I really am overwhelmed by the extraordinary support and service given to me at this practice after I fell and knocked out my front teeth five days before last Christmas. I was immediately patched up, given a 24 hour telephone contact number and allowed to recover before being given options for the way forward which have been constantly reviewed. . Today I have the most amazing new teeth. It has been a long journey but it has been a pleasure to be treated by Dr Marcus who is extremely skilled, compassionate and thoughtful, and is supported by a wonderful team. .I feel very lucky to have found this practice

I would just like to formally place on record the outstanding service my mother received from Dr Marcus and his surgery. I attended Aron’s practice several years ago at a time when I had several dental issues. Things had been missed by my previous dentist and as a result both my self confidence and indeed confidence in dentists was extremely low. Aron and his wonderful team immediately put me at ease and my long road to dental health began. He is extremely professional, empathetic and honest. He explained everything before commencing every procedure and he not only made me feel confident in his abilities, he proved it by completing, in my opinion, amazing work! Despite moving away from the Totteridge area, I am delighted to keep him as my dentist. Before coming to this practise, I was scared of the dentist and never went. This resulted in me having multiple procedures due to the lack of attendance which you can be sure I was worried about. But now since visiting Dr. Marcus, I have enjoyed coming to the dentist and he has made my experience at the dentist extremely pleasant and my fear of the dentist has gone thanks to this practise. My daughter who is 12 was asked to have 6 teeth out before she was fitted with a brace. Sara Cohen and her nurse Lorraine were truly amazing. On three separate occasions they made my daughter feel so comfortable and secure. During the extractions Sara and Lorraine even made her laugh. I cannot explain how lovely and efficient this dental surgery is! Having had a bad experience in Leeds , I came back down to London to see Aaron, who really is marvellous. I was very nervous prior to treatment as I was having a root canal treatment done but it was absolutely pain free! I was really worried about getting my wisdom tooth out. Mr Marcus was so kind and made me feel very relaxed. The actual procedure was carried out so fast I didn’t even realise it had happened! An incredibly nervous patient, victoria has been amazing with her calm and caring approach toward me from day one. Would recommend her to any nervous patient without a doubt. Natalie hygenist has the patience of a saint and still gets the job done. These ladies are a real credit to the practise.
