C. M.I cannot recommend Maldent Dental Practice highly enough. I have been with the practice for almost 20 years and I feel immensely lucky to have Rubi as my dentist. Rubi is not only an exceptionally skilled dentist, always putting the patients’ best interests first, but is kind, warm and welcoming. Along with experienced nurses, Ana, Shirina and Teresa, it truly is dedicated teamwork with great camaraderie. I look forward to my visits, even when it is for treatments such as root canals, as I always leave feeling better, both dental health-wise and in spirit! The only problem is trying not to laugh with my mouth wide open in the dental chair!! There is always much light-hearted and pleasurable conversation that I’m included in, which definitely relaxes the most nervous among us.
There is a great supportive family atmosphere at Maldent, as everyone who works there stays for years. I have experienced both NHS and private dedicated care there, and either way, I have felt just as valued as a patient. So thank you so very much, Rubi, Ana, Shirina and Teresa, for exemplifying what supportive patient care is all about. And thank you also for getting my daughter with special needs over her fear of dentists - she now jumps at the chance to attend without me! So grateful and appreciative of you all.

Working with vulnerable children who don’t have English as a first language Maldent has always been kind, helpful, accommodating and have made sure that they give the best care to every patient. They make time for people who have never received dental care before and help our clients build positive affiliations with dental care that they will take with them into their adult lives.
They are friendly on the phone, and not prejudiced when talking or people with accents or English as a second language. They make really sensitive adjustments when dealing with nervous patients and have good banter too.
Always a pleasure and credit where it’s due - you’re a great representation of the NHS in action.
