Excellent standard of dentistry, kind sensitive and professional staff, a very good experience all around. My dentist really took the time to explain all the stages of the procedure clearly, and their assistant was so comforting and kind to me when I was nervous about the anaesthesia!

I came here for my first root Canal treatment. The Endodontist explained the procedure and risks thoroughly before continuing. I would have liked a little more instruction/explanation during the procedure e.g how things were progressing and how long it would be until my jaw had a break, especially as it is impossible to ask questions during the procedure. However, I never felt unsafe, the treatment was successful and took less time than expected. Overall I am very grateful. My only minor complaint is that the reception team muddled the bill a couple of times. But they were very sweet, professional and apologetic. Overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend Putney Dental for endodontic treatment.

I am Spanish and i came here to London 8 years ago and i never went to a dentist here but later pregnancy and my baby's birth i broke a little bit of a molar. I checked a few clinics but the give me an appointment in 2 or 3 months later, so Putney Hill Dental gave me an urgent appointment and finally Dr Aaron cleaned my decay and did a filling,so the pain gone and the most important was that i don't have to lose my molar. I went to do a mouth cleaning two weeks later, and it was fantastic!!. A few weeks ago i was with pain, so i was waiting if the pain was gone in a few days but they give my an appointment very quickly, so they saw me today and other doctor checked everything and all is fine, only inflammation gums, so i am really happy because Fernanda (the receptionist)always help me and answer very quickly my emails. I have been a patient of Alice for many years and because she’s a perfectionist in her field I had no doubt where to go to have my teeth aligned. I was really hesitant about Invisalign after reading some bad reviews but she totally brought my confidence back. I’m over halfway through my treatment now, glad I decided to go ahead. So far my experience with Putney Hill Dental has been very positive and I am 100% satisfied with them. The staff were extremely helpful making sure I was comfortable, and had everything I needed. I visited Putney Hill dental last week for Profhilo treatment and Botox with Dr Alice and Reka. I am so happy with the results. It's so amazing to visit a doctor and nurse team that genuinely care! Before commencing with the treatment I was given options, asked what I felt I wanted to achieve and which Dr Alice thought would benefit me. Due to her extensive experience with facial aesthetics there is no-one I would trust more with my treatments. I went to Putney Hill Dental with an infected root canal. Redoing the root canal and removing the infection is a specialised procedure that does not always work, so it was a big relief that Dr Aaron Yusuf successfully eliminated the infection, saving the tooth from extraction. Dr Yusuf showed excellent understanding of a heart valve condition that I have, and minimised the risk of infection. He was generous with his time and clear in explaining every step of the process. The receptionists at the practice were very nice and punctilious in passing on information to the dentists.

It was very inconvenient to have to wait for so long. When informed they were running late I asked if they could give any indication as to approximately how long which they were unable to do. I’ve been coming to Putney Hill Dental Practice for around four years after they were recommended by another dentist for an emergency appointment. I haven’t gone anywhere else since as they are an absolute find. I’ve since moved out of the area and travel around an hour for my appointments as no other dentist competes. I messed up my appointment today as I had accidentally come in a day early and the team handled it with the usual friendly, breezy manner and managed to squeeze me in, saving me a train journey the next day. I’d describe the nature of the practice as calm, friendly and professional. It’s clear that everyone is highly skilled and enjoys being there. Collie and Barbara both have a very kind, gentle and patient nature and put you at ease - I’d happily recommend them, especially if a trip to the dentists might make you a little nervous. From the friendly and efficient reception staff to the Dentists and the Dental Nurses and most importantly the services provided. I felt comfortble and relaxed at all times. My final treatment was to involve a root canal. I wasn't too excited about the idea or cost but on the day the dentist took the time to discuss the problem with the tooth and suggested that it might be possible to avoid the procedure once he had investigated further. He decided that a large filling would be adequate and in the process saved me the big expense of the root canal. Having tried other dentists in Putney, I can safely say they the best in my experience.

My wife and I moved into Putney nearly 10 years go and needed a new dentist, as we had never really been happy with our last one. At Putney Hill Dental Practice, we found Collie and team and never looked back. Everyone's been great. Collie's a brilliant dentist with a warm and friendly manner. I credit Putney Hill Dental's hygienist Barbara as having affected a massively positive impact in the health of my teeth and gums, always giving honest and useful advice with what what more or differently I can be doing to improve my dental hygiene. The front desk staff over the years have been equally welcoming and charming. If we move from Putney in future, I'll likely do what I can to keep coming back here for as long as possible.

Went to the practice to do my root canal and crown, given a price and told me I can get 10% discount if I choose to do both at the practice. Agreed to do both at the practise. Did my root canal right away, told I can come back to do the crown later as I explained I was busy at the time. Purchased house, finished degree, found my kid a school during the year. Came back to finish the crown only to find out the price has increased 160+, as they claimed it costs more now that they modernised the practise. The website did look fancier. Not willing to honour what was agreed, although did agree to the old price just without the discount. At first they claimed I did my root canal elsewhere but later found out I did my root canal at their practise, shows poor management. It's just unacceptable to me they did not honour what was offered and agreed. Hence the one star. Dentists and doctors should not be money first and should honour what was agreed upon. How disappointed! Update: Dr Collie contacted me and agreed to honour the agreement, he explained the practise has been sold and he currently only works as dentist and hence the misunderstanding, appreciate the effort made by him, as such, I have decided to raise the ratings.

Dr Asif Hamid at Putney Hill Dental Practice is an amazing dentist. I was referred to by my local dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction by a specialist which was giving me a lot of pain for many months where the wisdom tooth had been growing in a horizontal manner and I was only able to eat on one side of my mouth which became sore from constant chewing on. Only to find out by visiting Dr Asif that the same was occurring on the other side and putting pressure, crushing the neighboring teeth. Since then I have had: 4 extractions Multiple Fillings that where necessary to prevent further corrosion or damage in the future 2 implants And 6 veneers on my upper front teeth All my procedures where done seemingly effortlessly and pain free as well as the recovery being so easily manageable and quick to heal due to his evident high level of experience and expertise. I was surprised and felt both comfortable and encouraged to go back for more work on my teeth, which I desperately needed and was reluctant do in the past as a result of your typical dental experiences. I experienced next to no swelling and was able to eat by the evening or at most, the following morning. But what I am most proud of are my veneers. My teeth where not shaven down and he was reluctant to mutilate my teeth but rather preserve them. Every tooth was given its own characteristic and look completely real. They look like a perfectly healthy Hollywood set of teeth that belong to me rather your typical plain white ones you see everywhere these days. My well being and longevity was always put first when any procedure options where presented to me which I personally found astounding and I honestly feel I could never be comfortable going elsewhere in the future. I have recommended him to all my friends and family and most of the time people frequently stop me and ask who worked on my teeth and request his contact details. And I myself will be going back to have more work done on my bottom set teeth just to match!
