Fantastic clinic with professional, courteous, friendly and punctual staff. I had an emergency referral, appointment within 2 hours, and the clinic called to remind me to bring details of any medication and that I would need to fill a form before my appointment. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment, was personally greeted, filled form and got seen by dentist right on time. Dentist and his assistant also great - listened to me properly, explained things clearly, and took care at every step that I was comfortable. I could not have asked for more - its like getting private dental care at NHS price!

Rushed my 3 year old to the surgery on Sunday night as he went face first into a marble table and had 2 wobbly teeth as a result. My son and I were both quite traumatised from the accident and were not in the best of spirits. Dr Nazli immediately made us feel better. She was calm, patient, kind and very professional. I didn’t even need to say or ask anything as she explained the situation to me, told me the possible outcomes, reassured me that he was going to be fine and gave me a sheet with aftercare instructions. Dr Nazli took an X-ray of my sons teeth and then took pictures of the X-ray using my phone so I could show to my own dentist. She worked fast and with precision, while at the same time making my son and I feel so comfortable and cared for. My own dentist could learn a lot from her about treating child patients. After our experience with Dr Nazli, I have decided to move my son to her practice and have him treated by her in the future. I highly recommend this practice and especially Dr Nazli.

This one was appointed as an emergency by nhs as I had a strong pain on my tooth. I've arrived the clinic yesterday at 6:50pm. Regarding the bad reviews I was really nervous about getting in but I did. The receptionist was really kind and nice, she wanted me to fill in some regular forms. After waiting few minutes they got me into the examination room. The dentist Yelda who treated me was so nice and explained what she's going to do. I agreed and we started. Although the assistant was a bit tough trying to help keep my mouth open, the process overall was really smooth and fast. I had a temporary filling to bring me further to my registered dentist. So I am very happy with the service I've got. This is my experience in this premises so I hope everyone meets nice people in and get their pains away. Thanks

I am not sure where all this bad reviews are coming from. I had to book an emergency appointment due to my teeth being so painful that I could not do the simple things at home, and being pregnant thinking about getting any infections to the baby and also the fact that I should not be taking any painkillers. I was booked an appointment straight by NHS for 20:30, at 19 I received a call from a dentist asking if I will be able to arrive early for 20:00, so I made my way straight there, I arrived at around 19:35 and I was taken straight in for a treatment. The dentist applied anesthetic to get rid of the pain and prepare for what we would chose to do, and I was given 2 options: Cleaning the tooth root and applying the filling or the extraction. As I had so many problems with the tooth previously and I didnt want to go through the pain again and again after couple of months, I made my decision to remove it. The dentist was amazing, very friendly, spoke to me with a calm voice, didnt try to make me uncomfortable at any point. Removal itself was PAINLESS, I felt nothing, anesthetic was applied perfectly around the area and today I woke up with no pain, following the guidance, blood clot has been formed and I am very happy not to go through the horrible pain today again. The whole procedure itself didnt take more then 20 minutes. And I need to mention receptionist as well, lovely woman.

Very happy. I was booked an emergency appointment here through 111 on a Sunday after a severe tooth/jaw ache suddenly came on late on a Saturday evening and I was 7 months pregnant. I was extremely nervous due to the poor reviews (3.0 on google at the time, 55/45 1*/5* reviews). The dentist that saw me was thorough, knowledgable and experienced. His approach to treatment was conservative and measured. The other staff were also friendly and polite. The premises are fairly basic (which also added to my reservations before my appointment) however it was clean and had all the necessary equipment/facilities. Covid measures also in place (temperature on arrival, face masks, sanitiser). Worth also mentioning that I paid for a private emergency appointment at a different dentist the following day (earliest I could get privately but requested at the same time as my 111 call). I could have cancelled this second appointment as I was happy with the appointment result from Puresmile - however, I was intrigued to see if a different dentist would conclude similarly, I was worried about my situation due to my pregnancy and I would have had to pay for it either way as it was an emergency appointment. The dentist used to obtain a second opinion was rated 4.9 on google (through lots of reviews) at the time. At this appointment, I did not share the conclusion of my appointment at Puresmile to ensure an independent assessment was carried out - the conclusion and recommended treatment matched in its entirety. Overall, I would recommend Puresmile and can’t currently understand the poor ratings on google. Note: I was also concerned about the number of google reviews containing tooth extraction procedures - this was not my recommended treatment.

Due to the high number of negative reviews I was quite nervous to go to this Dental clinic however it was booked through NHS 111 so I went with it. I had a bad infection in my right side and took antibiotics for 5 days. I saw someone complaining about not doing anything when she was swollen but that seems normal as antibiotics are needed for the infection to be removed first. I was in excruciating pain after taking the amoxicilin but was made aware it is normal for the first 2 to 3 days for it to kick in. Finally, on the 8th I was booked at Pure Smile.What can I say, my expectations were exceeded. Polis, the dentist that took me in was very kind and friendly.An X-ray was done and it turned out my infection spread and the molar had to be removed, but not before he explained to me the procedure and the possible side effects. After having the local anaesthetic he made sure I did not felt any pain (2 times he checked) and therefore the tooth extraction was absolutely pain free. I was told how to take care of the extraction site and even the assistant and receptionist were very friendly. 6 days have passed after the appointment and the extraction site is fine, I had some dull pain (that I was told of) and surprisingly no swelling at all. Thank you for making my experience so good Polis and the team :)

I was referred to this clinic after my regular dentist found a back molar tricky to extract. I received an appointment very quickly and on arriving, was asked to fill in a registration form. Was called in very soon after and was explained what the procedure was for and what would entail. Whilst waiting for the dentist to prepare her tools, the assistant went through all aspects of aftercare. Despite the molar proving tricky, the dentist removed it within 20 minutes after administering the local anaesthetic. I can not praise the dentist enough for a very professional atritide and her expert techniques.

And I didn't even have to tell them I have a great deal of anxiety going to the dentist because they treated me so well.. I would recommend this place everyone.

After having stains on my teeth due to certain medications, I lost my confidence to smile without having to cover my mouth with my hands when I smiled. I chose to get the whitening treatment at Dr Ali's practice, I must say it was a really good experience. They're very welcoming and the registration procedure is very quick and easy. I was put at ease about all my worries, and I felt really happy with the service I received. Just after the deep cleaning and polishing, I started noticing a huge difference in how my teeth looked. I opted for the at home whitening kit, which I have been doing for the past seven days and I cannot believe the amazing results I have got from using it. It's definitely helped get my confidence back. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for any dental treatments, you will not be disappointed and will really be taken care of.

Did magic on my wisdom tooth extraction! You hear all these stories about the after effects of wisdom teeth extractions but to me it was like losing baby teeth. No discomfort at all (other than a feeling of emptiness!) even though the extraction was not entirely straight forward. Maybe I was just lucky, or maybe it is the more likely scenario of the dentist being highly skilled. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Bought teeth whitening via groupon. Went for two 1 h sessions and there is no difference. It is waste of time and money. Update. Shortly after I put above review I received a call from the owner of Puresmile. He expressed his concern regarding the result and offered additional free treatment while promising satisfactory results. I booked an appointment on Saturday morning and went there thinking he is going to pull my teeth out in revenge - most likely. Nothing like that at all. I was treated with respect and politeness which I kindly returned.I spent there good two hours during which Dr Ali was treating me himself. The result was more than satisfactory. The colour of my teeth went couple of shades up. I had this treatment in other clinics before but I must say Dr Ali achieved the best result so far. On top of that I was pleasantly surprised with a gift of home treatment kit (the mould of my teeth, the hydrogen peroxide paste and instruction) which is normally around £200. Dr Ali presents the level of customer care which is exceptional. Thank you very much. Very happy customer with brilliant white pure smile.

I have purchased 2h laser teeth whitening for £99. I am very glad from the service provided, good location, there is a plenty of parking space around the area (pay & display). Very nice, polite and friendly staff although they quite busy. Everything is professional, clean and very good standard. Dentist was genuine, helpful, explanatory and patient in explaining my doubts and questions. In terms of whitening, after one hour session I have noticed an improvement. I was explained on several occasions that it depends on person’s teeth so the result may vary. Anyway I am glad because there is an improvement and I still have another session which I look forward to see the result of it. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back there for regular check up. Michael

My experience at Dr Ali's dental practice was really good. I found that they were very professional but at the same time they were attentive and caring towards me which I don't find at other dental practices. As I was having an extraction, I was really scared but they made me feel at ease and took really good care of me, which helped me relax during the procedure. My experience at Dr Ali's dentist was brilliant. Although I visit the dentist regulary, I am always anxious and nervous. Dr Ali made me feel very relaxed and comfortable with the treatment I was having. I did not feel any pain as he was very gentle and I would highly recommend him.

İ was in so much pain because of my wisdom tooth i called 111 and they referred me to this dentist i went there they checked my teeth gave me antibiotics i used it for seven days and after they called me saying come for extraction i went there and there was 2 ladys the official doctor name was NEHA she was such a lovely doctor such a caring doctor i was so afraid to get my tooth taken out she talked to me calmed me down and my tooth was taken out less than 10 minutes which i didint even feel no pain she is a lovely doctor and i recommend it for everyone thank you so much

Wonderful Rang i great pain to 111 at 8.00pm was called back at 8.20pm and given pure smile Dental Care. Who called me 5 mins later as i was leaving from kentish town. Was given direction at arrival at Finchley Central tube 2 mins walk. arrived 8.55. Was told told slow down you have time, breath. sit down get your breath, by reception 2 quick forms then seen by a super lady dentist and within 20 mins on my way 80% of pain gone. Really super service would highly recommend. 10 out of 10 Thankyou Sean Fairbrother.

The service is average. I was doing an air-flow teeth cleaning and I was offered a price of 50gbp, which is the same as I paid elsewhere before. However in the middle of the process when I was lying with my mouth open, the doctor said that since my teeth "were too dirty" they will have to charge me 100gbp. What were my options?.. Overall service is ok but be prepared to pay twice the quoted price.

I went to this dentist after phoning 111 for emergency because my mouth was swollen and the side of my face and was in a lot of pain and couldn't open my mouth thay looked at me and said that I needed to go to A&E this was the second dentist that I see because the 1st one didn't want to know this dentist was so helpful and professional and couldn't do enough to help me that wrote me a letter to take to uch hospital a great team who are so helpful and I'm grateful for everything thay done for me I would highly recommend this would be my regular dentist if I didn't live to far away thank so much for everything that you have done if it weren't for you guys I don't would have done keep up the great work a very greatful customer thanks again Lee I'm sure you would remember me because I was very moody
