I am SO happy I found this dental surgery! One of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. I had my root canal done here a couple of weeks ago on one of my back tooth (generally more difficult to treat) and would highly recommend. The level of care, professionalism and dentistry experience is absolutely fantastic. You will be in good hands.

I couldn't recommend Dr Gateh and his clinic any more! I am so happy to have stumbled upon this gem after having an emergency dental appointment elsewhere. I've never had an enjoyable experience at the dentist until I met Dr Gateh! We discussed my teeth at length during our consultation and never have I been given so many options for an optimal smile! It was very detailed with great explanation on each procedure and I left feeling confident that I would have my smile back. Even from talking to Dr Gateh once, you will know he is very passionate about his profession and truly wants his patients to leave happy and confident about their teeth. Dr Gateh is very relaxed in his approach and has a calming manner which put me at ease during my procedure and ensured there was minimal pain and that I was as comfortable as can be! I went for a consultation to get advice about a dental implant, bridge, crown and possible extraction. I had been with my last dentist for years however I wanted a second opinion. A friend of mine highly recommended Dr Ghateh. The clinic booked me in for a free consultation. He was very kind, gentle and he was very professional. He put me at ease and he immediately diagnosed my concerns and gave me a very detailed explanation of how to approach my dental problems. He gave me a few options which to be honest I was not used to as before I was told what was the best option, however dr ghateh explained in detail each and every option and ran through the pros and cons. I was happy to be able to chose something less complicated and more within my budget, however nonetheless it was a good result and solved my issues with satisfaction. I am very glad that I found this dentist and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for good quality and reasonably priced private dental treatment. I also had a visit with the practices dental hygienist and I was very happy with the result. I had what was usually done in an hour done in half an hour and half the cost. Thank you to Dr Ghateh, the hygienist saghar and his wonderful team at Notting hill dental surgery.

3 months ago I moved into the area not having seen a dentist for 8 years. After just 2 days after I had moved I began to have discomfort in my teeth. I ignored this for a while but it became worse and worse over time. After a while the pain began to be unbearable and just 4 weeks ago I began looking for a dentist. It was a Friday afternoon and most of the clinics said they were fully booked however this clinic offered me an emergency appointment the following Tuesday. Dr Ghateh was very kind with me and delayed his lunch break so that he could help me and although I needed further treatment I felt a lot better. I had 2 follow up appointments with Dr Ghateh and both of them were done very well. As someone who has a slight fear of dentists I can say that Dr Ghateh has a special talent in bringing people to ease as I was very comfortable in his chair. Now that my treatment is over I am very happy with the result and I am free from pain and will be staying with Dr Ghateh.

I had a slight hole in both my back teeth but once Dr Ghateh looked closer the hole was alot bigger and deeper than we first thought. I was given an Injection which I didnt feel at all I was made to feel so at ease and relaxed. The whole procedure was quick and pain free. Would highly recommend this dentist. I had root canal surgery here. The Dentist talked me through every stage. Showed me detailed photographs and x-rays of the tooth, so I knew exactly what needed to be done. The surgery was virtually painless and each stage was explained to me. This is a first class dentist. Really good. I have seen a few dentist in my time and this guy is a real find. I registered at this Practice in 2004. They have been nothing but helpful since I started. Dr. Nick and Saghar the kind and wonderful hygienist have been amazing throughout. My wife has been going to this dental clinic for the last 19 years and has always been extremely happy. Dr Ghateh explains procedures in depth and has a very calm and friendly manner, no fear of going to the dentist any more. She has had her wisdom teeth taken out without a problem and sees the equally excellent dental hygienist regularly. Dr Ghateh is also loved by our 3 children. Recently, we had to get the advice of an orthodontist and we met Dr Cunningham who works at the surgery who couldn't be a nicer doctor. She took the time to explain all the options in detail and sent a written summary as reference as there was a lot of information to take in. She came across as extremely knowledgeable on her subject but also the medical system and how to navigate it. You will be in very competent hands with Dr Ghateh and any referral you will ever need.

I have been coming to nottinghill dental surgery for over 10 years and have always had a pleasant experience at the surgery despite the fact it's a 'trip to the dentist' which lets face it must of us loath. Dr Ghateh is a wonderful dentist he always does what best when it comes to teeth restoration and oral hygiene. My daughter recently had two teeth removed due to over crowding. He really took his time with her and put us both at ease and even asked how she was doing the following week at my appointment. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Following a referral from a good friend, I went to the surgery to have the gap between my two front teeths reduced as an alternative to braces. After an initial consultation, the procedure itself was carried out a week later. It was quick and totally pain free. Dr Ghathe was very friendly, reassuring and professional, as was the reception staff and dental nurse. Aftercare was excellent. I was so impressed with the service that I booked vouchers for my mum to have her fillings replaced and for my husband (who is a smoker) to have the air-flow deep-clean treatment. Best dental experience. Extreamly professional dentist and careing staff. Very punctual, honest and clean with latest technology. In my recent visit, my dentist went through all the treatment options, showing me the problems in the computer screen with the special camera. The chosen treatment was fantastic to the highest possible standard. I've already recommended this surgery to all of my friends and family specially those who have needle phobia. I'm living in Notting Hill Gate , near tube station W11 area and I have always used to go to a private dentist near my work until I have been recommended by a very good friend of mine to try Notting Hill dental surgery. I went there for an emergency with broken filling and lose crown and gum bleeding . I was in agony and decided not to go to work . I checked in google and realised that this dental clinic is juts so close to my house and I called them and a very pleasant and kind receptionist gave me an immediate appointment with the dentist for first in the morning . Actually they started 9 am but she gave me out of hours appointment, which was 8:30 am ! It was a small dental Surgery in Pembridge Road on the first floor above an ice-cream shop but very clean and nice decorated with calm and relaxing music without any stressful pictures and adverts about dentistry which you usually see in other dental clinics . After I have completed a medical history form , the dentist called me and welcomed me and invited me to the surgery room where again they were playing calm and peaceful music . My pain subsided already as he was so kind and gentle , at the same time he was very professional . He examined my teeth and he took some X-rays . Also he used an intra oral camera which I have never seen before and showed me inside of my mouth and explained what was wrong with my teeth . He informed me all options and treatment plans as well all involving costs . He was very calm and I didn't feel any stress as he took his time . He fixed my crown and cemented it back to its place and also he filled my tooth and advise me with mouth-wash and ask to go for a control in a few weeks . I must say that was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist . I actually didn't feel that I'm in a dental surgery but more like visiting a friend . I can't say how great full I am as I could go back to my work after the treatment . So thank you all people in Notting Hill dental clinic . I well strongly recommend all my friends and family to this dental surgery . Five stars ✨ 👍👍👍👍

I was quite fortunate to find, and even more fortunate to obtain an appointment on extremely short notice with, Dr. Ghatei. While traveling abroad I experienced pain with one or more of my teeth. Thanks to a cancellation, I heard from the doctor's office the following morning and made my way in to their office. Dr Ghatei was great. He's very knowledgeable and happy as well as eager to assist. He's Swedish trained and educated, very efficient and by all appearances (and outcome) very accomodative. He's not like most dentists I've experienced -- California, NYC and Honolulu-- and is similar to my most recent and regular care primary dentist in Hawaii, who's also a favorite health care provider and human being. Dr. Ghatei quickly got up to speed with my very historied teeth (and all upon the basis of some quick x-rays) and ably identified my historic as well as then-current issues. His treatment was quick (although, due to my brief stay in town, could not be a long-term fix) and effective. The unexpected bonus was that his price(s) are very very reasonable. An added plus is, his staff are also accommodating, helpful and kind. If you are need of a dentist in this particular area - whether long-term or on an emergency basis (as I was) - I highly recommend you try to visit Dr. Ghateh.

Dr Gateh gave me a root canal here. I was told by other dentists that I was going to have to pay up to £1000 for a root canal on my back tooth, however dr Gateh did it himself (on the nhs), which saved me a lot of money.
