Progressive Dentistry is by far the best Dentist practice I have ever been to. Doctor Patel and his crew are very professional and yet very kind and welcoming. I have subscribed to their Dental Insurance and the value of the treatments included in the Insurance plus a marvelous result obtained with their lingual brace pushes me to give 5 stars to Progressive Dentistry and to continue to use of their services. I'm no longer ashamed to show my smile. Highly recommended practice.

I came to the Progressive dentistry after knocking out one and a half front teeth and left with my teeth looking better than they’d ever done before. The treatment I required was an extraction & implant on one tooth and a bonded filing on the other so is necessary to have multiple appointments over a longer time period while the implant healed. At all points during this Dr Patel explained clearly what options I had and the details of the work that would be carried out and ensured a good appearance of my front teeth for the duration of the treatment (an implant requires time to heal so was provided with a temporary tooth in this period before the final fitting). The final result is a huge relief to go from a very sorry looking situation to have two natural looking front teeth, credit to Dr Patel - thanks for all your work Patrick

The best dental surgery I have ever registered with. At my first visit I was amazed at the professionalism and the care they showed me. Today I completed having my veneers fitted and I could not be happier. There was never any pressure to do any work and everything is explained in detail. Dr Patel is very kind and gentle and so is nurse Joanna. Paula at the reception makes you feel immediately welcome. I would not go anywhere else and highly recommend this dental practice.

I contacted Dr. Patel after having had a road accident during the lock-down where I broke four of my front teeth. I googled trying to find the best dentist in London and came across Progressive Dentistry. The whole treatment lasted about a year, from having my gums treated by Beata (who I have to highlight is also amazing) to having gone through various stages of treatment with assessment throughout including visiting the lab where I was able to review the colouring of the crowns! I now have my front teeth sorted and healthy gums and I am extremely pleased with the results. The whole journey has been excellent, I have not come across a dentist and hygienist in London so professional and caring and would definitely recommend Progressive Dentistry if you care about your teeth and like to receive a 5 star service.

I started using Progressive Dentistry about 4 months ago for dental hygiene but the thing that really made this bunch stand out is that I had to have a wisdom tooth removed last week and I can safely say I didn't feel a thing. Yes, I would strongly recommend Progressive Dentistry. Our family have been with this modern, progressive practice for over ten years. We came following a personal recommendation and have stayed. We all agree, Niss and his team provide personal, professional care focused on each individual patient and their needs. I felt super informed and able to make a decision based on the advice Dr Patel gave me. I first started seeing Beata in November 2019 as I was so anxious and worried about my spontaneously bleeding gums! She was so caring and reassuring and started treatment immediately with thorough cleaning and laser. Dr Patel was very honest and upfront about the options and the advantages/disadvantages of different types of treatment (social 6 vs. full arch vs. Invisalign). All staff has been extremely professional and focused on addressing my needs and wishes, rather than pushing for unwanted treatment and telling me what's best for me in a patronizing way, as I experienced elsewhere). The surgery has modern equipment - it has an x-ray machine and an instrument to scan your teeth and make 3D models of them. I definitely feel in good hands and it's a great feeling, after a lot of searching and many appointments with several other dentists! Dr Patel, Paula and the hygienist Beata have all been lovely. Highly recommended!

I have been a client since 2016 and I have always had a very positive experience. Dr Nissit Patel is knowledgeable, approachable and really goes the extra mile to make things work for me. The practice is always up to date with the latest technology, which is why I felt confident having my lingual braces fitted a couple of years back and always do my whitening there. Dr Deborah does my three- monthly dental scale and polish - she is lovely and very careful about my sensitive teeth. Paula is an absolutely delightful practice manager, knows everyone by name and is always in a great mood. I cannot recommend them enough - particularly if you are a nervous patient. If you are planning to get a lot of work done ( whitening, braces, etc) I suggest you sign up for a membership as you get 4 scale and polishes included in the price as well as 20% discounts on the entire price list.

Both dentists are completely trustworthy, caring, gentle, highly trained and knowledgeable. Dr Phillips has done a hygiene treatment for me, and as a hygienist myself I can say she is very thorough and gentle too, and makes you feel very comfortable. On completion, I was provided with tips and advice on how to take care of my teeth along with a retainer that I still use today. I popped in last month for a post treatment check up and my appointment was really useful as Dr Patel advised me on the condition of my teeth and also the progress that has been made since removing the braces. A few observations and notes: - Dr Patel listened to what I was looking to achieve and under what circumstances and managed to work within this to find my perfect smile. Which is very different to finding a Hollywood smile and fitting it to me... - Once straightened my teeth had some kinks from uneven wear and tear, the cosmetic bonding helped get them looking natural again and protect against further wear... this is really an art form and I'm amazed at the results. - I found that the health of my teeth was considered as much as the appearance in the process. I valued this balance and knew I was therefore getting good care and advice. - The Progressive Dentistry team were always very attentive, well prepared, worked quickly and efficiently and in an impeccably clean environment. - The timelines committed at the start were achieved, which is great! Having visited the practice on a number of occasions I was really impressed with the various work that I have had undertaken by Dr Patel. Clearly, he is a very knowledgeable dentist with a vast amount of experience. More importantly to us patients he communicates any procedures well. Like alot of people, went because of the good reviews and didn't regret my decision. I desperately needed my teeth straightened as had severe crowding to lower and upper with no two teeth in line, really bad teeth. I had been putting it off for years due to being an adult and the stigma with braces and also due to the treatment time quoted - almost 2 years! So I visited the practice and got a quote for 8 months with modern insignia braces (regret not opting for these) or 14 months with lingual, opted for lingual braces upper and normal braces lower simply due to a few weddings during treatment. The full treatment time was just over one year and cant describe the difference, for the first time in my life I have good healthy straight teeth and a great smile. Dr Patel was just simply great, very careful and precise at every stage and explaining everything he was doing and why at each visit which helped to put any nerves at ease. He even went the extra mile when he didn't have to due to one tooth not moving correctly on upper arch. He removed the lingual and put on a set of standard brace to fix the root torque and actually used it to refine the whole upper arch to a final result that surpassed both our expectations (my teeth were that bad). Cannot fault this practice one bit, from secretary through to hygienist and assistants, all really friendly, ultra professional in their work and good genuine people. Highly recommend this Progressive Dentistry to anyone, and the reviews along with mine should prove the standards of this practice to anyone.

I attended my morning dental appointment and mentioned I had developed a cold sore or sun sore (three small blisters) Paula mentioned there is a laser treatment available that may help. It was painless, just a warm sensation, the results were not instant, however it did reduce the inflammation on my lip by the afternoon and I can say healing time was reduced by a few days. Normally healing is about 10 days. This outbreak was clear by day 6. I would try this treatment again.

I went to Dr Patel over a year and a half ago when I started my dental treatment. I had very crooked upper and lower teeth which I wanted to get straightened. Dr Patel explained to me the various procedures That could be used to achieve this and the benefits and disadvantages of each procedure. I went with a lingual brace on my upper teeth due to the lack of visibility of the brace. I had this on for around 6moths before having a conventional metal brace on my lower teeth. After just over a year and a half of wearing braces I am extremely happy with the work Dr Patel carried out and I know have a nice set of straight teeth. What to say about Dr. Nis, Jenny, Paula and the team? I've been going to progressive dentistry now for nearly 4 years after not seeing a dentist for over 10. It was a daunting prospect but the team made me feel right at home straight away. I tasked Dr Nis with sorting out my smile and after a quick MOT he got straight into it. My teeth were BAD, really bad so it took quite a bit of work. Being in my thirties I didn't want a brace for all the world to see, not a problem. My brace was fitted to the back of my teeth and even though I tested each bracket to destruction many times over Dr Nis never once complained. After a little over 4-5 months my smile went from looking like a bag of smashed biscuits to perfectly straight and pearly white. Couldn't ask for a better dentist, that's why him and his team win so many awards I guess. Couldn't recommend Progressive dentistry higher. If it weren't for them I'd probably have no teeth left at 40! I've moved 3 times since I started going to the practice and I won't change. Yesterday I had an Implant placed and I'm very pleased with the job dr Patel did. Last night I looked at the gum and there was almost no sign of surgery apart from a few stitches sticking out. Dr Patel used 2 lasers on me. One water laser for cutting the gum and then after the procedure healing laser. The impact of the lasers used during the procedure was absolutely tremendous. I'm not bleeding at all it doesn't hurt at all and heals very fast. I barely feel like I had anything done! :)

All my friends said my teeth were fine but personally I was unhappy with them. Though my teeth sat along the arch, I felt my teeth were jagged and uneven. After one failed commitment to lingual braces I decided to go through with it at Progressive Dentistry, and I am so glad that I did! After a short and very informative consultation with Dr Malde, I knew I would be making the right decision. I hadn't realised how well the lingual brace would straighten my social six in only 8 weeks and was practically painless throughout. I was very conscious that people would judge me for wearing a brace which lead to my decision to get a lingual brace and was completely satisfied it was the right decisions as it couldn't be seen. Finally, Dr Malde recommended cosmetic bonding to improve my newly straightened teeth and to reduce the jagged appearance. This was exactly what I was looking for after it created the smile I've been seeking for over 20 years, I can’t stop smiling in photos. Thank you so much.
