Anca is amazing the best I have ever had, makes you feel looked after and she understood I was scared so she took the time to calm me down before proceeding, loved it. Just a bit confused on the pricing as I have been an nhs patient before and prices were different elsewhere, I presume they increased during the pandemic. But other than that perfect service highly recommended.

Best Dentist I ever had in my life. Karen and her team are super caring, super friendly and are using the latest equipment. I always were a bit hesitant in the past to go to the dentist, but this practice took away all my reservations and doubts . Two front teeth knocked out and chipped in a bicycling accident… after two years of helping dental students at the Royal London and the Eastman I was still not fixed. I noted that a colleague at work had their tooth fixed well and promptly here and recommended it. I signed up and seen by Chris who highly professional and friendly throughout. A bad tooth root was extracted quickly and painlessly and other remedial work done highly effectively resulting soon after in a full and clear smile. Highly recommended.

I recently had a check up with dentist Dr Chris who was very helpful and efficient. The classical music playing in the background helped to soothe my nerves! The receptionist staff were very helpful, especially Sue who was polite, kind and helped me get a much needed appointment. She provided excellent customer service. Having been seeing the same dentist for over 10 years, I decided it was time for a change and ended up trying the clinic. I was given Sarah for my first appointment and from the minute I walked in I found her to be very welcoming, warm, and informative unlike my previous dentist. I have been back to see her a number of times this year, needing an extraction, crown and some fillings and every time she has taken her time, explained her intentions and produced, what feels like to me, very good work. A great dentist who i couldn't recommend enough.

I couldn’t recommend more; the staff are great, in particular Sarah Bundhoo and her lovely assistant. I went for a filling today which I’ve been dreading as it’s been getting worse throughout lockdown and I’m usually terrified of going to the dentist in general but with Sarah I genuinely felt cared for. Both the new (to me, anyway) hygienist and the dentist provided excellent service this morning. Dr. Sarah Bundhoo was deputising for (maternity cover) my usual dentist. Dr. Bundhoo has a lovely, efficient and caring manner. She was very positive about my teeth, did the usual checks, took some X-rays, and offered some comprehensive insights into the state of my dental health. You simply could not ask for more! But I did. Dr. Bundhoo took time out to fill in some forms that I needed for my my bank. Given her busy schedule, this was an act of kindness and thoughtfulness. Further proof of the care this dentist takes. Given the Coronavirus maximum lockdown, the clinic and all its staff took great care to ensure that maximum safety practices were in place. I felt well looked after and my teeth are now sparkling.

I was really scared going into the dentist today to have an extraction. My dentist Sarah Bundhoo and her colleague made me feel calmer and relaxed. I haven’t been to see a hygienist before and Maleeha greeted me with the warmest welcome. Maleeha made me laugh and smile throughout my appointment. I hadn’t had the best day and she honestly turned it around with the care and full attention she gave me, even though I was her last appointment of the day. I know every time I go I will be on good hands, the best ones actually from my experience so far in London. Most recently, the winning pair for me has been Dr. Anca T and her colleague, Jesus, whom I trusted entirely and have not been disappointed. I also appreciate the quality of the client service from the reception team, their flexibility, the booking system and the reminders they send before any appointment. Made an appointment for a check up. Asked for their last appointment to make it easier for me to get to after work. Dentist was thorough and answered my questions regarding teeth whitening and retainers. Even though the check up was quick, I felt like he made sure I was comfortable with the procedure and advised what I could be doing better to maintain the health of my teeth. He suggested I switch to an electric toothbrush for better cleaning, and gave me the names of various electric toothbrush brands. No complaints about the service, location, and the staff.

Sadly, I've not been looking after my teeth. Thankfully, Karen at Stoke Newington Dental Clinic has. Today I went for a root canal. Rank, right? I was not looking forward to it one tiny bit. Karen got to work. After some initial set up she made such light work of the procedure that - and I kid you not - I was actually beginning to nod off. Zero pain. I was quite enjoying having a little lie down in the middle of the afternoon. The only thing that kept me awake was being asked occasionally to open a little wider please. Since she started treating me, Karen has filled me with confidence that I'm dealing with somebody capable, who takes pride in her work, and gives it to you straight. Her dental nurse is gracious and bright and between the two of them I feel well looked after. I commend them both to anyone interested to know.

Amazing dentist Karen has cared for both my children for years and they are never scared to go to any appointments. My youngest daughter has a condition caused by penicillin given when she was under 6months old, which has caused staining to many of her teeth. The big concern was it was very apparent on her two front teeth. Karen has respectfully treated my daughter throughout this and ensured that the teeth remain healthy. However the staining cannot be removed by whitening until she is much older. So just before my daughter's birthday in April she placed a covering on the front teeth. My daughter has never smiled so much. I knew she was conscious of them but she rarely mentioned the horrible things her peers said to her. Well thanks to Karen they can't say it anymore. She was so good and didn't get too upset during the procedure. Karen and the dental assistant were amazing throughout. I cannot recommend this surgery enough. Thanks once again for giving my daughter her smile back 😁

I’ve just been for a check up here and the service couldn’t have been better. I saw Anka and she was professional, but very friendly and really put me at ease, which is very important as nobody likes going to the dentist! Check-up included inspection, x-ray, a basic clean and some useful advice. 9 years ago, I had a bad experience at this clinic so I didn’t want to go back. However, my partner recently raved about it, so I (anxiously) tried them again and I’m really pleased. They’ve clearly vastly improved or got new staff over the years. I’d definitely recommend:)

Pain free after visiting this Dentist! I was in pain over the weekend and I left a message on their answer phone I wasn't sure anyone will get back at me, the receptionist called me back on Monday morning and offered me an appointment that day. The dentist explained why I am in pain, took xrays and included me in making the decision over which treatment is being carried out. When I came out of the surgery at reception I thank them for being so prompt. I will definitely recommend them.

I always get through fine and find the service friendly and efficient both in the office and in the surgery. I really like my dentist. True the building is a bit on the shabby side but I don't care about too much as long as my teeth are healthy. The dentist's actual room is always clean and the technology seems up to date.

Had an extraction today after a lockdown lost filling got completely out of hand. Really happy with how it went - would normally have been referred as it was a potentially complex job but with that route closed by Covid the team tackled it locally and did a brilliant job. I felt well informed and confident throughout, from support and drugs and discussion of options during lockdown to today's triumphant 'it's a boy!'. The clinic looks and feels great too after a refurb.

I have been going to this place for 2 years - I think they really need to improve the machinery, the clinic and make everything more modern. The place is really shabby but the dentists are ok. I had 3-4 fillings done, and I had to redo two of them within 1 year. I found the place overpriced for the quality and it takes really long to get an appointment with a good dentist.

I have been with this practice for roughly twenty years, my old dentist was Bernie and he was the best, when he left I was really sad as he was really amazing and had been my family dentist since forever, for a few years I had varying experiences and was so deterred I was about to register somewhere else as I didn't feel it was how It used to be however, at the very end of last year I was lucky enough to have an appointment booked with Sarah Bundhou and was really happy with the treatment she provided along with her assistant nurse, they were both so lovely and I felt they went above and beyond to provide an amazing service for me and my daughter.

If only they would bring themselves into the 21st century. The reception staff are friendly but, given two mix-ups in the five years I've been coming here, I can't help but wish they did email or text confirmations. The reception team on the other hand are soooo rude, they never answer the phone and when you walk into the practice they never crack a smile, they seem pretty depressed and stressed which gives out bad vibes. They really need to work on this. Apart from that… great service from the dentist as per !!!!
