I cannot rate this practice highly enough.The reception team are very friendly and helpful. I was an extremely nervous patient but after seeing Zoe and Jennifer I can honestly say I no longer dread going to the dentist. These two lovely ladies have always gone out of their way to make me feel safe and relaxed. I have undergone Invisalign treatments, Composite Bonding and have also had a Crown replaced. I'm about to replace all of my fillings and I'm not worried at all. I love my new smile!!

I've been with this practise in its various incarnations for decades and the current one is the best its ever been. I must admit to not being the best of patients, putting off seeing the dentist until some crisis or another becomes impossible to ignore, when that happens I can trust Zoe and her team's patient professionalism to put whatever is wrong with my teeth right. Zoe always does her best to keep me involved and informed of my care (maybe not always the best idea with a nervous patient). I've always found them to be kind, understanding,cheerful and happier to see me than it is for me to see them; however that's because I'm adverse to seeing dentists in general and if I must see a dentist, there is no one else I'd rather see.

I've been going to see Zoe at Pure Smile Ealing for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The team are so friendly and accommodating, the practice is super clean and always welcoming. Nobody really enjoys a visit to the dentist but Zoe always has a smile and a kind word, she is open and honest and clearly explains any procedures. The rest of the team are also on hand for a smile and happy to solve any queries, answer any questions. Highly recommend.

The BEST dental practice around! Such amazing staff, Zoe & Jennifer are just so lovely & kind & the reception staff always make me feel so welcome. Puresmile Ealing is the BEST dental clinic I have ever been to! I usually get quite nervous during any dental procedures (due to bad past experiences at a different dentist) but Zoe and Jennifer make every visit a joyous visit. They always help me relax and they are very careful during procedures to make sure that I am comfortable. Zoe does an amazing job and I always leave a happier person with healthier teeth. Aside from the great job they do, they are also extremely lovely people and it’s a pleasure to see them every time. All in all, they are the absolute best practice I have ever been a patient of. I can’t thank the whole team at Puresmile enough for taking such good care of me for the past years. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone, especially if you are someone who is anxious about dental procedures.

Amazing! I moved to London during the pandemic and was so nervous around going to a new dentist as hadn’t had good experiences in the past. Zoe and her team are honestly so lovely, I needed a tooth excursion which was X-rayed and taken out the day after my initial appointment. Zoe was in regular contact the days after and organised a follow up appointment as I was conscious about the healing. I’ll be moving back up North in the next few months and will be travelling the 5 hours to my next appointment! If you want a reliable, honest and amazing service then I would highly recommend!

Let's say it as it is. I don't like going to the dentist. I get stressed and very tense wherever I go. Pure Smile Ealing has been so good, understanding and patient with me. I do like to listen to my music while at the dentist, and I can do that. I appreciate how the team tells me to breathe, and how they try and make me relax. They are always so happy and laughing, there is a great atmosphere and this makes my trip to the dentist much nicer :). Don't get me wrong, I still wouldn't go if I don't need to but if I have to go to the dentist, I am not even thinking twice. I will go to Puresmile Ealing

The current 'crew' are however the best yet - friendly, efficient and accommodating. The best dental practice I've ever been to (I've been to another one in Northfields, Southall and Ealing). Dr Zoe Fung, Assistant Jennifer and Receptionist Julia are amazing at what they do. I'm really pleased with the great service from the Puresmile staff. They put me at ease and were really supportive through all the work I needed to have done (hygienist, filling, root canal and crown). I can't praise them enough, they are really great. Me, my daughter and husband are all patients at Puresmile Ealing for a couple of years now. We have all had great experiences here. Both the reception staff and the dentists are very friendly and professional. The dentist doesn't push treatment on you if it isn't needed, which I've found can be a problem elsewhere. She also does a thorough check for any potential issues. My 4 yo daughter feel at ease with the dentist and was not intimidated at all during her appointment, which easily can happen with small children. I'd recommend this clinic.

I and my family have been coming to this dentist for over 37 years. It has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. But for me the most important thing is the staff. The staff here are just so friendly , warm and knowledgeable. From Carolina the Receptionist, Sophia the wonderful Dental Nurse, Sonia the Dentist and Barry the Implant Consultant. I recently had an implant done on my front tooth and what an amazing job they did. You really cannot tell which are my real teeth and which is the implant. I would not hesitate to recommend this Dental Surgery. Do it! You won't regret it.

Best dental surgery I have ever used. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful and happy. I have recently changed to them and am delighted I did. Firstly, the receptionist Sofia, was great, fitting me in at short notice when my filling fell out (had this done at another dentist - my fault it fell out - toffee incident). I saw Dr Zoe Fung who was assisted by Nurse Jennifer Efford, they explained everything they were doing and were so welcoming and friendly and good fun, I actually enjoyed going to the dentist for the first time in my life (I'm in my 50s!). The surgery itself is spotless and modern. The whole family are changing to this dentist now. Really happy patient!

Best dentist I've had. I'm a very nervous patient and Dr. Zoe Fung was great at making sure I was okay every step of the way. Really friendly and professional. Dr. Fung is honest and doesn't recommend things just to line her own pocket. I've had no problems creep up following on from procedures. The receptionist and nurses are also super friendly. I've been to Puresmile Ealing on 18/05/2018 for the first time for a check up. I'm extremaly happy with the costumer service. The dentist Zoe Fung was extramely friendly and helpful, doing the check up and advising about my oral health in general. The nurse was very friendly too. The clinic has been refurbished recently and look very beautiful, brigth and clean. As everything was fine I just want to have a hygine to improve the cleaness and the look of my teeth and as they had some avaliabity on that day they did it on the same day saving me time to come back another day. The result was amazing and I'm very satisfied with it. I would hightly recommend it to any family or friend.

Highly recommend and amazing dentist!!! I have found my experience at PURESMILE EALING AND DENTAL IMPLANTS very pleasant and encouraging. Everyone is friendly and welcoming at the practice. I went to the dentist who previously practiced at this address for at least 25 years and was concerned when the practice changed hands. However, I needed have worried. All the staff at Pure Smile Ealing are very caring and professional, so much so, that I entrusted Dr Dhami with 2 dental implants for me. Dr Dhami comes across as very professional and knowledgable and explained everything so well that I knew what was going to happen at every stage. This was helped by Sofia, who was so kind and reassuring that I consider her a friend, even though I only see her at the dentist! My implants have been so successful that I forget they are not my real teeth. I see Dr Soniya for my routine check ups and for any other dental work that needs to be done. She is the best dentist I have ever had. In fact, I moved out of London nearly four years ago but it has never crossed my mind to find a dental practice nearer my new home. If you are looking for a dental practice in Ealing or West London, I whole heartedly recommend Pure Smile Ealing.

I don’t usually write reviews but I am so happy with the service I received today. I Called the practise this morning for an emergency appointment, after having severe pain in the night with an old and troublesome root canal. Got booked in the same day even though I was not registered yet , the receptionist was very helpful and friendly! Arrived for my appointment, and after filling out a couple of forms I was seen pretty much straight away. Really nice and clean and the lady dentist ( didn’t catch her name) was lovely and very calming :) she Got straight to work, gave a very imformative and thorough examination. She found i needed a small filling which she fit super fast, with no discomfort! And offered some great and honest advice on how to proceed with my tricky old root canal. I was in and out within 20 mins with a prescription in hand. Honestly from my experiences before with dentists, I can honestly say this the best and most professional service I have ever had. Thank you all so much :) what a relief and I will look forward, for once, to my next appointment.

Zoe went beyond the call of duty , its a shame its not considered normal , I had a fresh abcess inside my tooth , my dentist wasn't interested until later when they had space and could take my money . But Zoe after confirming my symptoms gave me appropriate prescription and dropped it in the pharmacy ... thank you Zoe .. while we still need to sort the tooth out the pain is subsiding.
