I am very happy with Pall Mall Dental. The staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. The hygienists are always thorough and take time to explain everything. The dentist is great, always puts me at ease and explains everything before and after. I used to be quite fearful of dentists, but Pall Mall Dental has made it a nice experience. (Well, as nice as a dental visit can be!) I won't go anywhere else.

I went to Pall Mall Dental for my invisalign treatment with Dr. Soneji. I rate the experience very highly for a number of reasons. The treament was done in a very capable manner, the process always well explained and expectations well managed and I felt that Dr. Soneji really has the clients best interest at heart. The staff in general was also very friendly and helpful in finding appointments over the course of the treament.

This was my first time with a Hygienist and they are much better at cleaning teeth than my own Dentist. I chose Charlotte and she was very friendly and thorough. I was very happy that she was gentle because usually when I get my teeth cleaned at the dentist, they hurt my gums. My teeth are super clean, smooth and brighter now. I'll definitely be going back in 6 months or so to maintain a healthy smile.

The hygienist was lovely and very gentle with my teeth giving me tips about brushing my teeth and providing a great service. I would definitely come again and I felt that she actually cared about her work and customers. She communicated well with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Only downside is location of the practise- it took me ages to find from Leicester Square station.

After reading the positive reviews about this dental practice I decided to book an appointment with them. As it had been almost a whole year since my last teeth cleaning, I decided to book for an Ultra clean. My appointment was with a very nice lady called Charlotte. She was extremely professional, friendly , polite and made me feel very welcome. It was as if I was a regular patient there and felt very much at home. The receptionist was also very polite and welcoming. Charlotte gave me a very good dental cleaning experience and I felt brand new when she had finished. The whole experience from start to finish was top knotch and I could not have asked for a better service. I will definitely be going back to this dental practice as I felt that they knew what they were doing and at no point was I pushed or prompted to get any other work done ( which sometimes can be very off putting). Instead, I was given some good teeth care advice to follow which I will be doing. All in all, I was very happy with the treatment given and would have gladly paid more than the fee asked. I will be booking a teeth whitening appointment very soon now that I have first hand experience of how professional this dental practice is. I was really pleased with my hygienist appointment with Gabi. She is very professional and gentle, I didn't feel a thing! I did lots of research to find this practice after having a bad experience at another dental practice. At Pall Mall Dental I have experienced nothing but excellence. The staff are friendly and calming (I was nervous). I have had a hygienist appointment and could not stop smiling and admiring my teeth. The service was thorough and worth the investment. I also had a filling replaced and after arriving with anxiety, my dentist made me feel so relaxed by guiding me through the procedure and making me aware of the sensations I might be feeling. Pedro was exceptional. I paid for an implant, which I was very nervous about but seemed like good value considering some of the other options out there. The location is central and easy to get to. The service was really good. There were a fair few appointments and procedures, but Pedro explained each one and what he was doing. When some of the treatments didn't go to plan, which was through no fault of their own, Pedro made time for me to come and see him so I could get it fixed immediately. Also, Johanna at reception is super friendly/helpful. Highly recommend!

Dr Kaushal is the best dentist ever! I can not thank him enough for solving all my dental problems! I had RCT, fillings and some cosmetic work done by him and it was completely pain free! I arrived at Pall Mall Dental to be greeted by their friendly receptionist Johanna, who signed me in for my appointment. The ambience of the practice was very calm instantly putting me at ease, allowing me to notice how refreshing it was to be in a modern dental practice. The reason for my trip was due to a chipped tooth; Dr Kaushal explained step by step the procedure and was extremely gentle throughout the process allowing me to relax and enjoy a film on the widescreen TV, which was perfectly positioned for the patient. I visited Pall Mall dental as my regular dentist had failed to identify the source of pain in a tooth (stating that it all 'looked fine'). This was despite the fact that I had clearly pointed out where the problem was. Having reached the end of my tether, I booked an appointment with Pall Mall Dental. After explaining the issue to Dr. Kaushal Soneji he immediately took steps to identify the cause of the problem and treat it successfully. He explained the cause to me in simple terms and outlined the possible treatment options, explaining the benefits of each and was transparent with the pricing. In addition to treating the specific issue I was having, Dr. Soneji performed a routine check that I believe was more comprehensive than my regular dentist had ever performed. I was so happy with the service at Pall Mall dental that I recommended them to a relative from abroad. He sought cosmetic and root canal treatment when he visited, as well as arranging appointments for his children. He was equally satisfied with the customer service, treatment and results.

He explains clearly how he sees the situation, both in terms of what is objectively true, and providing gently his own possible opinions, in balanced, and still fairly remaining objective: presenting the opinions as opinions. I feel I am given clearly the available options for any treatment going forward, and am free to ask questions, which Kaushal takes the time to answer, clearly, concisely, patiently. I feel that Kaushal gives one all one's attention, and time; there is no feeling of being rushed, or anything like that. The technology seems top-notch to me. You can see clearly piccies of your teeth on a tv screen for example, and get him to send them to you for later reference.
