Everyone I have met at the practise since I joined last year has been friendly, helpful and efficient, from reception, through dental assistants to the dentists themselves. Treatment options have been explained clearly and I am happy with the work that has been done.

A great practice. I am an anxious visitor. The staff from telephone booking through to reception and dentistry team have been informative, friendly and patient. I wasn't a regular visitor to a dentist but the initial check up was organised and fast. A caring team overall and you didn't feel rushed.

Always excellent dental service, friendly staff. Only issue is, due to them BEING that good, booking appointments can be a pain as they're often booked for months. Other than that, a very good dental practice where I feel my teeth are genuinely cared for.

The team at Rushey Green Dental Practice were amazing! I contacted them via email to register and let them know I was in pain, no less than 24 hours later I had an appointment booked and was being seen by one of their dentists. I had a tooth extracted the following day, which was so quick and the dentist truly was a ‘Smooth Operator’. The whole team were so friendly and helpful, the process was quick and efficient and it was super affordable. My Dentist Farhood was absolutely amazing, he was so calming and helped me greatly! 100% would reccomend!

My wife had uncontrollable pain in her teeth and I aksed for this Dentist to register her and amazingly it was so quick. We met at the clinic with well qualified Dentist whose name was Marian if I'm not mistaken. Certainly, she new what she was doing and at the same time she was very respectful. She was very focused on her job and tried all the time to make you happy. I'm going to register myself at the Dentist because of her.

Superb. Came to these guys after experiencing bad service at a dentist just up the road from these guys. They were helpful and courteous on the phone and fitted me in next day. After a couple of subsequent visits for crown work, the issue is now sorted and it was PAIN FREE. The dentist is a joy to be around and I've now got no anxiety for going back in 6 months. I had an extraction days ago , the dentist made me at ease . I was afraid thinking about having a tooth extracted but then , it was more easy and unpainful than I thought . Dentist Farhood is very nice ! I recommend this practice, the receptionists are smiley and kind . They measure my temperature before to come in the waiting area and every patient has the mask when they wait for their appointments. I liked the way they try to control Coronavirus. 5 stars

Very friendly reception staff and highly trained and professional dentists. They aim to keep appointments as close to their scheduled times as to not hold up later patients so appts will probably be rearranged if patients are running very late which is fair enough. Would recommend.

My recent experience was great ! Receptionist is on point. My dentist helped me to bring my pram upstairs to keep my baby comfortable. Then my examination was very well explained to me and my dentist "Farhud" from Iran show me a huge sense of care towards my pain and my condition. 5 Stars

I am finding this review difficult to write as the staff are lovely - both at the reception and the dentists and dental nurses. It's not too difficult to book appointments, including around work; and a speedy service is provided. However, I had some issues this year. I attended the practice, in March this year. I saw a dentist and a loose tooth was x-rayed. I booked a check-up for September this year. In the day before the check-up, I noticed I had not received the usual reminders and I called up to find that there was no check-up booked and there was no record of me attending in March. I was able to show by referring to my emails that I certainly had attended in March and it transpired that my appointment had been booked under another patient, with the same first name and date of birth. Somehow the check up for that appointment had been cancelled (presumably by the other Stephanie when the reminder was sent). I rebooked my check-up. However, when I attended, the file had still (and assume has still) not be updated to the extent that the dentist I saw was looking at an x-ray taken in 2015 or 2016. It bothers me that my x-ray of March this year and indeed any notes from that appointment are missing or still on someone else's file. The dentist I saw did not suggest doing another x-ray which, in hindsight, might have been more appropriate than using historic x-rays, especially when I informed him that the tooth was looser than now than it was in March this year. Anyway, as I say, usually, I receive an excellent service, and I am booked in to see a specialist about my tooth in October so I hope everything will be smooth running from here.

This Dental Practice is excellent. Friendly receptionists and the dentist Mr Armin Farkhòoy is the best dentist I have ever had. My teeth are now rather ancient but have received wonderful treatment here.

Girls at the reception are really helpful and always with a smile and professional, Mr Gardiner is an absolute professional providing an excellent and personalised service so as creating a pleasent atmosphere in the consulting room. So I have been with this Dental Practice for a few years now. Then my regular dentist left AW. However he was replace by Dr N Gardiner, now you have to understand that I am not your regular patient I am seriously nervous and this was the first practice I have attended to have work done without being put to sleep. So when I heard the word root canal I almost fainted. However Dr N Gardiner was very honest he said some people return after 5 year when they hear about a root canal so I should think about, I came back the following week. I had heard so many horror stories about root canal treatment but I did it and I'm much better for it. My tooth is saved no crown needed. My advice to all get your teeth repaired sooner rather than later. I love the team at Rushey green my children enjoy it to. Long live the Rushey Green Dental Practise.

I have been going to this dental practice for over a year now,and I have to say from day one they have been very helpful and reassuring.Nathan the young dentist who I see,is very impressive in his attitude and dental work.I have a serious lung disease and he has been totally accommodating with taking on board my disability when giving me treatment.Down to using the downstairs room which isn't his normal spot to save me from having to climb the stairs which I find very difficult.His work is excellent and he has a very warm and welcoming nature The receptionist and assistants are very friendly,helpful and dare I say look very nice 😊
