What a great practice! I transferred to Smile Solutions from another practice and immediately saw a major difference. Dr Erika Spyer was fantastic. They have a great facility, are super professional and I feel in very good hands.

Cristina and the rest of the staff at Smile solutions have absolutely transformed my smile and my teeth! It looks amazing and I am so happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend to anyone, the staff and Cristina are so nice and talented! I had whitening treatment, gingivectomy to level the gingival level of my teeth and then had my veneers placed which I am so proud of. Every procedure being explained in detail with example pictures shown before any treatment. This was another level of dentistry experience.

5 star from start to finish. I had terrible teeth for years just did not think there was any solutions for me. I was recommended to them by friend of my niece whose family were treated here. I was given options and shown possibilities with in all budgets. The treatment was not cheap but it’s the best money I have ever spent in my mouth. Their operations manager Beeta was superb at seeing me through my journey, my dentist Dr Cristina Caldaradu was beyond superb and just such an utter perfectionist. Absolutely brilliant team and work Decided to go to smilesolutions when looking for a local dental practice whilst working from home in June 2020 and seeing all the good reviews online. I knew that my teeth were in a bad shape (lots of cavities/sensitivity) despite going regularly to the dentist but neither the NHS nor private dentists ever suggested my teeth could be fixed (with onlays/overlays). They gave me a course of treatment and I visited the practice every week or two weeks over the course of three months to get my teeth fixed. As far as I am concerned they saved my teeth. Beeta, Cristina and Elena have been faultless. And they make themselves available - even at late hours - if you have any queries. Highly recommended.

Very good service, but the price is way too high, especially they don’t declare it clearly at the beginning. For the same filling on same teeth, they want to charge me 350£, while the other private one which only 5 mins walk alway just charged me 195£. Very happy with my new filling now. And the other one have better Covid process, such as wearing N95 face mask and face protector.

Post Covid dream service !! Super dentists, super staff. Having looked for a dentist to treat my elderly mother who is high risk and done extensive online search and spoken to friends, seemed like the fingers were all pointing towards Englands Lane. My mother was treated early morning, super post Covid protocols in place, felt utterly safe and taken care of. Not cheap but then again depends on what you are after. The work carried out was on another level. We have now transferred all our family's care over to here. If that doesn't speak volumes then I don't know what does. Smile Solutions absolutely fantastic. Friendly, helpful, super professional and, I can't stress that enough, fast and on time. I have been at great dentists but often spend some 20/30min in waiting room, and then once in the chair, often had to wait for 15min at a time, mouth wide open, while they tended to other patients. Beeta is very thorough, gives you a clear idea of what needs to be done (fillings etc) what could be done (correction etc) and what might be nice (whitening etc) with a clear breakdown of costs, time required etc. And they are extremely accomodating to busy work schedules!

I had a major problem with one of my molars and while i was pregnant it become infected and had to be extracted. Being pregnant, every consideration was taken, from the antibiotics i had to take before the extraction to the anaesthetic they could give me. How can I not review this business. I'm from the states here on holiday and my tooth fractured over lunch. I called up a few practices locally non accommodating apart from Smile Solutions. I was told to come in and I was promised to be seen on a sit and wait basis. First plus here, everywhere else was either closed or wanted nothing to do with me as I was a tourist. Whilst waiting for over an hour the receptionist Farinaz kept me entertained and we chatted away about our travels, second plus , so the wait time seemed negligible. Then I met Dr Haddadi who was just the best, explained all my options and we decided on a temporary filling strong enough. to get me back home to the states as my tooth had fractured down the centre below my gum and was not salvagable. She also spent an invaluable time drawing out, showing me photographs and X-rays and discussing all my treatment options. I leave with so much knowledge about my tooth. Though I don't reside in the U.K. I am so grateful for all the help and advice given.

Dear Beeta, It was lovely meeting you today...you were heaven sent! Having seen a dentist in Cape Town a week ago, another in the Uk yesterday, both told us that Mika would have to undergo anesthetic sedation in hosipital. Both dentists told us that the decay in the front 4 teeth would mean an extraction of two teeth and possible saving of two. They made the whole experience so incredibly painful for us as parents. A 3 year old having to be anesthetized is heartbreaking for a parent. Well, I have never seen a cooler calmer "Child Whisperer" dentist before, in under twenty minutes, without sedation, without even a numbing solution, you had removed all the decay and filled that little tooth to perfection, without even a peep from Mika.
