T. M.We found the place easy to get to with excellent parking facilities on our first visit.
Our first impression was the place was clean with a friendly receptionist who greeted us nicely.
We did not have to wait long to be seen by an Orthodontist, and the person we saw was friendly and talked us through the following steps we would expect in the next few months.

I have been coming to them from Birmingham for the past 4 years and every single time I feel very welcome , they ask how you feel about your treatment and review your progress with you which is very helpful! Every appointment I have been to has been right on time, the practice always provides me with an appointment time that’s suitable for me and just over all they take care of every single patient and they want to provide you with the best treatment possible! Overall I don’t have one complaint and will be sad to leave them once my treatment is finished. Would highly recommend coming here for treatment!😁
H.(Written in 2020 and rated 1star )The white male elderly dentist is awful - he consistently is rude, harsh on my teeth and messed up on my braces by leaving a spongy layer in the middle of it that I personally had to remove! The man is a senseless dentist that knows little to anything about customer service.
(UPDATE, 2021) I've seen Dr Jhana for 2 visits, the Asian orthadontist. She is wholeheartedly wonderful; she talks me through everything tells me when she's going to apply pressure mainly, she's also gentle and precise with what she does. Due to this, I've boosted my rating from a 1 to a 4🙏🌈

They are welcoming, thorough & reassuring especially when he was to apply the braces. They try to accommodate appointments to your convenience & during this difficult time of the pandemic have rearranged appointments fast.
His favourite member of staff is Mo. He explains the steps of his progress & really reassures him. If my son has any questions, Mo really listens attentively & gives advice every time- just what every nervous child needs.

A. G.All experiences start at the reception, and I'm sad to say none of my 5 visits were something I could smile about. I've seen some patients being greeted like third class patients. Can only describe couple of occasions when customer service was average.
The waiting time from referral to to bring first seen at this practice is far too long - for us it was one year and that too before the Pandamic hit us.

G. H.We arrived with my 14 years old son to the practice but they told us come back 5 min before appointment time. Ok we went away and came back 10 min. Admission was quick but the worst experience for my son the aggressive man with pink stuff he made mistake and did it twice for my son who almost throw up 3 times and the man was not stop or asked my son how he feels... just carried out. On the end we tried to explain our view for the brace but he did not care what we want he just carried out his speech. So we do not know what to do anymore.
C. L. C.Have had braces with them for 2 years and 2 months. Excellent receptionists, always responsive and are happy to help. Professionals there can be happy and be nice to have a chat with - but they can also have their bad days, which show quite evidently.
The reason 2 stars are knocked off is because, 1. The professionals there do not offer much advice and can sometimes be very blunt.
2. Even if you show up early to your appointment time, you can wait there for ages if there was people before you. There are appointment times given for a reason.
3. You can be seen by multiple professionals that offer different advice than what you’ve been given by others in the Clinic. I would say to only have one professional to one patient.
Overall, am quite pleased with their service as it gets the job done.
S.I am thoroughly pleased with the results of my teeth. Considering other orthodontists rejected me for having braces, the difference they have made are incredible. My teeth look amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and made my braces treatment all the better. I highly recommend this practice :)

Kerry and Jade on reception always welcome me with a smile and an hello and are happy to help with any appointment changes or queries that I may have either in person or over the phone.
I have found the orthodontists to be faultless and as you can imagine, having been using this practice for the last 5 years, I have seen every one of them. They have given me and my family a fantastic service over the years, always answering any questions/concerns I have about the treatment, sorting out repairs etc.
There has been a lot of changes with dental nurses there recently but the girls have always been lovely and as for not smiling enough maybe the other reviewer caught them on a bad day (as that is allowed for anyone in any job!)
I have recommended this practice to other people and will continue to do so as I feel that you would be hard pushed to get a better service anywhere else. They are all extremely professional in their own fields.

W. H.This ASDA is so big and absolutely fantastic. You can literally find anything you want here, and the price is fair. Even roasted chicken and some fries are available if you just wanna grab some cooked and hot food. Apart from day to day groceries, some clothes and even lingeries are available there. I would say this is a perfect spot to go for not only big grocery shopping but also some mini shopping for clothes.
