Had a great experience here having a deep clean & filling. The dentist explained the procedures/benefits very clearly and it was the first time I've ever had numbing injections and not felt that excruciating pain that comes along with it. The receptionist is also extremely lovely which makes being at the dentist on a tuesday morning much better. I would highly recommend this dental surgery!

Very good experience, recently had a tooth extraction, had little to no pain during the extraction, very clean place. Have been coming here for 15 years with kids too, the dentist is good with children. they never fail to impress!

Joined this surgery during the pandemic, after finding it so hard to find a dentist to treat me and my family. With all the anxiety that was going on due to face to face appointments etc I was made to feel very safe and welcomed. I and my daughter have both had procedures here an I must say we are both happy with the treatment. All of the staff are very lovely especially the receptionist.

One of the best dental surgeries around, I have been a patient for well over 6 years. The receptionist is polite, helpful and extremely professional. They are very accommodating and patient with children. 😃

I cannot praise enough the dentist as well as all the other employees in the facility. I suffer from anxiety disorder and everyone made sure that I was ok. The dentist has been so calm and patient assuring me all the time that everything was going to be ok. He made sure to save one of my teeth which I thought it was so damaged that it will need to be taken off. I am so grateful for all the work on my mouth and the patience and professionalism that has been shown.

Dr Rodrigues is very skilled and provides useful aftercare advice and the staff working at the practice are professional and caring. I visited the dentist for my 7 year old son. When all my local dentist were not prepared to give me an appointment, these place heard my son's problem and understood his pain and gave us an earliest available appointment. It was his first time and the experience was great. Covid protocol were strictly observed. Fatema was very kind and friendly. My son felt at ease before the treatment thanks to the Fatema. May I start by saying I was petrified (Shakes, hot sweats, tears you name it) Today after 2 lots of antibiotics and every home remedy going, I had to finally pluck up the courage. On arrival I was greeted warmly and put at ease by the receptionist who could see how nervous and upset I was. The surgery is spotlessly clean and I felt very safe the whole visit. Dr Rodriguez I’ve just two words to say.......your amazing! (and your team) He is so caring and gentle, he totally made me feel at ease the whole time I was there. I actually left thinking why didn’t I go sooner and that I definitely won’t leave it so long next time, which for me is a first. Would I recommend this surgery YES 101%

The male dentist is not just good but he is perfect, I went to see him after seeing two private dentists. After visiting these dentists I recieved bad assistance with a high bill. I would recommend the male dentist (Rodrigues) as he was able to fix my problem. As well as the friendly receptionist, who was always creating a good atmosphere whilst being very helpful. I would like to thank these people, and highly recommend them.

2017 update (2 stars) I have been going to this dentist for a few years and usually have good service and care hence why I return. Reading recent reviews, it seems this service has gone downhill a little. One thing I agree with is the current receptionist is less friendly, especially over the telephone. I was accused of not showing up to a previous appointment which was untrue (I did have to rearrange one due to work commitments). I have also emailed the email address on the website and not received a reply. Recently I thought I might be 10 minutes late for an appointment so called ahead out of courtesy. I was told I could miss my appointment as I 'only had 15 minutes'. From previous experience, I am rarely seen on time due to the busy nature of the practice and there has always been someone already waiting who can go ahead. Thankfully, I made it on time, and had to fill in all of my details again for some reason. Also, as expected, there were several people waiting already and I had to wait 20 minutes anyway. When I was seen, I was told I needed a filling replaced, which I knew all along, but to my surprise was told I had to book another appointment which I had not had to do before. Apparently I had only been booked in for a check-up, but had not been asked any questions about the nature of my visit. I was also disappointed to find I did not receive my regular polish and clean as part of the check-up, being told to get this when I returned. I also had to pay a deposit on my next appointment which I did not think was compulsory. I will return for that appointment, but if the customer service remains the same I will reluctantly have to look for another dentist. 2014 (5 stars) The practice is small and tucked away on Kennington Road, but don't be fooled. This is a very professional surgery. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the dentist and her assistant were very professional and friendly, and I was seen promptly. Strongly recommended.
