First of all apologies for the late review I actually created a google account just to write this review! To everyone reading this honestly this dental practice is by far the best and most friendly yet proffessional of them all. Ines did a fantastic job on my orthodontic treatment and I am super pleased with the results. Honest, hardworking, super friendly staff, and especially a thank you to the best receptionist ever Adrianna she is truly amazing and always made me feel very welcome! She has a beautiful personality and deserves a special mention. In fact all of the staff are lovely and just committed to helping you. I had two wisdom teeth extracted at Sonria about 2 months ago and I was very happy with their service. The specialist who performed the extraction was a warm and friendly person, who patiently explained the pros and cons to me and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was fairly quick and didn't hurt much. I was in a lot of pain from the next day due to sinus pain and headaches, and the staff at the clinic offered follow up appointments included in the initial price to put my mind to rest and check if all was ok, which fortunately it was. I have been treated at Sonria since 7 years ago and they are very professional and empathetic people, I would strongly recommend them.

The services that I received from Dr. Giovany Restrepo and Dr. Ciro Gilvetti were excellent. Not only have they taken great care of my health, but also they are lovely to speak with at every appointment. Both took the time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. Really great service and care shown by all the staff! Went there with a groupon voucher and I thought they will only do a superficial job, but they were very professional! Valeria- at Reception- had the time and patience to go over different options with me and the dentist: Mariana was very welcoming and it looked like she cared about what I wanted to do. The venue is absolutely fabulous and you can relax, it does not look like the usual dentist saloons where you get that sensation of 'something happening'. I had no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others at work too. Will definitely come back!

You simply cannot fault Sonria Dental. I have had some poor dental work done in the past with other practices in which they cram more patients than they can manage giving a really bad experience. I therefore did my research before going ahead with the treatment and can honestly say it lives up to it. I went for clear braces and was provided with great work and aftercare. I was educated in how to look after my teeth and maintain it. Even my friends have recognised what a difference and now feel I can naturally smile. They were patient and communication was on point. The overall experience was much better than previous clinics. They took their time to make sure I was comfortable and they didn't rush my treatment. The practice manager, Adriana, was super friendly and helpful.. a really lovely lady and a pleasure to deal with. Nice location and spacious bright room with natural light too, not a tiny claustrophobic basement room like I have seen so many times in the Harley Street area. I have just finished my treatment of Six Month Smiles with the amazing Dr Ines Fruhbeck. I couldn't be any happier with the results especially as at the beginning of the last few appointments she asked me if there was anything that i noticed or would like to change before the braces came off which allowed me to tailor my teeth to the way i wanted them. Every step was explained to me before and as it was happening. Also, my teeth a very sensitive to some of the tools used by dentists so Dr Ines was very understanding and used another method which was much more comfortable for me even though it was harder for her and slowed her down a bit. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The team were all helpful and always smiling. Even managed to brush up on a little Spanish whilst i was there. Absolutely a brilliant dental experience, I must say! I don't normally give reviews but this had to be said. My dentist Ortho was Adriana. She's absolutely brilliant and has taken such good care of me throughout the process of my dental procedure. I visited this dentist today in London to see Dimitri, I travelled from Chichester to see him. I worked with him for 3 years and he is the most amazing, clever guy. I've been going to Sonria for work on my Six Month Smile™ this year which has meant regular visits to the clinic and I've been really happy with how helpful and friendly the staff are.I was particularly impressed when my dentist told me that she wouldn't be prepared to give me veneers (even though it would have meant me spending a lot more money) because it would require her to damage the tooth before building it up again and she wasn't prepared to do that as my teeth are healthy and look nice and natural already. They're very professional and clearly lead by professional ethics rather than being money hungry. I thoroughly recommend them.

My dentist was Leyla and she was so kind - the hi-tech cameras allow you to see everything going on, it was really great to understand what is being done rather then being scared. I was not charged any extra for the amount of treatment I received and Maria and the rest of the staff have been absolutely fantastic along the way. Wow! I visited this excellent dental clinic this morning for an air polish, consultation and hygiene session. I bought this treatment through Groupon for a great price. It was the first time I'd used Groupon so I was a bit sceptical on what level of treatment I would receive considering how reasonably priced the deal was. I needn't have worried. As soon as I arrived at Sonria Dental Clinic I was greeted with a very warm welcome, given a short health questionnaire to fill out and was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The treatment was carried out by two lovely and extremely friendly ladies who made me very comfortable. I had the most thorough scale and polish I've ever received in my life. Some dental hygienists I've visited in the past spend half an hour talking about the importance of flossing and general dental hygiene and only about 10 minutes actually cleaning which is usually a rush job and never a complete clean. When you're paying for a 30 minute appointment you expect a full clean in that time frame, I've been left disappointed on several occasions in the past and once was even told to make another appointment to finish the job! Not so here, every tooth was expertly and carefully cleaned and during the treatment I was given the correct information and advice for my teeth. After the scale and polish I had the air polish treatment. This was the first time I'd had this and it was great! Completely painless and my teeth now look and feel lovely. I was then given some more advice which was ideally tailored to me and the way my teeth are set. I was shown the work in a mirror something that previous dentists have avoided. Overall I'm extremely impressed with the level of service I received today, I'd not had my teeth professionally cleaned for about a year so was due a clean and I'm happy I made the visit to Sonria. I'm seriously considering changing my dentist now, not that he's particularly bad but he does like to suggest and push expensive treatments on me that aren't really necessary. Sonria Dental is an honest, no nonsense practice whose priorities are the patient's dental health and not unnecessary treatments. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Could not recommend this clinic enough. It was recommended by my NHS dentist for adult braces, and I don't think anyone else could manage to make such an unavoidably unpleasant treatment actually SO pleasant. Every single member of staff is extremely professional, polite, friendly, welcoming, and helpful wherever they can be. I looked forward to my monthly brace tightening appointments (how is that even possible?). You really get the personal treatment. I also had a very tricky impacted wisdom tooth out, which (unsurprisingly) resulted in dry socket - I was able to call for advice at any time, and the surgeon even called me back hours later and the following day to see how I was doing. He then came in to the clinic on his afternoon off just to see me and help. Above and beyond service from every member of staff. Thanks team!! I love my perfect teeth but I'm sad I don't get to come each month.

After deciding to go ahead with the six-month smile I was booked in for the fitting within the month. 5 months on I completed the six-month smile on my upper arch (which required 4 subsequent tightenings after my first fitting). Ines did the procedure and she was amazing. Treated me like a friend at appointments and kept me informed about what was happening. Also showed me before and after pictures of my teeth and my front 6 teeth are finally aligned! Tip: Be sure whether you want to fix one arch or two before paying for treatment. I decided on the top arch only but once the brace was on it was hardly noticeable. Hence I thought I could go ahead and do the bottom arch also - However, it meant I lost out on the price it would have been if I had decided to pay for both arches in one payment from the beginning (I wasn't allowed to pay the difference so I decided not to go ahead as the cost would have doubled).
