I was a new patient and arrived with extreme pain. Dr Shirin saw me and helped me to leave the surgery totally pain free by providing a first part of Root Canal Treatment and subsequently the following week she completed her treatment. I was really happy with all the service and the treatment. Everyone is scared of root filling but my experience was amazing. Thank you Nova team!

I pull out my wisdom tooth last week. I thought it would be a stressful and scary experience but Ms Shirin did it in just 2mins with no pain . I got so many advices about my gum health and tooth. The point is that she’s doing surgeries in her clinic and not referring to hospital. She is a very experienced Dr and so fast . her great work and heart warming personality will always stay in my mind! The hygienist is so nice as well . I’m stress free with the team.

I have been seeing Dr Parsno for over 20 years sadly I moved north and had lots of dental issues and no dentist matched her, I am now back and travel from Cheshire to see her.....I trust her completely, the prices are competitive, the staff are absolutely lovely I feel looked after and cared about and Dr Parsno has saved my smile.... I never dread seeing the practice and I have had some severe dental treatment but no post operative problems ..... Dr Shirin is an amazing, professional dentist who treated me with such respect. She takes her time to explain things and ensure you are comfortable. I didnt really like my smile before as they were wonky at the front. Within a few thorough appointments my smile is now my best feature. Dr. Shirin is the best dentist I have seen in the london. She has done twice frenectomy(tongue tie) surgery for me and saved my tongue from limitations and struggles to pronounce clearly. She is very patient, experienced and professional, with the supportive fact that she always listens to my questions, takes them seriously, points out my tongue problems directly and picks the best surgery plan for me to achieve a perfect result. And her team and price is very nice and competitive as well. I would love to go back to nova for other treatment afterwards.

I’m so happy to have come across this practice / they were initially recommended to me from a friend who lives locally in East Finchley. I live a few miles away and already was registered at a Dentist but needed treatment for a cracked tooth at the beginning of the Lockdown and could get an appointment at my practice so called the NOVA . The owner Dr Shirin took my call and was able to see me the next day . She met me in full PPE and quickly fixed my tooth without any discomfort. I discussed with Dr Shirin that I wanted some additional works done to cosmetically repair my 4 front teeth and said I’d contact her in the new year. I have since been back and she used a composite compound to repair my front teeth and reshape them/ removing all gaps and imperfections . She has done the most amazing job and saved me many thousands of pounds where I would have alternatively had to had Veneers, Caps or Implants to achieve the same results. I will try to upload a photo.

Amazing experience, the staff is kind and helpful. During my check up I was explained everything in details and answered every question. I have a few treatments to carry out and I haven’t felt pushed in booking appointment. Also I was provided with varieties of discounts even though I was not an usual customer! Will book with the hygienist ASAP!!

She told me exactly how much the treatment/implants would cost. The price was very competitive. My implants are all done with perfection. I got my smile back. Thank you Shirin and team.

East finchley Smiles they are corrupt very dishonest fraudulent dentist they invent treatment that you would not need they make false postive FAKE reviews not only that the work its very poor do not use. Fantastic experience with Nova Dental Care. In only 1 session Dr Shirin did an amazing job, re-did the root canal treatment, saved my tooth and put an end to more than a year of suffering caused by inexperienced dentists I had seen at Advance Dental Care in Hounslow. I have had very good dental care elsewhere for many years, including root canal work, but my experience at Nova surpassed them all. Dr Parsno's skill has to be experienced to be believed -- not only did she perform a rapid and totally painless double root canal job but that, and her analysis of my dental health, left me with some reason to believe that my periodontal status could be improved rather than my simply having treatments that slow the rate of deterioration.

I had 2 very tricky implants put in after an impacted canine was removed. The operation was clearly tricky, my comfort and pain level constantly monitored. I don't feel like giving less than 4 stars as they've all been very nice and professional with me. But I had this experience that I would like to share. I went to Nova Dental Care for a check due to some kind of pain on one tooth. The lady at reception, the assistant and the dentist were all really kind with me. After an xray, I have been told that the tooth was necrotic and it was necessary a root canal, which is very expensive (£700). They prescribed me antibiotics as I was leaving for vacation the following day and, honestly couldn't afford to pay all this money. During my vacation in Italy I went to see my personal dentist which follows me for more than 20 years and he did another xray, tested my tooth with jet air and other tools and his conclusion has been different. My tooth was alive and not necrotic. Also, I jumped from my chair when he touched my gum. The final diagnosis has been a gum infection, caused mostly by some poor hygiene between my back teeth. My tooth is not in pain anymore for a week now, I'm glad I saw my own dentist which has been accurate in his diagnosis before charging me lots of money for a root canal!
