Claire is excellent. I did a routine cleaning session and two deep-cleaning sessions with her and the results are very good. She is also the first person to explain to me exactly how to brush my teeth and take care of my gums. So much disinformation out there! My experience of having treatment at this practice has all been positive. Melania is always friendly and helpful. Vatche spends time explaining the treatment process and taking you through the stages of the procedure and different options. You feel you are being looked after well. The hygiene standards are always good and especially during the pandemic. The practice is also situated in picturesque Pond Square so is always a pleasure to visit the area. Also it helped being able to watch a film while treatment was being done!

Identified issues I had, worked with me to ensure all the work done was explained thoroughly beforehand (and never had a dentist who also reviews with you the work they've done afterwards, complete with photos), and set me up to ensure going forward my dental health is handled better by myself. I'm not good with dentists, I dislike the whole experience. However, I'm told it is better to go, so I do. I've found Vatche to be good with anxious patients. I also take/send the children, now in their teens and upwards, who like him, too. The surroundings are calm and pleasant and his attention to detail and technical skills reassuring. Im not sure any of us like visiting the dentist. We may feel anxious on the basis we might be expecting physical pain and the inevitable feeling of intrusion as someone hovers over your face. However visiting Pond Square Dental Practice is another experience entirely Vatche Kassardjian is at the heart of the Practice. He is immediately thoughtful & warm & can at times be very funny. Importantly he is also a highly competent and skilled clinician who makes you feel entirely confident however complex the procedure required. The dental assistants are all professional and thoughtful in their support of the dental practice. I thought the hygienist was exceptionally good. The space is open clean & modern. There are always nice beauty 'free bees' on offer to take if you wish. After my first visit I felt like Id been going for years. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Very efficient, great service. Dr. Kassardjian is a perfectionist. I went for a crown recently and the service was fabulous. Dr. Kassardjian perfected the crown. There is no visual or physical difference. My tooth feels great. The whole procedure was so efficient and the crown was prepared and ready to be placed so quickly. I've become rather fond of the charming quiet corner of Pond Square in Highgate, where the dedicated Vatche assisted by lovely Juste and other gentle helpers took on my mouthful of sad dental disasters and began replacing them with a miracle of strong, fine-looking teeth. A kind of rewinding of the years which is an extraordinary experience for someone well into her eighties. I must add that there has been laughter (a lot) rather than tears (none) during all those appointments, and also some memorable chats on the delights of western films. often supported by the images on a handily placed tv screen.
