I've seen a hygienist today and I was plesently surprised with his gentle touch and nice professional approach. Teath cleaning can be very unpleasant but today's experience was really good that I Can not wait for next appointment in 6months. 'MYDENTIST' was recommended by someone I know and after checking the reviews I can confirm it is really 5* service. From receptionist to nurses, doctors everyone is very friendly and professional.

Came for an emergency appointment for my 8yr old, whose tooth had broken in half. The dentist and dental nurse were caring, efficient, highly skilled and we were out within half an hour!

Had a big molar filling today, no pain, all done calmly. Dr. Francis Bejide was excellent as always. This practice has been our family dentist for nearly 15 years. They have always been very patient and gentle with all the family, especially the children.

Once again very good service from My Dentist. I had severe toothache for days , took an X-ray which clearly showed decay in my back tooth. I had a lovely patient Dentist, who extracted my tooth using injections to numb area out my in under 5 mins. He even managed to make me smile in my pain 4 stars for Dentist only reason not 5 we had to wait outside in rain and cold due to Covid restrictions.

I have been using this dental practise for about ten years and have always been very satisfied with the care provided in the expected professional way. I have experienced excellent triage care from Dr. James Carter during this coronavirus pandemic whilst the surgery has been understandably closed for face to face appointments and resulting in an emergency treatment when the surgery was allowed to re-open for such. I am extremely appreciative for the treatment I have received at this difficult time both for patients and staff.

I took my 6 year old daughter here because she was in pain with her tooth. This was her first visit to the dentist, and she was absolutely terrified of what was going to happen. The dentist that we saw was absolutely amazing with her. He put her at ease straight away, and made her laugh so much that she had forgotten how scared she was. Absolutely brilliant dentist. Was referred to this dentist surgery for an emergent appointment for my daughter. The service and staff were so friendly and so helpful. The Dr. was confident and very delicate with my daughter. I wish they were local to us. Great surgery!

I saw a lovely dentist called Francis, really warm welcome, friendly and professional. Service was outstanding, he was very attentive and explained exactly what he was going to do before he proceeded. I had a filling put in, he told me about ways to improve my oral Hygiene and recommended various different methods. He was great- strongly recommend Francis!

I've not had a bad experience here. Appointment always on time and no trouble booking. The dentist I've had has always been very friendly and got the job done no hassle. They also asked questions and provided advice so actually taking interest and not doing the bare minimum

I did not personally use this service. Over two consecutive days, I recently observed a few staff members in action. The receptionist was helpful and caring to whoever was seen. The receptionist remembered a customer's name the second time around. The dentist and dental nurse were patient careful and caring of their patient in the chair, taking time and care to explain and relay information to each other as well. The patient was happy with the procedure that was carried out and the service received. I was pleased with the outcome too. There is a disability access ramp at the entrance, and an auto push button to open the front door. The place is a bit on the smaller side, however, overall it is light and airy. There is a wc on the ground floor.

Had 1st appointment today with Ola who has replaced James and I'm pleased to say he was great, my husband followed but he has an absolute fear of the dentist however Ola was excellent with him, there was a little mix up to begin with but Steven the practice manager dealt with it efficiently and kindly, can't recommend enough.

Went back to see Ola today only my 2nd dentist visit in 63 years due to an absolute phobia however had 1 hour of cleaning and a filling and didn't feel a thing, can't recommend OLA enough very calm and caring.
