 3 weeks have passed since and my tooth is like new and I’m very happy. I can’t reccomend highly enough Dr Karnan and his practice ! A jewel in the heart of Fulham. After the care , treatment and manner in which I have been dealt with , and the amazing results , I’m not going back to the renowned Harley st dentist ! I am a Clinical Dental Technician (I make dentures - St Georges Lab) and collaborate with Karnan treating his patients for bespoke dentures & implants. I can not praise Karnan and All his team enough for the excellent treatment they offer. Each procedure is meticulously performed and rushing a treatment is not an option. I had a painless root canal treatment, which was explained in detail and afterwards shown x-rays of the fully treated canal and the temporary fillings completely sealed margins. The temporary filling was still good after 3 months. Had my All Ceramic e.Max Onlay crown fitted Friday 1st March and everything is fine. I chose this dentist after having read reviews here. Well, I’m so glad I did! Karma dental Care is a very welcoming place with very friendly staff, all of them! On my first visit, I was impressed by the level of service and care they gave me: Karnan really took the time to listen to my concerns, explained to me in details which treatments he recommends. Since then, I had 2 treatments: Karnan is very reassuring, always explaining what he’s doing and he’s soooo gentle, I felt no pain at all (even when he was injecting the local anaesthesia)! The outcome is perfect (I had fillings so far). Bonus: He usually puts some nice chilling out music on (the Brazilian one is my favourite) so that if you close your eyes you feel like you’re on a massage table rather than at the dentist, I just need to make sure I don’t fall asleep and keep my mouth open! After consultations with a couple of dental surgery’s I discovered Karma Dental, I knew after my initial consultation that I wanted to proceed with treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I received and the end result. I was beginning to think my case was untreatable, after visiting Karma Dental and speaking with Karnan we talked through options and I felt instantly at ease and clear about the treatment I needed. I began treatment at the end of November 2018 where I had an Inman Aligner fitted, this is a removable brace which works very fast to move the teeth in line (I got the top teeth only). I visited every 2 weeks and never dreaded my visits, Karnan and the team always made me feel so welcome. My last visit was at the beginning of May 2019, I had to have anesthetic and was absolutely terrified, Karnan used numbing gel on my gums and I didn’t feel a thing. I was so happy to see my new smile afterwards, it was a total transformation. As well as the Inman Aligner I had my teeth whitened, a veneer removed and composite bonding, I was also referred for laser gum sculpting. I am so impressed with my results and the service throughout. THANK YOU!!!

I am so impressed with Karma Dental. Up until last year I’d used the same Sussex based dentist since childhood. Until I went to see Karnan and the team at Karma Dental Care, going to the dentist was something to be avoided because of the anxiety, pain and discomfort such visits had entailed in the past. Visiting Karnan the experience is totally the opposite. He is an expert at reassuring his patients and making them feel comfortable. He did a difficult extraction for me. He explained the procedure in detail, talking me through every step including when I might expect to feel pain from needles etc. Except I didn't! The preparation and care he took meant that the worst sensation was a little scrape to my gum. On the way to the U.K. for an extended visit, I broke the corner off one of my upper molars. It was inconvenient as I did not have a dentist in London. A friend referred me to Karma, and I was able to get in to see them the day after I arrived. The options for the tooth were explained, I opted to have an inlay. The dentist started immediately that day, getting the tooth ready, taking impressions, and putting on a temporary. In less than two weeks the new inlay was fitted in a second appointment, job done, and I am more than satisfied. What I thought was going to be a nightmare for months is already behind me!

It's been a long and winding road over the past year. Having had the best night's sleep after these many months, I'm recommending Karma Dental Practice and mentioning the dentist I see at this practice, Wahab Shakir. Wahab came recommended by Vijay Netto an osteopath whom I consulted (great when such people refer in this way). It's taken Wahab to notice and attend to occlusion issues that have, it seems, halted an approaching end of the road that almost resulted in my having a behemoth tooth extracted after crowning and RCT; along with vagus nerve irritation and general malaise. So, get your bite right and it shifts your particular world axis. In my experience the effect was instant. To those of you on a similar journey when suddenly you're wailing and despondent, I'm being loudmouthed about the quality care I've experienced at this practice, which has really taken the time to look for, and address causes, which is in itself preventative. Recommended. And BIG up to Wahab Shakir and his team: Lindsay and Kathleen.

Wahab has just finished restoring what were eight badly worn, often filled, unsightly lower front teeth. The new teeth look terrific - and are extremely comfortable. Previously, dentists have proposed far more expensive and radical solutions involving extensive implants at far greater cost. Wahab's approach of minimal intervention is one that I far prefer. I feel he is on my side. In addition to being patient, thorough, gentle and obviously highly skilled, Wahab is go-ahead - getting involved in further studies and in peer group discussions of cases with other dentists.
