Just had a lovely conversation with Ebru. Accommodating, listened and did what needed to be done with ease. She could have easily been stern given my error but she was generous. I would call that practice again.

Dr Eli has transformed my smile and I am completely blown away by the results!! Finally had my chipped tooth filled and it looks amazing! Never thought I’d see such an amazing transformation! Definitely recommend!

I have been attending this Dentist for a number of years and I have to share that the customer service and care received by all members of staff has always been first class. Starting with my first Dentist Miloz, who is no longer at this practice and was absolutely exceptional! To the Hygienist Pavel who takes tremendous pride in his work, always full of beans and has transformed my dental hygiene for the better. Thank you very much Pawel! To Ebru and Atnafu on reception who are both very personable, helpful and always polite, even though they are both constantly working under immense pressure. To my current Dentist, Sandro who again is friendly, helpful and cares! All round great service! Well done!

I have been going here since I was a child and I’m nearly 30 now! I cannot fault this practice. In particular, the receptionist Ebru - she is so kind and considerate to all patients, clearly explains everything and just generally puts me at ease when I have to come in! The hygienist here is amazing along with my dentist Alessandro. If I could give a 10 star review I would have, thank you all so much.

Absolutely very professional service by this practice. Very clean and spacious. I had braces fixed by Dr Tanvee Shah. She was very professional and very gentle. I would recommend this place. ATNAFU is the most friendliest , polite, approachable and professional receptionist I have ever seen in any practise . And I am sure there are many more people who will agree with me. He listened carefully and doubled checked with the dentist if all of my daughters teeth will be extracted on the same day and he found the time to call us back to let us know if that was the case . He was so helpful but at the same time compassionate . Atnafu, answered all my questions and queries in an efficient, caring and professional manner. When we went to the practise he had such a big welcoming smile . His people’s skills are amazing ! This type of staff should be working in the dental practise or any other places . My daughter and I were very impressed by him. Thank you Atnafu! We hope you are the one who will be always answering our phone calls.

We were super happy with the dentist Kate. She has extracted my daughters two teeth ( for orthodontist) I have never seen such a skilful , friendly and professional dentist yet. She put my daughter at ease even before injecting Kate applied numbing gel so my daughter wouldn’t feel the needle . The whole procedure went so smoothly and painless . Surprisingly , she is not taking any painkillers and today is the second day since her top and bottom teeth have been extracted . Thank you so much Kate! I love this dentist, my whole family goes here! They are very kind, professional and patient with my 3 year old and especially my husband (who doesn't like going to the dentist usually). This has been my dental practice since 2008 and I couldn't be happier. They always provide advice on a full range of treatments and the associated costs so I can make informed decisions.

I have been going to this dental practice for just under a year and I have been very happy with the service that I have been given - starting from the amazing help from reception, to the lovely support of the dental nurses and of course, the exceptional work from the dentists. I can clearly see that the dentists are very experienced and know exactly what they are doing and are willing to help the patients as much as they can. I have been treated by Dr Tanvee Shah who had been recommended to me by a friend, her patient, and I can confidently say that I will not hesitate to recommend her work and this place to all of my friends and family. The nurses are very supportive and always smiling and the receptionists welcome you as if you are at home. Do go visit - you’ll be amazed.

I have been going to Park Vue Dental for a few years now. I had braces for which I paid privately and I was happy with the whole experience; also being able to pay in instalments helped a lot. For cleaning I always use the hygienist privately, is £59, Pawel is really good and nice! He will always offer a lot of advice, definitely recommend him. Also, dr Nilesh Amin is very experienced. I have been able to book very quickly private and nhs appointments, sometimes nhs were done quicker then the private ones. Overall I'm very happy with them! Sometimes there can be delays and I had to wait for 30mins, even more to be seen which is not great, I think the receptionists could do a better job at letting patients know if there are delays and to apologise, be a bit more simpathetic about it, but apart from that all good. Receptionists maybe should improve their customer service.

Nilesh Amin has been my dentist for over 20 years. I moved away but I still travel back to get my teeth done at Park Vue even though it takes me two hours each way. Nilesh’s dentistry work is of such a high standard. He uses quality materials and takes a huge amount of pride in the work he does. He explains options and gives good advice so I can make informed decisions. I always walk out of the appointment feeling extremely pleased with the outcome. I had a long appointment which involved a lot of treatment in one day. Nilesh phoned me the next day, which was a Saturday, to check that I was ok. Tabitha, the dental nurse, who worked alongside Nilesh was amazingly attentive and efficient. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Nilesh Amin to anyone.

I've been in need of a orthodontist recently and found these guys on Google and seems some good reviews, however when I attend to book an appointment but I found they were fully booked and I was really annoyed at that but that being said I did get a great service from the receptionist who assured me I would be contacted when a slot becomes available. It has been in business for a.very long time It is not loved but everybody but my friend finds the service she receives here.quite good. She has no major issues with her teeth but they always call her in time for her annual check up and clean. I have a great fear of getting dental work done so not gone for 15 years but friend told me about this place and gave it a try, they was friendly, from down stairs to up stairs, easy to talk to about I'm afraid of needles etc, and they took there time make sure I was ok during whole time. i saw Poonam Patel and I'm very happy with the work and time she put in even better that there open saturdays 5 stars from me and happy to say I will return thanks
