This is probably the best & most efficient dentist I’ve been to. I have a lot of mental health issues & a big one being agoraphobia. I told them this & they really have been accommodating. The reception staff are so kind & my dentist (I’m sorry I don’t know her name) is straight talking & to the point. Overall a great place for all your dental needs.

I have no complaints about the staff, they are fantastic, working within the confinement of they job, but at the same time, it is not fair that through fear of pain, and anticipation, which I will go through, my stress levels can be extremely high. After returning back to the dentist a week later, I have to say that I am so happy with the result, from receptionists to nurses and doctor I was treated with the highest level of care and respect, believe me I will now recommend anyone to this particular dentist. I have been a patient of the lovely Mitesh for 9 years. I came to him for a second opinion as a previous dentist had stated my tooth needed extracting. Mitesh took his time, assessed and decided the tooth could be saved and we proceeded. Well what can I say, 9 years on I still have my tooth. We finally had to put a crown but, my tooth is there. Mitesh is calm, polite, attentive even when under pressure, he gives you the very best. His mannerism is so reassuring that even a procedure which should hurt you would trust him to do. He is to date the best dentist I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few in my years 😀. Great dentist, Great person you most definitely are in safe hands. The reception staff have always been amazing also.

My Dentist( Rakhee Vekaria ) is so good at her job, she had to pull out my last left lower Molar and she was so graceful at removing this problem tooth. The staff members were very polite ( including the receptionists) and they did everything within the permitted U.K recommendation about covid in attending to anyone booked in to receive dental treatment at their surgery. If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I will. The charge for treatment at this surgery is very reasonable and I will recommend anyone for dental treatment at this surgery especially with my dentist RAKHEE VEKARIA. Please keep up the good work 👏

Great customer service and Anita was reassuring and was able to translate to my mum which made it easier for mum to understand rather than me trying to translate. Was a pleasant experience and Anita ensured mum was calm and talked her through each stage of the tooth extraction. No empathy or patient care. I am disabled with mobility issues, now unable to walk unaided. My health took a turn for the worse recently, which means on some days I really struggle to walk. I was rushed to hospital on day of my dental appointment and called on the day as soon as I could in a&e, to let dental practice know I missed appointment due to emergency and would need to reschedule another appointment. Only to be told that because I had missed appointment & 1 last year that I had been struck off & deregistered! I explained my situation, receptionist rude & dismissive. I spoke to a dentist there, who informed me that the practice manager would be contacting me in due course to discuss. Never heard anything Update: received response. I returned here recently and the service provided from dentist & assistants was really good. Informative throughout procedure and consideration shown to minimise pain & discomfort. Some dentists here are professional and helpful.

I visited this practice a few weeks ago, my dentist was nice enough to come in on her day off to see me as an emergency as I had damaged my clear brace (It was my fault). The practice is clean, the waiting area is fine and the surgerys are pretty nice compared to a few of the other practices I have seen over the years. The specific dentist I see is pretty good, clear explanations, and gave me realistic expectations for the options I was given (which i really appreciated), and I did not feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. She does run late occasionally, although I see this more as a testament to her attention to detail and proper discussions. Would recommend for both NHS and Private treatments.

Was seen by Hiren Kumar Patel who was very attentive, pleasant and informative. Providing me with a filling he did a very thorough job. Currently in my last trimester of pregnancy he was extremely calm and patient with me, whilst working at a good speed ensuring I wasn’t in the chair for too long. Working alongside him was a nurse Nehal who was also very attentive and pleasant. I do appreciate the service I received today very much, and would definitely recommend.

Booked my appointment online at 10am,for the same day afternoon! I had to wait an extra 5 mins only to get in. Reception was very flexible and helpful with my registration form (I left all my paperwork at home), Doctors are very calm,smiley,and helpful,very good communication,explaining everything what they gonna do,how much does it cost,I can even finish my treatment back in my country with my own dentist,they can start the job,which was very important to me to dont get worse. I was so pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get an appointment quickly for the next day. I was not left waiting for too long at all, and Dr Rakhee was very professional and did cleaning and taking impressions very efficiently, whilst training a dental nurse simultaneously. I was in agony in the middle of the night and was able to book an appointment online On my phone for the following morning, where I was promptly seen and prescribed anti biotics. Great relief because my usual dentist coundnt see me for 5 days! Love the website design you can see what slots are available and they have nhs slots on the weekends too. Respectful service by staff. Only down side as the X-ray Machne was not working. But all in all vsry happy and think I may switch dentists.

Great clinic, I travel to go there and see Cotiso Farah ( I think thats how its written) He is funny and knows what hes doing. One time he replaced a filling, I didnt feel any pain during nor afterwards, it was just like nothing had been done. I would recoomend!

I've had today my first serious dental treatment at this clinic My first impression wasn't very good as the lady at the reception wasn't very welcoming and kept talking on the phone ignoring others at the desk even though there was an old lady standing.. The appointment at 9 booked but actually it is not exactly 9 there was 20 mins delay, the Surgeon Dentist Cotiso Florin and the nurse are exceptionally professional and friendly , they made me feel comfortable even though I was in the worse pain level.. I will definitely do all my treatment with him again.. I would've gave 5 stars rate but the receptionist..
