He takes care of your worries and queries throughout the entire process. The whole team is full of welcoming faces. You are left with the impression of a caring team, as well as a beautiful smile. I am so happy I chose Orthosmile for my braces. Dr Ali is very experienced and patient and was focused on getting the best result throughout the process. A big thank you to the dental nurses and assistants too, they were all kind and friendly. Also, the receptionists, who were always cheerful and for whom nothing was too much trouble.

**Update: to add to my earlier recommend for this practice, also want to add massive recommend for the excellent Dr Samira who did a fantastic job on whitening my teeth following the realignment work done by Dr Ali. Dr Samira is so patient and skilled and thoughtful and experienced, and I am utterly delighted with the end result of her expertise. She gave great advice at the start so I could make a plan for my teeth that went at my speed and fitted exactly with what I wanted. Thank you Dr Samira, and your fab assistant too!** Nothing but praise for Dr Ali and his dental work :) He did a beautiful job on my daughter's teeth using Invisalign... and has now worked his magic on my teeth to make the gap from a tooth extraction disappear! Dr Ali clearly knows what he is doing, and will always take time to explain what he is doing and what you should expect during the course of treatment. Special mention to Kla, the super efficient and super friendly Front Of House star!

I highly recommend this Orthodontic Practice - the staff are very friendly and helpful and quickly helped me register with the practice. Dr Madadian is one of the best orthodontists I have ever met - he is very caring and does his job amazingly well. When I was feeling some uncomfortable pressure during my braces appointment, he understood without me telling him and quickly solved it. I am very grateful to have met such an orthodontist, and I definitely recommend him to all. Prices are very good for such treatment. The reception is very pretty and modern as well!

I can not recommend Orthosmile Earl's Court highly enough!! I decided I wanted braces during lockdown (what better time) and was able to have my initial consultation via email including costing. My treatment took place over about 6 months and every appointment I had Dr Ali and the team were so efficient and so lovely and answered all my questions I had with great patience! The practice is squeaky clean and all social distancing guidelines adhered to. Special shout out to Treatment Coordinator Kla who is so lovely and professional and always helpful if I needed to rearrange an appointment. My teeth are fabulous now and I am so happy that I went though with the treatment and so happy with the care I received! If I could give 10 stars I would :)

I can't recommend Orthosmile enough! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive and always putting the patient first. I decided to start an Invisalign treatment - and was able to have a free consultation with Dr. Ali who walked me through the entire process and what it would look like. I ended up doing the majority of my treatment during lockdown, and even though the practice was closed for a few months I was still able to continue the treatment with zero interruptions. Needless to say, I am delighted with the results. I'm glad I was able to find a practice I trust, I'll definitely continue going back for all my dental needs!

I decided to go forward with my treatment at the Orthosmile Earl’s Court branch after my son’s treatment at the Kensington branch. Dr. Ali is very experienced orthodontist and I completely trust his professional opinion. He has been nothing but excellent thought-out the whole process. One of the most professional services I have ever received. I felt like a guest at the Ritz every time I walked in to the clinic. Meticulous, friendly, completely transparent and you will get excellent results. I opted for the Invisalign treatment due to having braces previously when I was at school. The pros and cons of the treatment options were carefully explained. The pricing was completely transparent and more than fair. One of the most amazing things that really sold it for me was at the start of the process I got full 3D scans of my teeth which is used to manufacture the Invisalign aligners. When you get the scans done you are shown what your teeth look like now on a 3D model but within 10 minutes the software will model your teeth to how they should look after treatment. This was mind blowing and a massive confidence boost for proceeding further with the treatment. Obviously this is not 100% accurate but it is close enough based on my own results! I am so pleased that I went to Orthosmile in Earl’s Court. My dentist Tina was great from the start to the end. I just came in to have my teeth cleaned, but I have learned so much more into how to take care of my teeth further. Not only did Tina give me instructions on which direction my teeth are heading, but she was also honest about what services I should have at the branch. She was very kind and made me feel really comfortable in my dentist chair. I would definitely recommend visiting this location as the service from the reception (her name is Cla) was warm and welcoming to seeing my dentist Tina. I would definitely recommend my friends to come here. 😊

Best orthodontist in London! I visited orthosmile Earl’s Court last week to fix a broken wire. The instant atmosphere as we walked in was so welcoming and warm! The lovely lady working at reception was very hospitable and offered us a drink of water etc. The building itself is brand new and very clean. The orthodontist was extremely helpful and kindly stayed late to accommodate for my train times from Uni. Would definitely recommend coming here for anything you need done.

A friend recommended their Earl's Court branch and so I got in touch with them. It was easy to set up an appointment over email and they provided me many dates and times which suited me. Upon arrival I was offered a drink! Customer service was excellent! Thr dentist I saw was great because she explained to me about the state of my teeth (very good) but also wanted to make sure that my other oral hygiene practices are up to standard. Really happy with my treatment so far! Dr Majid has years of experience under his belt and was highly recommended to me by many of my neighbours. He has fixed my teeth, which had a lot of problems, in a relatively short time. He is continuously using the latest techniques and new instruments.
