Firstly, the reception staff are amazing, so friendly, professional and really go the extra mile to help. Brilliant hygiene appointment with a thorough but gentle hygienist - Paniz. With good advice and conversation, no lectures and great management of the water thingy, meaning I didn't feel I was drowning which seems to have been a feature of hygiene appointments of late. Highly recommended.

I was very nervous going to the dentist as I'd had such bad experiences before. So I have to say it has been a while since I was last seen one. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Bhavik was very good. Helped me feel at ease. The whole service of the practice is very good. The on line booking service is quick and the receptionists are friendly. I cannot recommend this 5 star dental surgery enough. The professionalism and service is absolutely superb from the receptionists, dental nurses and dentists. It has been a while since I visited a dentist, after moving house quite a few times and not having a settled area it was never a priority - until I cracked a tooth. When I had a problem with my teeth (or gum infection as it transpired) over the recent Bank Holiday weekend I called up and 119 Dental saw me very quickly the same day. The Dentist got to the “root” 😂 of the problem very quickly and a course of antibiotics cleared it up. Great efficient and friendly service.

Having been a 119 patient for a number of years I can say I have yet to have a bad experience there. Most recently an old bridge came loose and fell out of my mouth, and I was I was faced with the prospect of bleeding and a large gummy gap right at the front! Dentist Omar however, ably assisted by wonderful dental nurse Sharon, was able to quickly repair the affected gum area and arrange for a temporary denture to be constructed and fitted, all within 4 days! This was no mean feat, and facilitated as always by the excellent Alex and colleagues on the front desk. All this was done with the minimum of fuss and drama, and the maximum of professionalism, and I cannot rate this practice highly enough.

I came to 119 Family Dental on my husband’s recommendation and it’s the best thing I have done. Due to a traumatic experience as a child I have a complete fear of dentist so haven’t visited one for over a decade which has left my teeth in an awful state. I was very much impressed by every member of the staff I dealt with. Their competence, professionalism, and friendly manner inspire confidence. I would rate my experience with both Dr Aaron and Dr Isabelle Moran at 12 (out of 10). This is not only because of the quality of their work but also down to their patience and willingness to seek the best solution for their patient, even if this may not be the easiest one for them to implement. Dr Aaron's encyclopaedic knowledge of dentistry and his ability to communicate all aspects of complex procedures to the patient go a long way to help in making an informed decision. Although Dr Isabelle is probably the youngest dentist I have encountered, I must say that her personality and sense of humour, combined with her competence and attitude gives me the greatest confidence and I am happy to have all the work done without any local anaesthetic - I guess I would feel more apprehensive about going for a hair cut.

I wasn't sure how many stars to put for this - all of my experiences have been 5*, having seen Kam, Ben and Selene I have been nothing but impressed with the care and treatment I have received - including from the lovely reception staff. There was however one recent exception, where I saw Alice for an emergency dental treatment due to severe toothache. Clinically, she resolved my pain with treatment, so from that perspective I have no qualms - I was left with a very ulcerated mouth around the site which caused me a lot of pain for about a week, which may or may not be normal - I'm not sure. My main issue was that during the treatment I found her to be quite rude and insensitive (I was made to feel like I was causing a fuss over nothing), and she spoke with her assistant throughout my entire treatment in an Eastern European language which made my anxiety hit the roof, not knowing what was happening. I will continue to go to 119 because on the whole it's great, but I won't be having future appointments with Alice.

I cannot begin to go into details of how terrified I used to be of dentists. So much so I avoided check ups pretty much all my life. But Ben has completely revolutionised my oral care, he is extremely patient, caring, sensitive and attentive to my needs in such a special way that deserves lauding. The staff and other dentists are great aswell, extremely helpful. All in all, 119 is an excellent dentistry, has world class dentists and equipment.

Everyone was so kind and helpful and went out of their way to help me - way beyond what I expected. They made sure I was able to get treatment quickly when I was in pain, even when it meant calling me at home when a cancellation came up. The treatment itself was very modern, quick and efficient, and completely pain-free for the first time in my life. I have very sensitive teeth and have a problem with local anaesthetic wearing off too quickly. I have dreadful memories of agonising through root canal treatments and so was dreading having another one after breaking a tooth. For the first time - at One One Nine - I felt no pain at all - not even from the injection thanks to numbing gel. Thank you so much to all the staff, assistants and to dentist Monica for such wonderful treatment and care. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful dental surgery. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the dentists themselves are kind, patient and knowledgeable. I am very phobic of dentists and wouldn't go anywhere else if I could possibly help it. My whole family, including my one year old sister, use this dentist and have nothing but glowing reports for the whole team. The only sticking point is the lack of appointments, but they're so great I'd still give 5 stars, as it doesn't effect routine (check ups etc) or real emergency treatment (I was in severe pain, went in in the morning and had an emergency appointment 3 hours later). It's probably only a problem at all because I'm impatient and phobic!

Excellent care!! I'm not usually a fan of going to the dentist, and therefore, shamefully, haven't been in years... But Dr. Sabreen Bedi at One One Nine makes you feel comfortable from the off. She discussed the problem areas of my teeth in a way I could understand; showed me the correct way to use my interdental brushes to their full effect; and cleaned my teeth after years of plaque build up - I expected this to me much more painful than it was! Dr. Bedi also discussed correct brushing technique - I'd previously not given this much thought but realise now there is indeed a right and wrong way! I'm extremely pleased with the care I received and will be keeping regular appointments from now on. Can't recommend highly enough!

119 Dental has to be the best practice I have been to. All the staff seem really nice and from my first visit I had a great experience from start to finish. The Dentists, Nurses and Receptionist are very friendly and are all open and clear about the treatment that is required. At my first appointment I saw George, who is extremely customer focused and has removed all my fears about going to a Dentist. I needed to go back for a Root Treatment and Crown so George did all the prep work and I can honestly say its just like having a normal filling... He used a 'pain free injection' thing on me called "The Wand" and for someone like me who finds injections one of the most daunting part of a visit it was amazing! It did exactly what it says on the tin and didn’t hurt at all - Your whole face doesn’t even go numb either! Because of complication with my tooth during the treatment I was referred to another Dentist there called Aaron, who is a kind of Root Treatment specialist and between them my experience and treatment was absolutely first class. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending 119 to anyone & have already pushed their details onto a few friends and family!

Its especially difficult to find a doctors or dentist where i agree with others which have actually are a true tesmtimont to the quality and care of the dentist. I completely agree this is an excellent dentist from the time that you walk through the front door until you leave. It is also a testimant to the quality and service that they provide as they are very busy because people would onluy come back to a dentist if they where very satisfied with the work that they did. You may have to wait a few weeks for an appointment but they will let you know if an earlier appointment comes available. Also they do not appear to be one of these sort of dentist that charge you for needless treatment. Definitely recommend this Dentist without a doubt.

I had white spots on my teeth which had always bothered me, and the dentist at OneOneNine got rid of them with this new method in just over one hour, and I went home smiling.
