I've been going to this dental practice since my first teeth came through and it has only just recently changed hands and is now under new management (AR Smiles). There is no need to worry as the new staff are very friendly and explain every aspect of treatment before and after. Also, their anesthesia protocol is better than it was before, which is great if you're not a particular fan of needles and/or are not so sensitive to regular dental anesthetics. Looking forward to seeing the whole surgery once the building work is complete.

Very friendly staff with excellent customer care! I was booked in with Dr Gandecha and she was brilliant! She was very polite and professional and answered all my questions in a way that I was able to understand. I did not feel I was rushed in and out like past dentists I have visited. I highly recommend this dental practice and I will definitely be returning! Keep up the good work!

I have been visiting this dentist for a long time, and the current management is fairly new. Despite this, they have been nothing but wonderful to deal with and their service has been exactly what you would want from a dentist - honest and understanding. I could not recommend them enough if you are searching for a dentist who knows what they are doing and do so with your own circumstances in mind.

So pleased with my experience today. They managed to fit me in within 30 minutes of calling, told me to come into the practice as soon as possible and performed an emergency tooth extraction on me. Im so grateful to my dentist for fixing this issue so quickly as I was in agony with my tooth. He made me feel so comfortable and reassured me throughout the procedure 👍🏻

Isabel Trafford I was very apprehensive this morning, knowing I was to have a tooth extracted. I was reassured, and I received excellent care from my dentist, Amy and her assistant Bluebell. Their professionalism was exemplary. My questions were answered clearly, and I was given advice for after-care. I have a follow-up appointment to check all is well with the healing process. This characterises a dental practice who really care about their patients. Thank you Amy and Bluebell.

Whilst on holiday I ate something and broke the side of my tooth off, leaving it sharp and uncomfortable. Amy managed to fit me in quickly on my return, she did an amazing job to repair it with a white composite filling rather than the old horrible black amalgam filling that was there previously. Now I would never have known that it was broken before. Thanks a mil Amy and Bluebell 😁

I've been going to this dentist since my childhood (I'm 31 now) and won't go anywhere else. My original dentist retired about 10years ago, but those I have seen since (dentists, nurses & hygienists) have always been great. Would definitely recommend.

I had a lot of work done through adolescence, which included fillings, braces and bridges. I use Ms Zaki and have never had any issues. I fully trust this dentist.

Receptionists need urgent attention (just found them cold and rude), as for the dentist and hygienists - had a great experience with both of them. Would definitely recommend.
