On entering you have to climb two sets of stairs as they are on the first floor. The lift was out of order when I went there so I managed to negotiate the stairs with my arthritis. I had to get one wisdom tooth removed.Truth be told I had been quite anxious in the weeks prior to the appointment as I had never had a tooth removed (I'm in my early fifties.)This is why I didn't investigate into the typical operation involved in the extraction of a typical wisdom tooth. And glad I didn't as it was quite a long process lasting a full hour. The drilling of the lower jaw tooth only stopped after periods of about five minutes just so as to give my jaw muscles a break. After about 30-40 mins of drilling the tooth in order to demolish it enough to such an extent that it eventually cracked and then be removed in pieces, that the wisdom tooth was eventually removed. I was seen by Dr Snezina Nastova and as I had seen another review about her some years before on this review section it alayed my fears of a newbie dentist operating on me.But I had nothing to worry about as she was experienced and kept me informed of the progress during the 'mining' operation.I'm telling you the amount of drilling practice these dentists get. they could moonlight as builders/joiners. I felt no pain during the procedure and importantly there was very little pain/discomfort in the days after operation.Granted the dentist mentioned my tooth was tougher than average to extract hence the heavy duty tactics to my tooth. The dentist and nurse seemed to be competent and professional throughout and explained what they were going to do before during and after the operation. They seemed friendly enough as well which is a help especially if you're feeling anxious or nervous. I guess you can't really ask for more from a dentist. I should also mention that my usual dentist doesn't do wisdom tooth removal so referred me to the maxo-facial unit at Barnet Hospital who then referred me to LDSC where some of these Barnet hospital staff also work in private practice but my treatment was under NHS but I don't know if LDSC was paid by the NHS in my case.

It has been more than a year that my wisdom teeth removed. I humbly thank Malcolm the oral surgery for his experience and professional work. I have been advised by nurse Gaby on ways to heal my wisdom teeth through diet and temporary medication. Highly recommended this place.

I had an appointment with Malcolm yesterday to extract a tooth for me. I wanted to say a massive thank you to him, he was everything and more. He was extremely calm, patient and reassuring throughout the procedure, constantly updating me and comforting me. I honestly think if it wasn’t for him I’d be in a lot more pain now. His bedside manner was everything and more.

Very good experience here. I’m a complete wimp with the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable. Had wisdom teeth removed and was really worried but didn’t feel a thing and was over so quickly. The injection in the roof of the mouth hurt more than the tooth coming out! Dentist Navaee was really nice and the nurse was very caring!

This is a very good clinic. I had 3 wisdom teeth out, 2 two weeks ago and another today. The oral surgeon is very skilled and got my teeth out in no time at all.
The local anaesthetic injections were done effortlessly with the least amount of discomfort I have ever experienced.
Everything was clearly explained to me both before and after the op. Appointments always run to time.
Very happy with the service. Thank you.

Highly recommend this place. Mother was getting messed around by the local hospitals which took over 6 months to tell us that the referral from the dentist had never made it so we decided to get the tooth extraction done privately. Malcolm and Suzanna were both really nice and helped my anxious mum who was in a lot of pain feel at ease. Tooth extraction was done the same day and 2 weeks on she is back to her normal self

I needed to have 2 wisdom teeth out and was referred here by the nhs.
I was absolutely petrified of the thought of bleeding, swelling, bruising and basically just having to have them removed.
I got there and was made at ease straightaway.
Was called on time to the room by the oral surgeon who was wonderful both her and her assistant (sorry cant remember the names). They both calmed me down from the minute i walked in.
Was suppose to have sedation but ended up just local due to only having 1 out but will go back for the 2nd after a scan.
I cannot tell you how calm and smooth everything ran. The tooth was out in literally minutes, the injections and waiting for my gum to go numb took longer than removing the actual tooth.
Ive had no pain, no bleeding, no problems and the socket seems to have healed nicely after 5 days.
Thank you soo much ladies for your wonderful work and hoepfully it will be you both who remove the next one with hopefully no problems either.
Not all reviews can be as bad as they read, everyone heals differently 😁

There's no emergency tooth extractions on the NHS ....111 is absolutely useless and advised I'd have to wait for my NHS hospital appointment! Imagine being in labour pain for weeks!! It was that bad! A kind nurse at Barnet hospital a&e recommended the hospital and after a consultation, I had my wisdom tooth extracted privately the next day.

84 years old after three weeks of pain in one of my wisdom teeth the 30th of Sept 2016 I came to this exceptional clinic. The waiting room at the 1.floor is cleverly designed, 2 secretaries placed in the center of the room, and the good chairs in small groups at the periphery , even for an anxious person it was easy to calm down.
I was treated by Dr Snezina Nastova who was a study in good communication and within around 10 minutes I had the local anesthetics and the tooth pulled out without pain.
A great experience to see that professional work can be done so elegant

I booked in to have a lower 3rd molar wisdom tooth removed here . Honestly , I was terrified asking people’s opinions of the procedure generally and how I was mad to have it done under ‘local Anæsthesia’ .
Let me just say the procedure was nothing . It was a breeze . I didn’t feel ridiculously numbed up and the surgeon ( names Ana ) was very calming and seemed very sensitive to how I felt . She had finesse and before I knew it , it was over . I literally couldn’t believe what I worked myself up about . It’s a routine operation and i was in such good hands . Completely recommend this place .
