The Dentist@Chiswick is a friendly and professional practice. I always ask to see Ralph as I'm a bit nervous about going to the dentist. He puts me at my ease and explains everything clearly. He makes you feel like an old friend.

Excellent as always. I had not been to the hygienist for 2 years and was expecting that some of the catch up could be uncomfortable. However Newsha was very careful and managed to get all the plaque off with no discomfort. She was also extremely thorough and pointed out a spot I had been missing in my brushing right at the back of my mouth. Covid measures seem thorough but not obtrusive.

I very nervous when I first arrived at the dentist due to a traumatic experience 7 yrs ago with another dentist where I lived . I decided to travel to London to see Ralph as many years ago Ralph was my dentist but he moved away to London. The work he performed on my teeth was faultless and still there today . I need not have been worried , as the moment I walked in , Ralph put me at ease. He spent much time explaining everything to me thoroughly and looking at my tooth in depth . There is no question that I would return and travel back to this dental practice .I trusted Ralph with my teeth many years ago before he moved and still completely trust his genuine advice and work. My daughter lives in London and I have also sent her to Ralph . She is so pleased with the work that she cannot tell which tooth is the crown !

Always very good. Ive been a patient here for years. Ralph and his team are very fair about prices and whether you need a filling/repair or not. The work from ten years ago, perhaps more, has stood the test of time and crusty bread, chewy things like dried mango and figs. The hygienist is excellent.

I'm phobic of the dentist and hadn't been for 12 years so was definitely a more tricky customer. I had to have a root canal and crown but Roni talked me through the whole process and gave me time for my nerves to settle when it looked like I might do a runner. The treatment was fast, efficient and sympathetic. He's an excellent dentist and if you're at all nervous, you won't get better than him - thanks Roni!

Great place to go. BUT there is one problem: They are so nice and professional that you don't want to leave. Perhaps this is a small problem which can be easily overcome?! Ralph and his team will never recommend a course of treatment without first going through all the options. If you want to boost your smile, in more ways than one, this is the place to go. What a super friendly local Dentist - even during Covid, they have a good system to see patients safely and ensure we keep up a good tooth regime. I liked that they also took the time to show me the state of my teeth and what I should be doing to prevent future problems - and they also didn't try to sell me lots of unnecessary treatments - I felt the balance was perfect. Its also useful that they also have some non-work hours so that its easy to go even if you have a busy work schedule. Bug thumbs up

Today was my first visit The Dentist @ Chiswick practice and it was absolutely fantastic! That means a lot coming from me as I always dread dentist visits. Ronny did my preliminary examination with x-rays and he was really great. He did not rush through the appointment at all. He asked about my dental history, addressed all my questions and concerns and talked me through potential treatment plans. My hygiene appointment was with Newsha and she was equally as lovely. She took her time with the cleaning, explained daily maintenance and cleaning recommendations/products. Bruna, the receptionist was also very helpful, explaining the fee breakdowns and tracking down my dental records from previous practice. Really, really happy and glad this is my new dental practice going forward. FIVE STARS OR MORE :)

Big shout out and thanks to Dr Imogen and Dr Ralph at The Dentist @ Chiswick (and of course the friendly nursing and support staff). For context I have had a lot of dental work done over the years in different countries; and it's not often that I've wanted to write about it! But my experience with this practice has been fab. I consulted Dr Imogen for a second opinion on my periodontal health: she conducted a smart, efficient assessment clarifying what needed to be done while spotting a couple of other things that had been missed. And when I had a dental emergency which meant that I had to cancel a flight as I was boarding both Dr Imogen and Dr Ralph gave me super speedy advice and support out of hours; which was hugely appreciated. I am (bizarre as it sounds!) looking forward to going for some dental work at this practice when I return from my holiday. If you are reading this you are probably feeling a bit worried about where to go for your next dental appointment. Don't be. You will be safe and in good hands here!

My first visit to my local dentist, on recommendation of a long standing patient of the practice. Very welcoming, and my initial check up was thorough. Had never seen my teeth on camera before! The dentist explained everything and I learnt more about the care of my teeth than I had done over past 25 years with my previous dentist. I have a MAJOR fear of the dentist after a really bad experience some years ago. I had a bad abscess that required emergency attention so, I had to stand up to my fear and go to the dentist. When I orginally called they saw me that day, I explained to the receptionist about my fear and she was really lovely and understanding. When I entered the dentist the receopotionist said my name straight away and started putting me to rest. Imoygen is absolutley AMAZING!! Through fear of getting in the chair she was fantastic from start to finish, talking me through everything really calmly. I have since been back and started treatment for a root canal (which trust me I was shaking) again, Imogyen and her dental nurse were fantastic and even wiped away my tears. I would highly recommend this practise, asa they are so welcomung, understanding and more importantly lovely and professtional.
