Best hygienist experience I've had so far. From the moment I walked in to the clinic everyone was friendly which made for a very relaxed and positive experience. In the past I was told that the pain was a normal part of the teeth cleaning process and that I had to just put up with it. However my experience with Miss Camilla Bevan was totally painless and she also informed me on the use of anaesthesia which I had no idea could even be used. Highly recommend Platinum Dental and Camilla.

What an amazing practice, from the moment I walked in (randomly without an appointment I should add) I was greeted by Kate who couldn't have been nicer. Dr Ronnie and Ezster explained all my options in perfectly understandable terms and the work completed is second to none, he is as much an artist as dentist... I would definitely recommend. Excellent experience - highly recommended I went to the dentist for new customer check up and also made use of the benefit of having my baby checked for free at the same time. While my 14 month old wasn't really cooperating, I can tell you the staff and the dentist (Dr Patel) were absolutely fantastic. Absolutely fantastic dental surgery, in every possible way. The receptionists are really friendly and professional, the venue is clean and airy, and the equipment is state-of-the-art. Most importantly, all the doctors and nurses I've interacted with have been excellent. I'd like to commend Dr Amie Patel in particular: she takes the utmost care to explain what she is doing at every step of the way, and never fails to ensure the patient is feeling comfortable with the procedure. I have found this practice in 2019 and went there with pretty bad gum disease et a previous bad root canal work, and couldn't be happier! They did an incredible job and I have now no more issues and things could not be healthier. The staff is incredible, professional, caring and we always have a good laugh at the same time. I have just completed my Invisalign treatment, and I think I owe a debt of gratitude to everyone in the clinic for their help and patience for the past year. A year ago, I approached to the clinic with crooked and gapped teeth and asked about the Invisalign package. At the beginning I had a lot of questions, but Dr. Shah explained to me with patience about the detail, the complexity of the treatment, charges, what I need to be aware of etc. and made sure that everything was well communicated. Throughout the treatment, they were concerned about not only the movement of the teeth but also the hygiene and any adjustment needed. They kept track on the status every week because we both understand that Consistency is the key to a good outcome. Apart from that, Nadia and Yana were very patience wrt the hygiene treatment; Kate and Jasmina were always nice and welcoming and helping in booking arrangement. A lot of good memories there. A year later, they gave me a great smile. I feel lucky that I have chosen this clinic for such a life-changing decision. Apart from their professional knowledge, what impresses me the most is their attitude. They care about what you expect / need, and more importantly, they also care about what you don’t want / don’t need. I think that is a kind of quality that not every business possesses, which is decency. I would like to thank to everyone in the clinic, including Dr Shah, Dr Anthonia, Dr Cristina, Nadia, Yana, Kate, Jasmina, Peral, Monika etc. (apologies for missing anyone here). I was so eager to leave this review following my appointment with Dr Cristina. Before the treatment I was scared and had very low confidence and self esteem issues due to the gaps in my teeth. Following my consultation with Dr Cristina she immediately put me at ease and a feeling that she was definitely the right person to help me. After my consultation I went ahead for the composite bonding and honestly it was exactly as I dreamed that I wanted them to be like! I never imagined it would be as great as I wished. I literally cried after my dental work and it's all thanks to Dr Cristina and the team including the nurses. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I decided to use Platinum as the reviews on google looked great. Initially when I met with Dr Sarika Shah she did mention she would be on leave but that I would be in safe hands. Unfortunately this was not the case. Every appointment I was switched around to different dentists who just wanted me in and out, didn't know how far I was into my treatment and would overall give me mixed messages and not make me feel comfortable about achieving the desired results I was hoping for. Half way through my Invisalign treatment I started to notice a tooth was going dark. When I went to the clinic and asked the dentist I had my appointment with to check she found no issues however in my next appointment they very abruptly told me its a decayed tooth. It was very upsetting that in my multiple visits no one had flagged this and I felt like this happened because of me doing the Invisalign treatment even though the results were inconclusive on their end. Dr Ronnie worked with me closely and I really appreciate all his efforts in making me feel comfortable and ensuring I was looked after both pre and post treatment. Overall if I could go back I would not have done the treatment and would've either had veneers or composite bonding as even if you do invisalign if you want your teeth to look perfect you will need to go down that route regardless. I would've also opted for a smaller clinic instead of Platinum as this is a very costly treatment and you want to ensure you are in safe hands. The reception team are brilliant though and the reason why I found my visits less painful. A big thank you to Dr Ronnie, Jasmina and Kate for being so kind and helpful!

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the friendly receptionists who always have a smile on their faces. I had 2 root canals done with Dr Ronnie, he helped put my mind at ease as I was quite scared to have them done. He really took the time to explain what the procedure involved before working on my teeth. Dr Cristina did my crowns and some fillings, she went out of her way to make sure my crowns were perfect and I’m really happy with the end result. Cristina Isorna Suarez at Platinium Dentail Care My expectations are very high, and I was amazed by the great service and excellent treatment from Cristina. I was referred to Platinium Dental Care after a horrible experience with another Invisalign provider. They left me with an uneven bite and a substantial awful triangle hole on my top incisor, plus a headache. Cristina was very professional and took the time to examine my case in detail. As a result, my bite is excellent, no more headaches; she did a filling on one of my canines and closed the gap on my top incisor. She is very professional, punctual and efficient. I just had composite bonding done by Cristina Isorna from Platinum Dental and oh my gosh i literally cried with happiness from the result! I have always suffered with small crooked teeth and have been very conscious of them my whole life. I first went with a company called finest dental for Invisalign who went bust and Platinum Dental picked up and completed my treatment so as a practise they are incredible and my treatment has finally been able to be completed. However i am literally amazed by the incredible job Christina did with my composite bonding. I never thought it was possible for my teeth to look like this. I was refered to Dr. Patel at Platinum Dental Care by my local dentist for a procedure that my regular dentist was not able to do. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to say - as a thank you to all the staff - how much I would encourage anyone to use their services. The receptionisst are incredibly helpful and friendly, and while the procedure I had was fairly complicated, Dr. Patel performed it with the highest level of skill and professionalism anyone could expect. But the most positive aspect was the aftercare. Dr. Patel was in regular one-to-one contact with me about my recovery and whenever I had any concerns, I could contact him directly and he would get back incredibly quickly. He was always reassuring and helped to arrange follow up appointments for me to make sure the healing process was progressing well and calming any fears I had. While going to the dentist is never a nice experience, especially when it's necessary to have a procedure done, Dr. Patel and his lovely team made it as manageable and pain free as they could. I would strongly reccommend them!

I've recently completed my Invisalign treatment at Platinum and I honestly didn't think that my teeth would ever look this good! I've been so impressed with the smooth service and treatment I received from start to finish. My treatment started with Dr Shah who was great and made me feel really confident about the treatment. I finished my treatment with Dr Cristina, who did some composite bonding on my front tooth as it was a little shorter than the other once they had straightened out, and it looks so natural I can't tell which is which! My advice to anyone who is interesting in having Invisalign is to listen to the team when they say only have the trays out for a couple of hours a day, I followed their advice and my VERY crooked teeth were straightened out in 7 - 8 months, and I still can't believe how quick it was! Throughout the course of the treatment I had teeth whitening, routine check ups and hygiene appointments, which always went smoothly, and I'll happily use Platinum as my normal dentist. In general I think the practice is great, I never had to wait too long for my appointments and the reception team were always really helpful and so lovely. There were two I primarily spoke to, Kate (I think) and another young woman whose name I didn't catch, their customer service was wonderful and always made me feel so welcome. To sum up, use Platinum Dental Care!

Dental hygiene appointment with Camilla Bevan. I cannot recommend Camila enough, she made me feel really comfortable and kept asking me if I was ok throughout the cleaning process. She made this experience so much better than I expected (after having a terrible one in a different practice). Great staff and service. I started my invisalign journey with Sarah (who has now left) and Dr Cristina and also have my regularly hygiene check with Yana. They are all great and lovely and I am very happy with my teeth after invisalign treatment. I struggle to give this place 5 stars only because they are so popular that it sometimes is very difficult to get appointment. You often need to make appointments at least two weeks in advance (sometimes even a month) which can be diffficult when you're starting or ending the invisalign journey.

Platinum took over my Invisalign treatment due to previous practice declaring insolvency, from the first discussions to the finality of my treatment, they have shown the utmost professionalism, clarity, flexibility and care. Oh my god, Dr Patel is the best dentist in the world!! I was PANICKING as one of my molars cracked while eating and was really nervous about loosing my tooth. Dr Patel was extremely sweet explaining everything and responding to all of my questions and did an amazing job at fixing it! He explained my options and gave me great recommendations. I’ve always been skeptical about dentists because I love my teeth and I really care abou my oral hygiene, but I can totally assure you that Dr Patel exceeded my expectations and I didn’t feel a thing while he was working in my mouth. Also the girls at the reception were amazing. They got me a same day emergency appointment which I was very grateful for. Thank you so so so much!! UPDATE: I had my second appointment yesterday for the permanent fix, and I can assure you, Dr Patel is still the best dentist in the world. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else. I had gum surgery and a huge filling (he totally saved my tooth!), and he totally Michelangelo-ed my tooth. It's just perfect, the exact same colour (which comes in handy when you are obsessive with your teeth as I am) and perfect shape. It's less than 24 hours and no pain whatsoever (I didn't have pain during the procedure either). Special mention and thanks to the woman helping him who held my hand on both appointments while I was being injected the anaesthetics. She deserves all the good things in life :) You're just the perfect duo, thanks so much!

I’ve had quite a bit of restorative and cosmetic dental work with Ronak (Ronnie) and Sarika. They’ve tailored my dental plan quite well, as I was quite a complex case to co-ordindate replacement fillings, Maryland bridge replacements, Invisalign and teeth whitening. I’ve asked a lot of in-depth dental questions throughout my treatment and they’ve been great to take time to answer these in detail. Ronak is well experienced and went to extra mile to guide me on bridge suitability and pontic material with evidence-backed research of what is suitable for me. Sarika has been amazing with my Invisalign treatment where she’s been very transparent on communication and timelines with her working around my vacations abroad. Kate and Catia at the front desk team have been super friendly and welcoming too, and possibly the best customer service that I’ve received in London. Its great being known by first-name basis after visiting the practice quite often. Thanks Platinum and I’m super proud of the results, and I still can’t believe how amazing my teeth look now! They’re really professional and you can really tell they’re genuinely enthusiastic to serve their patients. Highly recommend Platinum Dental Care. I undertook Invisalign for 6 months and had composite bonding and a permanent retainer fitted afterwards. The entire team here is very professional and extremely capable. Dr Shah is the height of professionalism and is extremely capable and thorough in her recommendations. In particular, her attention to detail and he tailoring of the orthodontic program to the specific needs of the patient were exceptional. Indeed, despite being on scheduled maternity leave towrds the end of my treatment, she was still able to opine on the necessity for fixed retainers and made me feel comfortable having them fitted (which was done by Chrystal in a very unobtrusive and convenient way). The Invislign process took a about 8 weeks longer than we had originally anticipated but that was my choice and I didn't feel pressured either way. Once I neared the end of the process, I discussed with Dr Cristina Suarez some of the additional options for some minor cosmetic improvements. She was again extremely thorough, and very professional throughout a 3.5 hour appointment. She took a lot of time and care to make sure things were perfect. Even after I was initially satisfied she continued to refine her work (at no extra costs) to achieve the best results possible. Everyone from the reception staff to the hygienists to the various dentists and orthodontists is friendly but above all professional and genuinely cares about the quality of their work. I thoroughly recommend this practice. P.S. It is also great to give business to a practice owned and operated by a woman of colour and employing so many professional women as well.

I’ve spent quite a lot of time in the practice over the past year or so, seeing a dentist, periodontist and hygienist. They, and the receptionists and dental assistants I’ve interacted with have all been extremely professional, knowledgable and amiable. The whole process is frictionless - you book a new patient assessment, if you need treatment then the dentist will write you a plan and you just need to book, turn up and pay. I now have a smile that I didn’t think was possible before, and it cost way less than I thought it would.

The facilities are clean and covid considerate, the reception staff are unfailingly lovely, and all of the nurses have been friendly and chatty. But the star is Dr Sripal Kumar - he's personable and knows how to put you at ease, but also highly professional and a complete perfectionist with everything he does. This, and the fact he's been upfront and honest with me from the very start, means you can trust him to do the best job possible. I'm very happy with the end results (they're simply on another level compared to previous work I've had done) and I would recommend him and Platinum in a heartbeat.

It's rare to get such a perfect service in any possible aspect. I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Ronak Patel. Since the beginning Dr. Patel explained to me the procedure with lots of patience, was very considerate and made sure that I would feel comfortable and know anything I want and need to know. The medical procedure itself went perfectly well. I didn't feel anything during the treatment. I was told at the beginning that my tooth is not in an ideal state and a little bit broken, a thing which makes the procedure more difficult to a manage, and still the extraction was done perfectly. Right after the procedure was over, I felt excellent, there was no pain at all, nothing was swollen, I got out the same way I got in only without the wisdom tooth. At the end Dr. Patel gave me the instructions for the following week, during this week everything was perfect, I felt completely as usual, I didn't feel any pain or discomfort and I looked exactly the same as always. In addition the team at the clinic was so nice, so considerate and patient, that the whole experience was very pleasant. I would also like to mention Kate, which I've spoken with today, when I called the clinic to ask for further instruction for the second week after the procedure, Kate remembered me immediately, replied all of my questions and was so nice, patient and considerate, that I really felt that the excellent service that I got there is keep on going in all possible aspects. Such a combination of an excellent medical treatment and an excellent service to the customer is really very hard to find.

I have nothing but praise for the professionalism efficiency engagement and patient orientated service provided by Platinum Dental Care. Also one is reassured by the strict COVID protocol which speaks for the high standards they set rightly so A special word for Katya and Jasmina on reception who are extremely helpful and telephoned me after one of my treatments to check that I was OK But I give credit to Ronak Patel an exceptional dentist who I have utmost confidence - highly intelligent excellent communicator charismatic but importantly he has a high level of expertise and confidence in his field of work.

Their staff is very knowledgeable, always able to accommodate your schedule and very welcoming. If you struggle with dental anxiety (like I do), look no further: they take the time to explain every step they take, answer all your questions and include as many breaks as you need to calm yourself. March 2021 update: I had to get further dental treatment (yes during the pandemic) and with my dental anxiety, I was really worried about it. But I met with Dr Cristina Isorna Suarez and she has been amazing from day 1! She asked me to explain what was the most stressful for me and her assistants would always explain me what she was doing during each treatment. And she booked extra time for some appointments, so she could go slowly and take multiple breaks to reassure me/explain me what she was doing. Following the review I read from other patients, I decided to give platinum dental care a trial, it was an amazing exoerience i must say, i felt valued as the doctors uses person - centred approach throughout the treatment period. I had a 9-month Invisalign treatment at Platinum and my experience was great! Dr Shah is an amazing, seasoned and competent dentist. Simply put: she knows her stuff and takes well care of you. After I finished a consultation session with her in the early stage, I knew right away she was the dentist that I wanted to work with and I knew she could deliver the results I wanted. She is very approachable which makes communications easy. The other thing that made me decide to go with Platinum vs. other providers is that Platinum provides you with a 3D simulation that you can view online of how your teeth would evolve over the course of the treatment. This service is free and gave me a lot of confidence about the treatment. (Some of their competitors would charge you for this service.) At the end I paid a competitive rate for the treatment which comes with some nice perks: two sets of retainers, a home whitening kit that would last two years. I did it on instalment and Platinum is quite flexible on how much I could pay back. I am happy with the results I got and I am very happy that I went with Platinum. Dr. Shah is great and so are her supporting staff. I would very much recommend it to people who are thinking about getting such a treatment. Thank you Dr Shah! :)

I had broken two of my front teeth at the start of the lockdown and struggled to get an appointment with my local NHS dentist after the lockdown restrictions eased. I called Platinum dental care for advice and they recommended having a consultation with Dr Ronnie Patel. After a thorough consultation process and lots of planning and support from Dr Patel, I have finally got my two front teeth restored and have what appears to be a natural, healthy, white smile again. The results are astounding and incredibly authentic looking. Dr Patel is a gift to humankind- he truly cares about his patients, absolutely loves dentistry and wants to help you understand every step of the process, wants the best results and will do all he can to go above and beyond and not just settle for ok results. I was very anxious going into the practice and had a pretty traumatic experience of losing my teeth, but with every visit I felt more assured that everything would be OK.... and it turned out to be better than ok! The level of service at platinum dental care is exceptional and is worth every dime. Couldn't recommend this practice and Dr Patel enough! Costs are quite high but this practice has access to very high end technology- that, combined with market-leading talent and capability, justifies the costs in my experience. If you have a dental accident, don't hesitate but go straight to platinum dental care!! Hygienist services from Yana are also first class and highly recommended.

I have an unsightly chip on one of my front teeth from an accident in my teens. The original filling fell out 2 years ago, and I went to an NHS dentist that did a very rushed and poor quality job at patching it. Unsurprisingly, it didn't look or feel very nice, and also didn't last very long. I needed to have it restored again this year. The dentist here (Dr Roni) was absolutely fantastic. He has done such a spectacular job. I can't see where the filling that he's used to restore my front tooth begins or ends, and it looks 100% natural. The colour and texture is matched so perfectly that one can only describe it as a work of art. In addition, both him and his assistant were very pleasant and comforting. The reception team were also very helpful with getting me booked in, in spite of all of the Covid19 pressures and difficulties. I can't recommend this dentist enough - they are worth every penny.

A very welcoming experience. I've been coming here for two years and can thoroughly recommend it. The advice I get on how to care for my teeth is excellent. This means that I can make the most of any treatment I need and check-ups use x-rays and a thorough inspection so I can see how I'm doing. I came to that practice for the placement of a crown and an advanced gum disease and wasn't disappointed ! Dr Sripal Kumar was amazing and did an excellent job no just by placing a new crown but also by providing me with great advice concerning other work that needed to be done (multiple fillings to replace or add and redoing the base for the crown which was not deep enough and could have been an issue later on). Since I didn't have any insurance, Dr Sripal was very understanding and allowed me to do all the work at my own rythm. I can't thank him enough for his amazing work and great caring. For my Gum Disease I had the pleasure to be taken care of by the amazing Nadia Begum. She did an incredible work considering the advanced stage of my gum disease, she was very gentle and caring. The first treatment plus really good advice on how to brush me teeth correctly made a huge difference. Just 1 or 2 weeks after, for my second treatment the disease had already reduced by half and 2 to 3 treatment later there was almost no trace left of my gum disease. Now it's been a year and it couldn't be better. The follow up is amazing and she is also really fun to talk with ! To finish the whole team is also amazing, very friendly and very attentive ! I can't recomend enough that practice. It made me wonder why people don't like to go to the dentist because that was a really amazing experience. Thank you again to all of them !

Highly recommend this place. I've been to a few other private dental practices in London - Bloomsbury, London Bridge and Moorgate, but this place is my favourite and I'd recommend this practice for both check ups and hygienist visits. They are thorough with their explanations and won't rip you off. I had a quote from another practice, but Platinum (Harriet) confirmed work wasn't necessary. I had Nadia for my hygiene visit and she was great. She really took time to explain the issues and go through options to prepare me for the clean, which other practices have never done to that extent in all the years I've seen hygienists. I decided to get Invisalign with Dr Shah and it was such a great decision. I had been told when I was a teenager that I couldn't get braces (due to a small and v-shaped mouth, and I was always conscious of my smile and would only take photos from certain angles. My treatment took just over a year (about 3 months longer due to being busy at work) and it is amazing just how different my teeth look. Because you see them everyday you do forget how much they have changed, but seeing the side by side really makes you appreciate how much they have been able to shift my teeth into straight alignment. It's lovely to bite into bread and see a perfectly straight bite. Dr Shah was wonderful - really practical and dedicated to getting the best results possible. I really recommend her to anyone who wants to stop being self conscious about their smile.

I was seen by one of the dentist during an emergency appointment. He was very thorough and to make sure he send for a 3D CTScan which showed, the wisdom tooth needed to be extracted. I know removing a wisdom tooth migh be scary for some people but my whole experience was painless thanks to the new technology the dentist was using. Hi I don’t normally post reviews but I was so impressed by Dr Ronak yesterday when I had my root canal treatment I felt like I had to I’m a really fussy type of person and always have issues with medical procedures & dare I say medical professionals(during my epidural my anethesist electrocuted me as he was in a hurry as his shift ended 🤭) as things often go wrong with me. But what can I say, I was welcomed with a big friendly smile and made to feel really calm and assured that all was at hand. He was so informative that I for the first time didn’t have any questions! I had a tricky root canal but Dr Ronnie didn’t let me feel the strains of the procedure and I was so greatful that he kept me informed throughout the entire 2.5 hour procedure. I am so happy with the work done at Platinum Dental Care, I don't even know where to begin. Dr. Nate Yung is an incredible dentist and I feel so lucky to have had him work on my teeth. I was born without 4 adult teeth, I have had braces and a retainer to replace the missing teeth for the last 2.5 years. I went to see Dr. Nate to talk about the option of getting a bridge for my missing teeth (so I would no longer have to take my teeth out to eat and sleep, etc.) and his work goes beyond anything I ever dreamed of. I still remember the first time I sneezed after getting my bridge from Dr. Nate and my teeth (the retainer) did not fall out of my mouth... I know it may make you laugh, but I cannot describe to what extent my confidence was knocked down through the years. I am so grateful for Dr. Nate and the team for restoring not only my smile, but my self-esteem as well. But speaking about the smile itself... WOW. My old retainer did not fit into my mouth properly so I spoke with a lisp, it constantly fell out, and it didn't look like the teeth belonged in my mouth. I am so unbelievably happy with my smile now. I can't say it enough, thank you, thank you, thank you. Additionally, I just wanted to name a couple of other members on the team that made my experience at Platinum Dental wonderful. If you ever want a teeth cleaning or need a reason to smile, go see Priya (she normally works on Mondays!!). She was so warm and welcoming from the first minute of meeting her. You may think a teeth cleaning is an in-and-out thing, no hassle, no time to chat, but you are wrong. A friendly hygienist can make all the difference in your day, and really makes the experience so pleasant. Kate, Kate, Kate. She works with the front of house and is usually your first and last point of contact during your visits. I wouldn't want to be greeted by anyone other than her. She always remembered my name, said good morning instead of just hi... all of these little things really do add up. Not to mention, I often had some difficulty with payments and scheduling, and she was nothing but patient and helpful with me every time. Thank you all for the wonderful experience xx
