Always warm and welcoming. Janice helped me when my daughter had an infection. She went out of her way to get my daughter seen by a dentist. Unfortunately, after a lot of running around a several phone calls she was able to get a prescription sent to the local pharmacy. The dentist we see us always attentive and remembers us. It feels very caring and personal. I recommend this dental practice to all my friends and family.

Greated by a black established professional receptionist covering 2 roles on the day. Used my name and reasured me I would be seen on time. She maintained her composure thus was warm and welcoming.She also made sure that all paperwork was up to date. The dentist whom I usually see was on time. Asked me what my concerns were and explained aspects of oral care. He is efficent and gentle.Takes the fear away from going to the dentist. I have been attending this practice for several years and have no concerns and would recommend this practice to family and friends.

Have been going for over 10 years and have never had the experience of dealing with a rude receptionist, nor had hassle over paying. Have only ever been treated nicely,fairly and welcomed. Receptionists are always very informative,helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist that has been there the longest(as far as I'm aware),who is very efficient at her job! Dentists are also lovely and make me feel very secure,as I have slight anxiety with dentists,but my dentist is very reassuring.

This practice has always maintained a high level of hygiene and cleansiness. What made my trip to the dentist a good one was having workers like Vanice, the receptionist and Dr Diana Nasser fulfilling a good service. The receptionist was friendly but very professional. Dr Nasser was patient and gentle whilst doing my filling and completed the work to a good standard.

I really recommend this dentists. I used to be a complete baby about going to the dentist, but I forced myself to go, and once I started attending this practice everything got a lot better! Basically, one of the dentists was so lovely, she cured me of my cry-baby tendencies [really embarrassing!] and I no longer sobbed and wailed each time she did work on me. Sadly, she has now left, but I have the loveliest new dentist, Dr Marin. She is gentle and kind and I really recommend her. I also attend the dental hygienist, who I also think is really good.

I have been unable to get an appointment at my own dentist for an infected molar during lockdown and as I still couldn’t get an appointment a friend recommended I tried your Dental Clinic. The receptionist was so kind and helpful and managed to get me an appointment with Dr Christopher Tremain. Dr Tremain was amazing and able to sort out my tooth. I woke up for the first time in nearly 5 months without toothache! Thank you

I read the reviews about the rude/difficult receptionists that almost put me off, but my experience couldn't have been more different. I called and the receptionist was incredibly helpful. The practice is currently unable to take on new patients so she took the time to give me the numbers of a few other places that might be. Great service.

I have recently joined as a patient. My filling has fallen out after only a few months - this has never happened to me before. The dentist and her assistant are pleasant however the staff at reception are curt, unhelpful and borderline rude. I am continually shocked to be spoken to in such a patronising way. I went back to have the filling replaced with absolutely no hassles - thanks again the the wonderful Dentist.

I have just read the review regarding the old lady receptionist, I am not aware of who they could be referring to but I have always been treated with respect when visiting the receptionist at the front desk. I am always made to feel welcome and safe by front of house and by my dentist, the whole team are brilliant.

Dentist gentle, communications are precise, dentistry quality. Nurses friendly and attentive. The whole team put me at ease straight away. I mostly need to use a smallish motorised wheelchair and in this clinic they are very helpful about that. It might be a small area in the waiting room but they are accessible and sensible with appointment times, I have never clashed with another person in a wheelchair. I have been in there while two quite large pushchairs and a few patients were there too and it was managed by us all in a friendly manner. The reception team are not only kind, attentive and efficient with me; while I was waiting to make another appointment, they actually telephoned a patient who had just left before they gave her something so she would return and collect it, without getting too far away or, having to come back another day. Also, while I was waiting for my appointment, a patient had her treatment and was waiting for a taxi for far too long, the receptionist asked the chaperone of the patient if she could help and, after a “yes please” called a taxi that arrived very fast. I always receive a text appointment reminder asking me to cancel if I am unable to attend, not that I need it but, it is probably useful for forgetful moments. I recommend this practice.

I am very happy that the practise was able to accommodate me with an appointment. Janice was really helpful and provided me several different options for treatment and appointments. So refreshing to get good service and courtesy in an initial telephone enquiry.

I have given 4 stars to this clinic because I have to say I like my Dentist. The reception staff is fairly professional, with moments of friendly smiles and good costumer service. I have had an unpleasant moment before at the Clinic involving my mother's dentist skills. I was unpleasant myself towards the reception manager but her reaction was very professional. Therefore I changed my mother's dentist but kept going there myself. So its a bit of a mixed feeling about it but I can accept being wrong so I stayed with them to give them and myself another opportunity.

This has to be one of the best dental clinics I have been to. The receptionists are always warm, welcoming and professional. We need more dental clinics like this. It is far from my house, however because their care is exceptional, I will continue to visit this dental clinic.

You couldn't get better care in Harley St. Friendly reception and top class, pain free dentistry. Just had totally painless root canal work on the NHS and was absolutely confident in their diagnosis and professionalism.

The dentists are very good here. However, the receptionists need to work on their social skills. The receptionist's phone manner is borderline rude and in person the way they deal with "Customers" is really poor. I appreciate talking to the general public can be a difficult job at times, but it doesn't take much effort to be polite and respectful to everyone. I would give 5 stars if I had a better experience when speaking with the receptionists.

Not sure about reception service but I found Christopher is the best dentist and expert in cleaning , interaction with the patient and amazing skills in tooth extraction. I have had some tooth extracted other places ( wasn't great) before coming to Christoper and he done an amazing job taking out my tooth although it was deteriorated and very bad condition but he's done in a way that I didn't even feel any pain or discomfort at all.

I was lucky enough to get an urgent appointment, as there was a no show. The receptionist was lovely. The dentist one of the nicest i have seen, and explained everything to me thoroughly. Shocking I have a 5th wisdom tooth, i had all 4 removed 20 years ago!! Very painful.

Very nice and helpful frontdesk lady. Being pregnant, I needed an emergency appointment on a Saturday. She offered to call me back and found out which doctor could receive me within an hour. The doctor was also very nice and took the time to listen to me and gave me an NHS appointment. I am very pleased with my visit.

Informative and quick - professional service. I went in to talk about tooth whitening yesterday and the receptionist explained everything to be in details on purchasing the gel as I had previously got the trays from here before and the process worked within 2 weeks. Astonished by the bad reviews on here; I've found the staff at this clinic nothing but courteous. As for the treatment, I've only ever seen Nicola Hendy but I can say wholeheartedly that she's the most polite, understanding and careful dentist I've ever encountered.
